Dieses Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich im beliebten Solana Resort, in der Nähe des Publix-Supermarkts und der Restaurants. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen und verfügt über zahlreiche Resorteinrichtungen und einen Kinderspielplatz.

Unsere schöne und geräumige Villa befindet sich auf einer Ebene und verfügt über zwei Wohnzimmer und zwei Essbereiche. Der formelle Ess- und Wohnbereich an der Vorderseite des Hauses, der mit der Küche verbunden ist, ist eine Frühstücksecke und ein Familienzimmer, die auf die Poolterrasse führen. Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert und verfügt über ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad und ein Junior-Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad. Die beiden Zweibettzimmer teilen sich ein weiteres Badezimmer. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen zusätzlich zum Familienzimmer über einen Fernseher.

Die Garage wurde als Spielzimmer mit Tischfußball und Billardtischen eingerichtet.

Einer der großen Vorteile des Solana Resort ist die Sicherheit, die es bietet, da es sich um eine 24-Stunden-Wachgemeinschaft handelt. Es gibt keinen Durchgangsverkehr und die Einrichtungen des Resorts stehen ausschließlich den Eigentümern der Villa und ihren Gästen zur Verfügung.

Good area

We stayed at this house for 13 nights (myself husband and two teens). It was a great location because it wasn’t far from the Disney Parks, close to Walmart and a few fast food restaurants which was convenient. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, pool was clean, we didn’t have any issues with bugs as we did previously in a couple of house properties we stayed at before so this was HUGE to us that the owners took pride in making sure they kept up to date with pest control. The only issue we had really was the dryer didn’t seem to be drying our clothes and as much as both me and my husband did to try to change the settings on the dryer, it would only blow out cold air onto the clothes, so we ended up having to hang up most of our clothes to dry in the laundry room which was a little inconvenient . Other than that, everything was fine. The owners were very quick to respond to my messages and they communicated very well. The only thing that I would recommend would be, was to maybe get newer bedding (duvet), just because it was white, I feel like you could notice every little speck of dirt that was on the duvets, I would maybe get something more colorful just to brighten up the place. But that’s just my opinion, Great home owners and would recommend to others :)

Family Disney Vaca

We loved this house! It was close to Disney and Universal which were are main targets for this stay. My girls loved the pool and hot tub. The house was big enough that we weren’t on top of each other and everyone had their own space. We received a message from the host midway through our stay to make sure we were enjoying the house and that everything was going okay, which was very thoughtful. This is a great family house!

An Amazing Experience

Our family had an awesome experience at Susan and Rick's property. It was a much shorter drive than we expected to Disney, and we spent our non-Disney days hanging out by the pool. The house had everything we needed plus more. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Home!!!

We had such a great time!!!! The house was very family friendly and in such a quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub made such an enjoyable way to wind down a day. It is in great proximity to anything you want to do. We went to Universal & Outlet Mall Shopping. I would DEFINITELY recommend this house.

Relaxing Getaway

Susan and Richard were welcoming right from the booking confirmation and were wonderful to work with. They were quick to respond and wanted to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They are some of the kindest hosts we’ve encountered through VRBO. The home was well kept and provided the relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. We spent a lot of time in the pool relaxing and playing games. They offered several pool floaties which was nice not to have to buy everything. They also had several pool towels. The beds were comfortable and the space was great for our family of four. We visited during a heat wave which made the games in the garage difficult to take advantage of. The community area was always very quiet when we went to play mini golf, use the exercise room, and pool. Staff in the community area were also very kind and helpful. We love to visit new places, but if we find ourselves back in the Orlando area, we’d love to stay again!

House as advertised. Close to all attractions/shopping or stay and play at the pool or community center. Plenty for everyone to do. For those that like to cook, it was nice to find a house with decent cookware and sharp knives. And if you get the opportunity you can see Space Coast rocket launches from the back yard. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at several homes over the years in the area. This was by far the best. The owners were amazing to deal with. Communication was excellent. We only had one question and the property manager was easy to get in touch with. The property was exactly as described and more. We really appreciated the little details. The resort is lovely and even over a busy holiday week it was quiet. Access was easy to food, stores and attractions. Thank you for being so accommodating. We hope to book again, soon.

