Die Kihei Kai Nani Resort ist ein beliebtes, seit langem etablierte, South Maui Urlaubsziel in einer feinen Gegend. Unsere Deluxe 1-Zimmer-Wohnung verfügt über einen Strand und Meerblick. Der Innenraum ist 621 sq. Ft. Und die Veranda ist zusätzliche 100 sq. Ft. Wir befinden uns nahe der sehr exklusiven Resorts in Wailea gelegen und doch, unsere Preise sind vernünftig. Unsere Wohnung ist nur wenige Schritte vom Kamaole Beach II, wo Sie schwimmen und schnorcheln. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Kihei Kai Nani Resort eines der größten Schwimmbäder in South Maui. Unsere Wohnung ist vor kurzem mit WIFI, Klimaanlage und zwei neue TV umgebaut. Wir sind auf der zweiten Etage von Haus 1 in der Nähe des Strandes. Die Kihei Kai Nani ist eine Ferienanlage auf sechs Hektar großen tropischen Garten im sonnigen South Kihei in der Nähe von Wailea festgelegt. Es befindet sich auf der Südseite des Maui über 9-Meilen / 20 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Kihei Kai Nani befindet sich direkt gegenüber vom Kamaole Beach II, eines der Maui schönsten Badestrände mit Bademeister befindet. Das Schnorcheln ist auch toll von der Stelle zwischen Kamaole Strände II und III. Der Kai Nani ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants und Geschäften. Gehen Sie auf alles. First time in Maui

My wife and I brought our daughter for a senior trip. We loved the property right across the street from the beach. Shopping was close, traveling to activities was easy, and the host makes it feel like home. If we needed something, a cooler, Ziploc bags, snorkel gear, whatever else you can think of, there is a pretty good chance it was available on the property.

Wonderful Experience Close to Beach

This property was absolutely perfect for our vacation. It was incredibly clean and had a great amount of space for us (2 adults and 1 child). The kitchen was very helpful and it was close proximity to a grocery store. Aside from the outstanding cleanliness, the best part about this place was how close it was to the beach. We walked across the street (with a very safe crosswalk on a slow road) to the beach multiple times over the 3 days. It was also a short drive to other great beaches in Kihei and Wailea. We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Maui.

Location! Location! Walk across the street to the beach. The beaches Are clean and not crowded. Multiple restaurants And shops located within walking distance. The sunsets are amazing along with the ocean View from the lanai.

Perfectly Situated Family Vacation

Location, location, location. This unit is perfectly situated right across the street from Kam II. Walkable to many beaches, restaurants and convenient stores. Being in Kihei puts you in the perfect position to visit all parts of the island. The lanai had wonderful views of the beach, ocean, Kaho'olawe and Molokini Crater. We ate ever meal that wasn’t at a restaurant on the lanai enjoying the views. Also, the unit has an added bonus of being on the second floor, increasing both your view and privacy. The unit itself was very functional. A good sized bedroom with a large comfortable bed and tv. We took advantage of the pack n play provided. The bathroom was off the hallway. Very useful if you have a napping little one in the bedroom. Small shampoos, conditioners and body washes are provided. Hair dryer provided though anemic. A big pantry includes every odd n end item you could think of. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, extra sheets and pillow cases, kitchen towels. Kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, stove top, oven and microwave. We ate in almost every breakfast and a few lunches/dinner. The kitchen had ever item we needed! Toddler booster seat provided, which made a HUGE difference for us. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The complex itself was a good mix of permanent residence, long term rentals and short term rentals. We did not take advantage of the pool, so I cannot speak to it.

It’s all about location!

We had a wonderful stay here. The condo has everything you need for a great time in Maui, including an ocean view! Loved having breakfast on the lanai while watching whales spout in the distance. The communication was top notch. It is a lively location, on the main road next to lots of shopping and restaurants. It’s not for those that want quiet and seclusion. The unit has a full kitchen and bath. There is a/c, but the breeze and ceiling fans kept it comfortable in the spring. It is a little tight for 4 adults, but we were in Maui, don’t want to complain too much. Great for a young family of 4 or 2-3 adults. Love that there was free parking, a pool, and paid laundry available. If you’re looking to stay in Kihei, highly recommend this place. We would definitely book here again.

