Diese luxuriöse Strandwohnung befindet sich im brandneuen Resort Shores of Panama. Es ist das ultimative Urlaubsziel mit seinen erstklassigen, millionenschweren Annehmlichkeiten: Lagunen-Pools mit Wasserfällen, Springbrunnen, Tiki-Bars, exotischer tropischer Landschaftsgestaltung, beheiztem Innenpool, Spa, Sauna, Fitnesscenter usw. Meine 9-Fuß-Deckeneinheit ist professionell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ich habe die Bilder vor kurzem gemacht. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einem HD-Plasma-TV, HBO, Cinemax usw. ausgestattet. Highspeed-WLAN ist in der gesamten Wohnung, in der Lobby und im Poolbereich kostenlos verfügbar. Die Küche bietet volles Geschirr für 8 Personen. Die Master-Suite ist wunderschön mit einem Kingsize-Bett, HD-TV, DVD und einem luxuriösen Bad. Das 2. Great clean updated room!

Location is very busy, especially around spring break & the weekends. No luggage toppers, the parking garage is very short. I believe 6’2.Beach is very busy, with 8,9,12,15,16 year olds i was ok but with littles that you have to constantly watch it may be a little too busy of an area. Teens loved it though.

Wonderful for the price!

I had never been to PCB and we came across this listing on here. Great price for the week. We brought our 6 kiddos for spring break. It was very much at the “party” end of the beach so it got rather rowdy at night, but nothing unbearable. Our kids had a great time. Wish the outdoor pool were heated, as we felt like popsicles coming out of it. lol. The property owner was very easy to reach and even checked in on day 2 to see if we were satisfied. The condo could use a good deep cleaning as things were dusty, but with it being on the beach keeping things clean clean is near impossible! We were overall happy and I would definitely book this condo again in the future (just not on spring break when it’s so rowdy). May possibly look into booking at fall break!

Spring Break 2025

Do not arrive on Saturday!!!! The place was crazy. Cars and people (that weren’t staying at resort) were everywhere on the streets. Cops do a nice job of keeping order in Panama City Beach but wow it was nuts!!!! Hard to figure out where to check in at first and roads were blocked off everywhere. Every other day was good, condo was good, good view, parking was okay resort was nice, no issues with having to wait long for elevator. We had double red flags almost whole time there so that was a bummer but kids enjoyed the hot tub! Sunset views are amazing!!! Could have used a few more pans to use for breakfast but we made do. After 1st day we enjoyed the visit and condo.

It was a wonderful vacation spot! It is close to so much stuff! I wish the construction was finished. The construction was a little difficult to maneuver around. The resort management was unhelpful, but property contact was informative. Overall we had a great time!

The condo was exactly as listed. Beautiful views from the balcony. Loved how the resort only allowed the people staying there. Great location. Only complaint is the condo wasn’t cleaned like we expected. But I spoke with the property manager about the situation. We would stay again!

The grounds are beautiful. Didn't like how resort was built like a horseshoe. Reminded me of a huge housing project. All the staff were very friendly. The elevators are terrible especially when almost every condo is occupied. Very very slow, or the door would open and it was full to capacity so you'd have to wait for another. Whoever designed the resort did not put in enough elevators. All in all a nice place

It wasn’t what I Expect it because the icemaker to the refrigerator does not work so we had no ice for no drinks the sheets had spots on them and I sent the pictures of the spots to the manager and they did not bring any new sheets ..poor customer service.everything else was beautiful!!!

It served it's purpose but wasn't the best

We stayed here over the recent Memorial Day weekend. The property itself has an excellent location to the beach and the pool/spa area is nice and well maintained. The unit itself is dated. It served our purpose well for getting the beach but if we spent much time inside we would be a bit more dissatisfied. There were minimal supplies like bath towels and kitchen utensils that we typically have when staying at a property such as this. The kitchen cabinets were a bit dirty. The room we stayed in had a hutch and drawers were completely broken on the bottom. The check in process was fast and the staff around the property were nice. We would not stay again unless something's in this particular condo were updated.

Not what we thought

When we first got there (later Friday night) we arrived to no hot water, condo not cleaned and no way to get in touch with anyone until the next morning. The parking is bad. The elevators take forever and the staff is not very helpful. I contacted the owner several times and got a return call stating that it was not acceptable for it to not be clean or have hot water so he would send someone right away. They came and cleaned and got the water working but was told we would get additional refunds considering we were not given what we paid for. I did not like the bathroom situation. The only bathrooms are located in each room so if you need to use the bathroom or shower you have to go through guest rooms in order to use them. I was very dissatisfied with our stay and will not be staying there again.

Luxury Beach Condo ---NOT

This was a family vacation not a FRAT PARTY. Check your dates and make sure it is not Atlanta's Spring Break. The marijuana was so rampant that our whole unit smelled like pot everyday and security did nothing. The kids were partying and slamming doors until 3 am. The pool was dirty, hot tub was full of small kids and not clean, elevator did not have carpet plus took forever to arrive. The average time wait for elevator was 20 mins. The lobby restrooms were filthy. If you book with an owner there are NO amenities with the condo. The indoor pool was never cleaned the entire week we stayed. The unit itself was advertised as a 3 bedroom 3 bath. It was but every bathroom was in a bedroom, which was very inconvenient because we had 2 people on the pull out. The unit was not as clean as I would have wanted or the outside the condo but the owner did make it right by refunding us the cleaning deposit.

