Während des Hurrikans Michael wurde eine tropische Brise geringfügig beschädigt, was die Gelegenheit bot, einige Aktualisierungen vorzunehmen. A Tropical Breeze hat jetzt ein neues hellblaues Äußeres mit weißem Rand. Der Innenraum hat alle frischen Farben und neue Böden. Die Strandseite des Tropical Breeze verfügt über eine untere Veranda, die mit weißen Korbmöbeln, Schaukelstühlen, Korbsesseln und einem Frühstücks- / Spieltisch ausgestattet ist. Es gibt auch eine große obere Veranda mit 4 Liegestühlen. Von beiden Ebenen genießen Sie einen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und den Strand. Jedes der 4 Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, einen Fernseher und einen eigenen Namen. Die Master-Suite ist "White Sands" und verfügt über ein Himmelbett, ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Chefschreibtisch, einen 46-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, WLAN, Blick auf den Golf, ein Deck und ein übergroßes Bad mit seinen und ihren Waschtischen, einer großen Glasdusche und einem Whirlpool Wanne.
Der zweite Meister ist "Kings Crown" und verfügt über ein viktorianisches Kingsize-Bett, einen 32-Zoll-LED-Flachbildfernseher und Blick auf den Golf. "Palm Paradise" befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein Schlittenbett, einen großen Whirlpool und Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. "Under the Sea" ist mit einem tropischen Fischmotiv dekoriert und verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten, die unten voll und zwei oben angeordnet sind.
Auch für Kinder oder Kinder im Herzen haben wir unseren "Beach Club" auf der großen Terrasse unter dem Haus, die einen Sitzbereich, einen Picknicktisch, einen Gasgrill und eine Heißwasserdusche im Freien umfasst. Dieses Haus bietet eine große Auswahl an Bereichen, in denen Sie sich für ein oder zwei Stunden einschleichen können.

Amazing Beach House with Old Florida Feel and All the Comforts of Home

Property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and we ate almost every meal at the house. Roni was an amazing host with flawless communication throughout the trip for anything we needed. She helped us determine the best places to snorkel, and even had a couple surprises waiting for us when she found out it was our son’s birthday. The house and beach were beautiful—already excited for another trip back to the Cape/the house!!

Spring break getaway

The property was outstanding with ideal access to an extremely private beach. Just steps away! The home was very well laid out with ample space for 2 families and the beds were extremely comfortable. If you love to cook, this is the home for you! They are equipped with everything you could think of and more!!! There was also a room on the ground level with everything you could need for the beach, including extra flip flops and life jackets! We would rent this place 100x over. Can’t wait to return to one of our favorite spots!! Thanks again for an amazing stay!!

Fabulous House

The kitchen was well stocked and the house had a great floor plan. We had great naps on the screened porch. The lounge chairs on the upper deck were so comfortable. The owner even put out a sand mat on the dune path to make going up and down so much easier.

Great Well Equipped House

We loved our stay at A Tropical Breeze. The house is ocean front and has beautiful views. Roni, the owner and gracious host has thought of everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Family vacation

Beach Front Family Fun!

The property is amazing! The house is right on the beach with tons of space for the family to spread out. We enjoyed morning coffee on the big screened in porch, heading over the dune to hunt for shells along the beach, building sand castles with the kids, and walking down to Cone Heads for ice cream, fried fish and piña coladas. The master bed rooms were very comfortable, with beautiful views every morning. The elevator was also surprisingly handy for getting bags up and down. To top it off, Roni, the homeowner, was super responsive and accommodating. All in all, it was a wonderful experience for our entire family group. Thanks again Roni!

Family Vacation

Probably the best experience we’ve had with a beach rental! The house is perfectly set up for two families but can easily hold a 3rd. It has two masters, both with breathless views. It was our first visit to Cape San Blas. It felt very exclusive. Love that you can have a fire on the beach. If you prefer less crowds and what felt like a private beach this is your place. The owner Roni & management company were unbelievable. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful house that is well stocked

Three families (5 adults with 4 kids under 7) loved this house. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, glasses. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Best of all the house is steps from the beach. Loved it.

