Dieses großartige Haus am Meer, 'The Majestic Sand Castle', ist voll ausgestattet für großartige Ferien. Sommervermietung nur von Samstag bis Samstag. Nebensaison Termine sind flexibel. Spektakuläre Aussicht auf das Meer bei Sonnenaufgang über dem Strand und dem Folly Beach Pier. Dieses Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug in den ersten Stock (eine Master-Suite mit Whirlpool befindet sich im 1. Stock) und Zugang über eine Treppe in die zweite Ebene. Es verfügt über sehr geräumige Wohnbereiche mit vielen Sitz- und Liegebereichen. Kamin, Parkettboden, Außendusche und Grillbereiche sind inbegriffen. Zwei Küchen bieten maximale Möglichkeiten zum Kochen! Der Master im Obergeschoss verfügt über einen privaten Balkon am Strand, eine Sitzecke und eine luxuriöse Badezimmersuite mit Whirlpool. Great location. Property was laid out such to give all occupants their own space.The property had good outdoor seating and eating spaces.All general use kitchen and house items were available.Good parking on property.

Perfect location right on the beach

Absolutely wonderful location - several blocks away from the busier “downtown” area in Folky Beach. Was wonderful to walk out the back door, down the steps to the beach. House is absolutely enormous - so our family of 5 had tons of space. We really enjoyed our stay. Host lives directly across the street and met us as we parked our car to explain a few things. They were also able to accommodate a 10am check out instead of the posted 9am check out time - that was much needed for a family with3 daughters! We would stay again if in the Charleston area!

Great Stay at the Beach

We enjoyed the expansive space to entertain our friends. There are unbeatable beach views and easy access directly to the beach. Easy parking and an elevator help bring everything up. We will definitely be back next year.

Spacious and perfect location

We had a group of seven and upon arrival we were immediately greeted by the owner. She wanted to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We loved the location, the space and the house itself. We had two dogs and my parents who are in their eighties so the elevator from the ground to the first floor was perfect. The owner was very helpful to us and even got us a large pot when we wanted to do a seafood boil. this house is located tight on the beach with an amazing view and there is a lot to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

What a wonderful first experience at Folly Beach! The house was so charming and clean. The carpets show signs of age but the rest of the house was fine. Check out directions were a bit confusing as we were unclear what needed to be done exactly. Thank you for a great stay. Though!! So happy with your beautiful home.

Folly Beach November Excursion

Property was as expected based on age (compared to others we have stayed at) and it suited are needs to a 't'. Broken blinds, some stained carpeting, BUT nothing that took away from our stay; nothing beats family time together. Toilet upgrades (larger/higher) would be a plus but we survived. 😄 overall, would return for a visit .. but we like to move around each year. which we thoroughly enjoyed ... ntime.

Great Vacation Rental

We had a great stay. We brought our Dog Willa and the property was so dog friendly. We loved the ease of being front beach. Parking was roomy, towels, beach chairs, kitchen items - every detail was thought of! Bedrooms are roomy and comfy. We are planning our next stay!

Beautiful location, lots of room

Wonderful property located on the beach and within walking distance of all the shops of Folly Beach! Lots of bedrooms and incredible open spaces...plenty of room for our family to spread out and play card games, do puzzles, etc. The back porch (facing the ocean) was fabulous, and the owner was super easy to work with from start to finish. We had a family reunion there and had a super time. I rated it a five because we had a fantastic time and it worked wonderfully for our crowd (all adults, college age kids + one 17yo high schooler). The only thing I wished I knew was to bring more platters & large bowls for putting out big spreads of food because the kitchen did not have those sort of entertaining items. Also, I would add that this house was perfect for us, but I'm not sure I would recommend it for young children. Glass dining table, a glass front curio cabinet with fine china, etc. Lots of items accessible that are not particularly beachy but are breakable. Just a comment, not a negative per se. Again, it slept all of us easily and was a perfect spot for our family reunion! Thank you Alicia!!!

Wonderful getaway and right by the beach

This house and location was amazing! You are not only right in front of the beach but every restaurant and coffee shop is about 17-2 min walking distance and even you take your car, you can park in the public spots which is not expensive at all. There are multiple grocery stores nearby.

Wonderful property- our 2nd year renting!

Much to love about this property! Beds, bathrooms, kitchen - all are great. Proximity to center of Folly is perfect. I love star-gazing from the master balcony late night. Both years we strung the breezy garage area with lights and had theme dinner/parties. The decking is perfect. We love the warmth of water and tidal pools right outside the back of the house at the end of the Jetty at low tide. Lots of room for big families! Host is very responsive. I recommend!!

The Best House on Folly Beach

We have stayed at other homes on Folly Beach, but this one ranks above all the rest!!! So comfortable and clean and the views are amazing. The Hostess is top notch and is able to help you with any questions and Sooo accommodating!!! I hope we can come back to this property in the future!! Wifes surprise Birthday party!

The house was big, enough rooms for 5 couples, plus an additional sleep sofa. We had 5 couples, each had their own bedroom and bathroom. Great setup for entertaining in the house or in the beach. Very clean and well maintained. Within 6 blocks walking distance to everything. Alicia our property manager was very professional and flexible to accommodate decorating the house for the birthday girl prior to check-in. Couldn't ask for anything more. Absolutely perfect weekend!

Beautiful home on the ocean

We loved this home. It had everything you need. More room than we needed, but it was great to spread out and enjoy the home. The view is gorgeous! Right on the beach. Loved watching the pelicans fly over every day and watching them dive into to ocean for a fish. Very entertaining. Kitchen was a little unorganized. Difficult to find some things, but it really didn’t interfere with daily life. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful views!!! Excellent stay!!!

We had a wonderful time with our family ranging from ages 17 to 91. The decks and the views were amazing. The elevator for luggage and the fact that it was pet friendly were added bonuses. The host was a pleasure to work with. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

We are Folly Beach locals and only rent our own properties. Eula and Lois Chastain moved to Folly Beach in the 1940's and purchased multiple properties for rent. Lunnette Kinard is affectionately referred to as "Miss Folly Beach" by her friends as she officially earned the title in 1957. She is now retired and Alicia Kinard, her daughter, is the manager and primary contact.