Do not recommend this property

Let me start by saying I have used Vrbo over 30 times and have never felt the need to write a review. This was the worst condo I have ever stayed in. First off when we entered the condo it smelled terrible. It smelled almost as though someone was smoking in it before we got there. The kids were so grossed out. Great way to start your vacation! Then my girls went into the guest bedroom and were so disgusted by the sheets in that room that I immediately had to wash the sheets. Next we go check out the balcony and the door was so messed up and heavy that only my husband could physically open and shut the door, and even then I thought he might throw his back out each time we went out onto the balcony! Next remotes and batteries were missing on the televisions. I never could get the master bedroom tv to work because I could never could find a remote to that one. Next the dishwasher was broken. It didn’t have a latch for the soap dispenser so nothing would get clean. So I spent most of the vacation doing dishes and laundry. The room literally had 4 towels in it. No wash clothes and not one bath mat. It was another safety hazard to not have bath mats! I told the owner about all these problems and got nothing resolved. I do think someone came into our room when we weren’t there but didn’t even leave a single bath mat which was the main thing I wanted so no one fell on this property!! Instead I was basically left with no issues resolved and feeling like my privacy was violated. Also the pull out was the worst! It was pretty much not useable! Last but not least when looking for the remote I found a size 7x men’s shirt behind the couch which really really makes you question the cleanliness of this condo. I mean I was already so disappointed that by this point nothing surprised me!!!

Family that loves the beach!

The Shores of Panama is a lovely resort, the pool is very inviting and relaxing! You do have to purchase wrist bands at the front desk to use any of the resort amenities or even get to the beach without going to a public beach access, which is not stated in the owner's description or in the rental agreement. He did however return the $241+ that was spent on wrist bands after our return home. As far as the condition of the condo, I recommend that on the day you check in you take pictures of the condo and send to the owner. Strip the beds and take pictures of the mattresses as well. I followed the housekeeping requirements for deposit return by stripping the sheets and mattress pads to prepare for washing by the cleaning crew. When I did this, the master bedroom mattress had a stain on it where I had been sleeping the entire week. After returning home, I inquired about my deposit return and the owner emailed pictures of the mattress to me that his cleaning crew sent to him about this stain. If the cleaning crew noticed, the sheets nor the top of the mattress pad had this stain, therefor it could not have been from our stay. He has yet to reply to me regarding this and I still have no deposit. I have rented through VRBO for many years and have never had a problem. Also, upon our arrival, the cleaning crew informed us that the dryer was not working. I contacted the owner and it was not repaired until Thursday afternoon. We were there from Saturday-Thursday with no dryer, 4 adults and 2 children. Be sure to check the dishes before you use them as well, many were dirty and needed rewashing. The condo is not as well maintained as some that I have stayed in. The condo is not Gulf Front, it is Gulf View, you can only see one direction and only a small portion of the beach. I specifically asked the owner if it was Gulf front and he said yes. You cannot see the west side of the beach from his balcony. We did have a nice vacation but am very disappointed not to get my deposit back. It has been over a week since we have checked out and still no contact back from the owner regarding this.

Started rough wonderful ending

Our check in time was 4:00 pm. We purposely arrived around 4:00 as we had a one year old with us and we did not want to go to the beach with her after a long drive. The property was not ready and the cleaning lady was still there she told us to just go down to the pool and wait. But we had all of our luggage in the cars and no where to change. The baby was tired. We told her we would just wait. Then she started heading blankets and sheets to my children telling them where to put them. I am not sure what exactly she was doing as she didn’t let us in fully until after 7p.m. The condo was not cleaned very well at all. The bunk room bathroom smelled of urine. The kitchen counters were dirty and the floors were quite sandy. Under the couch cushions were food crumbs. We went to the store and purchased cleaning products and cleaned ourselves. The sliding glass door was so hard to open and close so my husband and son adjusted it so we could go in and out, but was still too hard for the children to open and close. After we cleaned and fixed the door ourselves we had a great time. I will say cell and Wifi service was terrible. We could not watch television at all. Otherwise we really did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful condo

Condo is well equipped! Beautiful views! Each bedroom has its own bathroom! Spacious and clean. The elevators were a bit slow but to be expected with a resort this large. Resort has everything you need and across from a Walmart for the things they don't! Would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is very pretty. There is good access to the beach. The pool is nice but needs to be cleaned more frequently. The major problem is the elevators. The wait time can be up to 30 minutes. When we arrived we had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of stairs, in the high heat with parents in their mid 70's. During peak times people will wait 45 minutes. When you do manage to get on an elevator, it's over crowded and you pack in like sardines. There is no air in the elevators. If you can deal with it, then you will be OK. Many people I spoke with said they'll never return bc of the elevator situation. Our room was OK. When we arrived there was sand on the floor, the pull out couch sheets had never been washed and the towels smelled like mold. I had to wash the towels twice before we could use them. The washer is a front loader that hasn't been cleaned in some time and also smells like mold. We cleaned it as best we could. The sliding door onto the balcony is very heavy and difficult to close. It got stuck several times and my husband was the only one who could close it. The beds were comfortable, but the pullout couch has a thin mattress and the springs poked the person sleeping on it. We used extra blankets to help make it usable. The kitchen worked well for us and had what we needed. Overall, we still had a great time, but our room and the property were just OK. It worked for us bc we didn't spend much time there and didn't let the elevator situation ruin our trip.

Great place!

The property is in a great location but the parking garage is absolute cancer. If you go get there early if you can and just go hangout at the beach while you wait for the room. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay as well!