Great find on Maui!

This property is perfectly located, both on the island and within the complex. The photos clean, comfortable, well-appointed, quiet and just steps from Kamaole beach - a fairly wide sand beach with calm surf, lifeguards and good vantage points for spectacular sunsets. Some may opt for the high priced resorts in Wailea or elsewhere on the island as we also have in the past, but we much preferred staying here … which is actually fewer steps to the water, less fuss, and has a kitchen, sitting area and the highlight for us - the large lanai with a good ocean view. The host is kind, communicative, very thoughtful in having anticipated and provided for just about anything a guest may need, and really embodies the spirit of aloha. Looking forward to being back soon!

This property was a perfect place for us to stay. We loved that it was right across the street from the beach and we could sit on the lanai and watch the whales! The king size bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the popular “wall” across the street. A lot of food places are walkable. Susan answered all my text with questions I had. Would definitely stay here again

Fun and Relaxing

This property was so fun and totally relaxing. The condo was nicely decorated. It just made you think of the islands everywhere you looked. It was right across the street from a beautiful beach which we could totally see from our deck. It was fun to watch people walking around and enjoying the sun and being out and about. We so enjoyed sitting on deck watching it all. The condo was well stocked with everything! The bed was very comfortable. The pool and surrounding area were really nice...total relaxation. We would definitely return to this condo...a little bit paradise for sure.

The view from the lanai is amazing, and at a great value. My teen daughter and I stayed 5 nights. It is in the heart of South Kihei with shops and restaurants nearby. Great Location with Great Experience

We had a great time staying at this place. It was our very first time visiting Maui, and Susan as a great host, have given me lots of info and tips prior our visit, including where to rent a car and how to get around places etc. We were very lucky as her place is such a great location. We are two minutes walking distance to Kamole 2 beach, just have to cross the street. We could see the ocean from our balcony. The place is well stocked with cookware, towels, beach towels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs, Sun umbrella, sand toys, and some starter shampoo and conditioner. Our daughter also enjoyed the pool a lot as she felt safe and happy playing in it. The resort also has laundry facility, which you could watch your own laundry, and the machines take coins, and there’s a coin machine for your exchange. The apartment had three or four standing fans, two ceiling fans, and an AC unit in the living room. The king size bed was comfortable, and the three of us slept comfortably. We are very happy with our stay, and if we ever go back to Maui, we would love to stay here again!

I'll echo what others have said about the overall appeal of this condo, every place tries to make it feel 'hawaiian', but this owner has it dialed in- but the kicker is the lanai, you can sit there all day

Wonderful condo & great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was perfect for our needs. It is walkable to all 3 kamaole beaches, & the small shops & restaurants in kihei. It is well stocked— seemed to have everything we were looking for. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the Lanai and my teenage sons always enjoyed sitting outside in the late evening. The pictures accurately show the view to Kam II. The ac is in the main family room area but the fans help to circulate air to the master bedroom as well. We knew in advance that the unit doesn't have a washer & dryer in it (but there is a shared one within the complex). I thought this might be an inconvenience but it wasn't at all . We just packed a few extra items to avoid needing the laundry facilities , and this unit has a drying rack on the lanai which helped immensely to dry our bathing suits, etc . Our kids used the sofa bed at night, but I tried it out one afternoon and it seemed to be comfortable (memory foam , maybe ?). We arrived the day of the Maui wildfires. Despite the heartbreaking extenuating circumstances, we were thankful for the location of this condo and our overall safety during such devistation. No doubt that those who experienced loss were on our minds and in our hearts during every day of our stay. We found plenty of snorkel places and a nice hike at La perouse bay. The road to Hana was also great. Hoping and praying for those who were involved in the wildfires .I give this condo a 5 star rating!

Great stay & location

The location of this condo is unbeatable. It’s directly across from Kam 2, which is a beautiful beach. Everything is accessible from this location. Aside from location, the condo was clean & included many amenities. The communication with the owner was great. I was given thorough instructions & information prior to our arrival. I requested to check in earlier & was permitted to, however the wait for a car rental at OGG was terrible & we ended up checking in at the regular time. If we are fortunate to return to Maui, I would definitely stay here again.