Great experience!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was very clean and close to Disney. We enjoyed the pool almost every day we were there. Communication with the property owners was excellent. We recieved fast response with every question we had. This was our first trip to Florida in many years and we have no regrets. We would highly recommend this property to others who are visiting Florida or going to Disney, especially those with larger families.

Great house with lots of room

The house is a great size and had comfortable beds. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub the most. The hosts were very responsive and helped us out right away with a couple of issues that arose while we were there. We realize this is a "self-serve" property, we just missed a few of the essentials like salt & pepper or spices in the kitchen. Overall, it was a great stay!

Disney Vacation

Our house was perfect for our vacation. It had everything that we needed from a pool, a hot tub, large kitchen area, washer & dryer and really comfy beds! Unfortunately, we never had time to use the pool due to the everyday grind of Disney, but our girls got to use the hot tub on our last night. The property owners, Sue and Rick, were great at communicating with us since we got stuck in Florida due to Hurricane Nicole and needed their assistance. The house was in a private gated community which was very beautiful and easy to access. The house was approximately 20-30 minutes from the Disney parks depending on the daily traffic which was fine for us. Overall, we would definitely recommend this home for your vacation.

Don’t Pass on this House

So much to write here but first and foremost, look no further for your Orlando/Disney getaway home. This property has everything and more than you think. Everything is thought of when you arrive. Check in and out is simple. Location is great. Close to anything you would need from groceries to fuel and fun restaurants. The folks that own this property are next level. They make sure you are taken care of through the week and genuinely care about your time spent. The pool is great for all and the house is set up perfect to accommodate everyone while still making it feel like you have your own space to go to when you need a rest. We will be back as a family soon and will be renting this home again. Many thanks to Susan and Rick! The best hosts.

The house was very clean when we arrived. It was plenty of space for our family, and the kids loving having their own rooms. High expectations with low results

Warning, this is a long one but I feel inclined to share our experience. Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned to the standard I had anticipated. First impression, the house looked okay. I walked around the first night to get everything in place and noticed my feet turned black from the floor. The next day, we discovered ant-like things crawling on the couches. I contacted the property manager and he said he'd send someone to treat it within the next day. This was the turning point for us. We pulled out the couch to find crumbs, dust, dead bugs, and an old pacifier. This started the domino effect of seeing the need for a deep clean of the floor. I proceeded to sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors just so it wouldn't feel so gross to walk around the house. Then I noticed there was dust on almost every surface in the house. I also found hair from prior guests on the floor and on the bedding. All this to say, there were clearly many shortcuts taken by the cleaning staff before our arrival. Someone did come the next day to set some traps for the bugs. I also contacted the owner about the cleaning issues and she was very apologetic in her response. The property manager stopped by after hearing of my complaints just to get on the same page. He mentioned that we should have contacted them to come and address the issues, but this is problematic. I shouldn't have to contact anyone about the cleanliness of a home I am renting. It should be thoroughly cleaned before a new arrival, period. Additionally, I was not aware this was a "self-serve" villa until a day before I left for vacation. This is important info to know so you aren't left buying full-sized products for a weeklong stay in a place you are unfamiliar with. There is a bar of soap and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels and 3 trash/recycle bags in the kitchen. It is expected that the dishwasher and washing machine is started before departure. There is no detergent available for your use to fulfill this requirement. Additionally, cleaning supplies are very limited. As an aside, the pool in the back is the best part about this house. We spent a lot of time in the pool and it was very refreshing in the hot, humid August weather. I do think a handrail needs to be installed to get into the pool for safety. I hope this review is helpful. I also hope it is carefully reviewed by the owners and the property manager so further issues don't happen for guests in the future.

Super stay in Orlando

An amazing house, really spacious and great location for visiting the Disney parks. After a day at the parks it was lovely to come back and cool off in the pool or relax in the hot tub. A great family holiday and would definitely recommend this house - 5 stars!
