Das Coral Sands Beach House ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern direkt an einem einsamen Ozeanstrand auf Green Turtle Cay. Das Haus bietet auch ein Studio-Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, das optional als 4. Schlafzimmer und 3. Badezimmer gemietet werden kann. Das Studio kostet zusätzlich 700 USD pro Woche und wird nicht separat vermietet.

Es gibt zwei Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Meer, beide haben Kingsize-Betten und das dritte Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet (mit der Option, in ein Kingsize-Bett umgewandelt zu werden). Das große Zimmer ist mit einem Queen-Ausziehsofa ausgestattet. Das Haus ist mit einer komplett modernen Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Sat-TV mit DVD-Player, WLAN und vielem mehr ausgestattet.

Das große Zimmer verfügt über zwei französische Doppeltüren, die sich in einer Höhe von 1,80 m zur Veranda hin öffnen und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Strand und das Meer bieten. Zusätzlich gibt es zwei französische Doppeltüren auf jeder Seite des großen Raumes, die sich zu den abgeschirmten Seitenportalen öffnen; Dies bietet einen Panoramablick auf das Meer von drei Seiten.

AMAZING!

Wow….just wow. Coral Sands Beach House is absolutely beautiful and perfect! We were a group of two couple, the duel master bedroom set up was amazing and comfortable. There was plenty of space for more people, but the set up was perfect for us. The views off the porch are absolutely amazing and you can’t sit out there staring enough. The house location is perfectly situated in the middle of the island, so getting to town or out to the Beach House is very convenient. John and the management company were so wonderful to work with. John was so easy to communicate with and helped us get a ride from the airport to ferry, arranged to be met by our rented golf cart, got us a start of groceries and was just so nice. Thank you for sharing your wonderful piece of paradise John! I truly cannot recommend Green Turtle Cay and the Coral Sands Beach House enough!

Coral Sands is the best rental house for GTC. Everything is as shown on the website and John and Sheila are exceptional hosts. We stay at Coral sands every time we go to the islands. We highly recommend Coral Sands for your visit to GTC.

Stunning view

Stunning panoramic views of the beach and suneises and sunsets from the house. The water out front is beautiful and there is a nice little reef to snorkel off to the left. Ideal location since the bay is protected resulting in calm water even when other areas are rough. Really enjoyed diving and snorkeling with Brendel's. Would recommend renting a boat for cruising around. Trips to stingrays, pigs and Nippers are the best. The owner, John, was great to work with and helped with planning, scheduling and with useful information. Would highly recommend.

Perfection

Staying at Coral Sands was such a dream. Great location on the island. The best beach on the island. Great snorkeling on the reef and goods spots to swim and enjoy the crystal clear waters. The house was perfect. Everything we needed down to the stack of beach towels. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with just about anything we needed to cook a family meal. We loved the yard and all the outdoor seating. Thanks John for an amazing vacation. We will be back!

Best Vacation Ever

Coral Sands was perfect for our two families with four teenagers. The kids caught fish And we snorkeled right front of the house. It was a perfect central location to our boat at Sunset Rentals, town and the North End of Green Turtle. I really miss this place!

Amazing home!

The best house I have stayed at in GTC. The house had everything you could want. Great amount of space and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and amazing views. The beach is steps from the house. Owner was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. Will definitely stay at this house again!

From blizzard to beach

The Coral Sands Beach House was just what our family needed coming from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado! The house was very clean and comfortable. The beach was lovely with fun snorkeling right outside your door! The location of the home on the island can’t be beat for it is a short cart ride to everything! The owner John was extremely helpful with having information to make my job effortless in arranging boat and cart rentals plus great tips on the restaurants and other fun adventures on and around the island. Also Julie the property manager was very nice and helpful especially with our loads of luggage and scuba gear. Green Turtle Cay is a beautiful and charming island with friendly locals too!

Great location! Amazing views! Feels homey!

John was amazing from the start! Very friendly and super helpful! We took many of his suggestions on rental carts etc. He even made sure we had a taxi waiting at the airport. The Green Turtle community is so welcoming and helpful! When we arrived at the house we were just taken aback by the view!! The screened porch was our favorite place to hang out. The kitchen is very well equipped and comfortable to use. The beds are all very comfortable! We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back!

Perfect location on a fabulous island

From the moment that Julie greeted us at the ferry - we knew that it was going to be a great week. The home was clean and ready for our XMAS vacation. The layout of the home was perfect for our party of 6 (2 couples with a teenager apiece). The kitchen was just what we needed. We loved the home’s proximity to the ocean. The house is elevated perfectly for the ideal view of the sea. We loved snorkeling the many reefs in front of the house. Shelling on the beach out front is plentiful. We are especially grateful for the care and attention provided by Julie as well as the owner, John. All of their recommendations were on point. We rented a boat that we could dock (for free) that was a three minute cart ride away. We feel like the rental fee for the home was a good value for what we paid. The view, however, is priceless!