Great location. Great attention to detail.

I LOVED this house! Great location (walking distance to Coneheads and the new restaurant). There are condos nearby but it was fun seeing all the dogs and you still have a private area behind the house. It was perfect. Also the kitchen was amazing. Well stocked. I recently stayed somewhere that didn’t even have a salt shaker. This is not that place. 😂 The essentials (and more) are waiting for you. And the owner was very accessible and helpful. We will definitely look to book this property again.

Spring Break 2021!

What a great trip to the Cape and A Tropical Breeze. This house is amazing...so much space and it has everything you need. So clean it feels as if it is brand new. The beach was perfect and the State Park, just steps from the house, was so much fun to explore. Roni was such a great host, quick to answer any question offered so much advice on fishing and on things to do in the area. We will be back!

The house was fantastic. Had plenty of cookware and dinnerware for a large group of people and had everything you need for the cook masters in your group. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The owners and property managers were very friendly and available for any assistance. Would definitely recommend this rental to friends.

A Tropical Breeze on Cape San Blas - Excellent

This is a beautiful vacation rental house on the north end of Cape San Blas, just before the state park. The house is well furnished, and the owners have thought of everything and then some. The elevator was a great back-saver. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything we needed. If we had one minor negative, it is that the dune is high in this part of the cape, so you don't have a view of the beach, even though you can see the horizon and most of the gulf from the second-floor screened porch and the third-floor covered deck. This also meant a bit of a climb up the stairs over the dune to get to the beach. Wouldn't have been a problem when we were younger, but at 69 that was a minor challenge. The owners clearly have taken great care of this house and were very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. We would definitely come back to this house on a future visit to the Cape.

We had a great time at A Tropical Breeze! The home was beautiful and every detail was taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space throughout the house. While there are several steps to climb to get to the beach, it is well worth it when you get there! We basically had the beach to ourselves the entire week. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place and great location!

You couldn’t ask for a better place to escape to! Cape San Blas is really special and ATB has everything you needed! Views were incredible, beach accessories on point, and easy process all around. If you’re looking for a quiet get a way, this is a great place. Only a handful of restaurants, a couple stores, and miles of beautiful gulf white sand. House had basics for first few days (TP, paper towels, etc) but make sure to bring extra if your staying a while. Book with confidence!

Excellent home and nice location! Clean home, very comfortable and well supplied kitchen. Quick response on any needs or concerns and the owner is so wonderful to give you a call to make sure you have what you need. We had wonderful week here with our family! Thank you!

Fantastic Beach Front House

This is our second time staying at A Tropical Breeze. We loved the upgrades this year. Roni is awesome to deal with and stayed in touch with us though out the rental process. We will def be booking again for next year !!!! Very comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out for our whole family.

Tropical Breeze is owned by 2 families from Atlanta, the Newmans and the Pridemores (pictured). Our children went to elementary school together and when we found this great house we formed a partnership. Our kids are much older now and both families have enjoyed many happy days at A Tropical Breeze.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

The Pridemores heard that Cape San Blas was named the #1 beach in the USA, including Hawaii, in 2002. A trip was immediately scheduled to see the area. A Tropical Breeze was way out of our price range, but we loved it so much we videotaped it and went back to talk to friends and neighbors about a partnership. Fortunately, the Newmans were in the market for investment property and our partnership was formed. The home was first seen on July 3rd, 2002 and we were owners by August 24, 2002. Every time we visit, we fall in love with the house and area all over again. We are also fortunate to have many happy repeat guests.

There are so many, but some of our favorites are the great fishing on the beach and in the bay, the peacefulness and lack of crowds, the sunsets over the Gulf right in front of the house, the bike and walking path, scalloping, Coneheads ice cream store, bonfires on the beach, dolphins, seashells and the ELEVATOR.