One of the best vacation weeks

Can’t say enough great things about Coral Sands Beach House. The place was as beautiful outside and inside, comfortable, convenient and spacious as described, for the 10 of us. Renting the studio apt was an additional plus for the extra freezer space to store our 100+ catch of lobsters and 2 dozen conchs. We made use of all the amenities offered: washer, dryer, dish washer, netted deck so comfortable to eat outside and watch the sunset, the landscaped yard with plenty of furniture to sit and relax, etc. A walk along the beach or a snorkel along the reef was a daily amusement for me. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Green Turtle Cay.

Coral Sands Beach House 6/2018

The House is fantastic, even nicer than the pictures show. The view from the deck is stunning. It is centrally located between New Plymouth and Green Turtle Club / Bluff House area making for an easy cart ride anywhere. John was very helpful. His suggestions for Cart and Boat Rentals worked out perfect. Even had a Taxi waiting for us at the airport. We will be staying there again. No better place on the island.

Stunning. Magnificent. Charming Paradise.

My family and 3 other couples were taking a week long trip to Green Turtle Cay over Memorial Day. We have never been to Green Turtle Cay before - I live in South Florida and am used to beautiful beaches and tropical paradise, but John's property on Green Turtle Cay is a completely different level and experience of paradise. The property sits right on the beach with an amazing porch that looks over the water. The property is incredibly warm and accommodating with gorgeous floor length windows overlooking the picturesque scenery. John was incredibly helpful every step of the way in helping us with important information on how to get on and off the island. We had a fantastic time snorkeling, fishing, and boating. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend or relative - and we hope to stay in the property again in the very near future.

Perfect House on a Perfect Island

Our stay at Coral Sands can be summed up in one word: FABULOUS!! Too often photos of a property do not compare with reality, but that was not the case with Coral Sands. We could not have been happier with what we found. The house was clean (this is a biggie for me) with everything provided to make our week long stay very comfortable: cozy beds, loads of towels, a well-stocked kitchen with more glass and cookware than I have at home, plus a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer…also, it was cute! The location was perfect as we had privacy while being only a short, fun golf cart ride away from New Plymouth. The view of the beach was awesome from the house and was only a handful of steps away where we enjoyed snorkeling and beachcombing. John Nash, the owner, was very pleasant and easy to work with and he really went out of his way to help us with any questions we had about the island. Gosh, he even reserved his favorite taxi driver to pick us up at the Marsh Harbor Airport (30 minute taxi ride to the ferry landing). I recommend that you follow all of John’s recommendations about boat and golf cart rentals, restaurants, etc. He was spot on. John’s property manager on the island, Julie, was equally helpful. She met us at the dock, led us to the house and gave us an orientation of the property and tips about the island. The power went out one morning and she even came to the house to check on us. When we left she helped us load our luggage and escorted us to the ferry landing. I will definitely recommend this house and this island! I also recommend renting a boat for 2 or 3 days in order to explore the many nearby islands (feed the wild pigs, chum for sharks, wade with stingrays) and try your hand at fishing.

Second to none in accommodations and view.

We had yet another glorious time at Coral Sands! Our visits have been dream vacations both years, and our kids are not happy that they’ve only seen it in pictures. The house is so well-built, comfortable, beautifully decorated and has two master bedrooms with king size beds. Furthermore, the owners make the usual vacation hassles disappear by arranging for taxi’s, golf cart rentals, groceries and other vacation necessities in advance. We have been seriously spoiled and I’m not sure other vaca destinations and accommodations will ever measure up! (We would love it if John and Sheila would purchase a place in a ski resort as well!)

Can't say enough good things

We are so pleased with our vacation to Green Turtle Cay, and especially with our decision to stay at Coral Sands Beach House. We picked Coral Sands based on it's location (easy access to the whole island) and my conversation with John, the owner. He was so helpful in every way, and we felt totally comfortable sending him a personal check, ( common practice for the VRBO rentals in the Bahamas). Upon arrival to the house, we were in awe of the spectacular views from the 3 decks/porches surrounding the beach side the house. Also, the small deck in back for the grill is great, because it was sheltered from the wind when we were cooking. As far as cooking at the house- which we did frequently (6 of us stayed together and 3 of us are avid foodies) you will have most things you need to get a variety of dishes nicely prepared. From utensils and pots and pans to dish towels and trash bags, this house comes with it all. The bedrooms are perfect- awesome stand up shower in the master, and access one of the screened in porches. We kept the door open most nights to listen to the ocean and get a wonderful breeze. The house has central A/C, though, so if you are there in warmer months, don't worry about the comfort level. Great open living area, and with 6 of us, we were comfortable lounging on the decks any time of day/night, or in the spacious living room/kitchen/dining area. We didn't watch much TV, but access to HBO is nice too if the weather doesn't permit outside activities. There's a variety of games and puzzles available also that were fun to play after returning from a night out in the settlement- and several rum punches or goombay smashes. The island itself is great. We were immediately welcomed in by all of the locals and had a great time at several beach parties in the evenings. Tranquil Turtle offers an awesome view and food- you can jump off the dock here too into a quiet ocean if dare, Pineapples had fantastic local musicians and the Green Turtle club has very friendly and outgoing staff. Food across the island was awesome and don't miss Violet at Miss Emily's Blue Bee Bar for a Goombay Smash-the original and best (in our opinion). We spear fished for lobster and caught conch with some of the locals as well -which made great conch fritters and salad, but if you aren't as adventurous, Eddie Bodie makes great food right on the dock- ask about the conch eye (and some other conch parts too) if you are really daring!!! CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!!!!

Amazing house with awesome owners!

From the second we contacted John, we knew we were going to love this house. John was awesome to work with on the house and offered us all kinds of information about the island even before we went. The house is amazing, an incredible view on Bita Bay, we had the most amazing rainbow while we were there... The house really has everything you could possibly want. Even down to the little things like games and videos, bug spray and extra sunblock. I can't say enough how this house worked into a perfect vacation on the island. We hope to go back for many years. really great

we visited during the off season for 7 days - we saw 2 people on the beach on this corner of the island the 7 nights we were there. (extreme privacy) The house is top notch, detailed and cleaned as to pass this retired military sergeants inspection. make sure you know how to use the VHF before the caretaker leaves in case of medical emergency. And unless you leave your purse on your cart with a $100.00 bill hanging out of it, Expect nothing to happen here. (except maybe you falling over from too many smashes) You will need to hit the grocery store. If you go during the regular season and looking for privacy- the neighbors house overlooks the backyard of this home. keep an eye on the tides check www.barometerbob.org for tide schedules. low tides you can almost walk to the exposed rock in front of the house. I am a very weak swimmer and enjoyed this area. Behind the rocks you have the reef so also have safer tides. The people are amazing here, whatever you do not throw away your leftover foods even if opened when you leave. there is need on the island and the staff will know how to get it the appropriate people. taxi driver is a must when you hit marsh harbor, Gordon & Teresa Murray 1-242-458-5235, Christian couple and no worries about the drive from marsh harbor to the ferry with the Murrays you are in good hands - boat tours and fishing Lincoln Jones is a must, well worth the money. dont forget to bring the SPF and 100% DEET. (not 10% or 25%, 100% is a must) I got a couple of bites, my wife was munched on by no-see-ums

Perfect house on Green Turtle!

We stayed at Coral Sands Beach House from 9/6/15 until 9/13/15. My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and our friends who were with us were celebrating the wife’s 50th birthday. Our stay was amazing and the house could not have been more perfect. Coral Sands Beach House is perfectly situated so that you can hear the waves crashing from every room of the house. The beach is just steps away from the bottom of the deck stairs. The beach is beautiful and has a great reef for snorkeling. We saw lots of beautiful colorful fish and the beach is long enough here to have a nice early morning or late afternoon walk. There is ample opportunity for fishing although we weren’t so lucky there but that could have been the time of year. The house is so pretty and is appointed with absolutely everything we needed from kitchen equipment to linens (beach towels were aplenty so we did not have to pack those) to swim masks and bug spray and sunscreen. The two master bedrooms are nearly identical and the king sized beds were a huge bonus. There is a third bedroom with twins which we did not need since there were just two couples and a large downstairs studio which we did not rent. The location of the house is just minutes from town and other great beaches. The caretaker met us at the dock and took us straight to the house maybe three minutes away. John and Sheila were incredibly helpful before our trip with tips and ideas and always got in touch with us very quickly after any inquiry we made. Since we arrived on a Sunday no grocery stores were open but John had suggested that we email him a grocery list before arrival and he had the kitchen stocked with all we needed before we could get to the store Monday. Our trip to Green Turtle was everything we hoped and our stay at Coral Sands Beach House was the icing on the cake. We hope to return to Green Turtle in 2016 and will definitely stay at Coral Sands! We are John and Sheila Nasta. We both grew up in Miami and Fort Lauderdale and came to love the ocean. Although we have travelled to many different states and countries the love of the ocean always drew us home. In 1984 we first came to Green Turtle Cay and immediately fell in love with the island. The tropical setting is paradise and the people welcomed us as if we lived there all our lives. The seeds of the Coral Sands Beach House were planted.

The location of our house is on a protected cove on the ocean with a mile long beach directly out in front of the house. Even when the ocean is rough you can always enjoy the gin clear waters right off our beach. A beautiful coral reef lies out in front of the house and provides endless afternoons of snorkeling with the colorful tropical fish. The house is in a secluded area yet also convenient to the town of New Plymouth where restaurants, shops, bars, museums, and grocery stores are all available.
