Das schöne neu renovierte Stadthaus befindet sich in zentraler Lage an der Autobahn I-4, weniger als 3,2 km vom Einkaufszentrum MALL AT MILLENIA entfernt. Weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrt zu den UNIVERSAL Studios. Ca. 10 Autominuten zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von DOWNTOWN. 20 Minuten oder weniger bis zum DISNEY World-Eingang. Ganz in der Nähe von INTERNATIONAL DRIVE und RESTAURANT ROW ca. 5 Autominuten. Das Haus hat einen komfortablen und geräumigen offenen Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bäder über 1600 Quadratmeter mit Auffahrt Parkplatz und Pool. Alle neuen Fußböden und Badezimmer wurden vor weniger als einem Jahr renoviert.

First time snowbirds!

Great location for busy on the go people! Had our daughter and grandson come for week and they loved how much room there is. The only downfall, but not for us is the flight of stairs. The owner was so accommodating and kept in touch.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at this location even though it was cut short by hurricane Milton. Home was as described, very neat and clean. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Property was located very close to lots of shopping and dining. The owner was great in communicating with us through the storm and us having to check out early. We would recommend this location.

Tasteful, Clean, and Abundant

This home offers many higher-end amenities, from kitchen appliances and gadgets down to a hair dryer- and even a flat iron! The home was very clean, is within a 15 dollar uber ride to universal studios (cheaper than parking!) and was aesthetically pleasing. A++++

Home away from home

So happy we chose to stay at this townhouse in the Millenia area. Close to everything but also in quiet & safe neighborhood. All our needs were met and the owner quickly communicated with us when there was a couple of issues and found a solutions. Living room is very comfy with large TV for viewing. Kitchen nicely stocked with appliances , seasonings from prior guests. Directions for use of condo clear. Bedrooms are all cozy and comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless . Having a garage and driveway was nice to have parking for 2 vehicles.Highly recommend this VRBO & the owner Ed. . Will stay again when in the area.

Nice property, wonderful host!

The property was nice, clean and as described. Location was decent, not your typical resort setting but a quiet apartment complex reasonably close to the highway and 30 minutes or less to the major Orlando attractions, also within walking distance of Costco and target. I wish the third bedroom had a proper bed instead of a sleeper sofa - would have served our needs better. Maybe something to consider for the future, Ed? The host was immediately responsive and super helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

Ed is a great host & the place is just right for Universal!

We had a wonderful time staying at Ed’s place for 8 days, visiting Universal for 5 days. Great location around the corner from the mall and lots of restaurants. Close to Universal for our family of 5. Well stocked townhouse. The dryer went out and Ed promptly scheduled repair service. He texted us before our stay and even accommodated us dropping off our food/luggage while housekeeping was finishing up before checkin. The communication was better than any place we’ve stayed before. 🤩 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Everything was perfect. The condo was immaculate and well equipped, down to more than adequate clothes hangers. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located to I-4, shopping, dining, attractions, etc. Ed, the host, was very helpful and responsive. I would gladly rent this unit or abother from Ed.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We were taking our kids to Disney/Universal for the first time and our trip went off without a hitch. This listing was an excellent location to everything we wanted to do while in Orlando from parks to restaurants, we even took a trip to the mall. The condo had a great set up with everything we needed. The master suite was amazing and the bed was super comfortable. Thanks Ed!

Beautiful location close to Disney!

Very cute townhome not too far from Disney World! We spent most of our time away, but accommodations were sufficient for our needs as a family! Very clean which was important as we have a small child. One small issue during our stay that my husband was able to remedy as the owner was not in town to address. Be mindful that there is only parking for one vehicle at townhouse- car must be placed in garage with the door closed. This was a little difficult for our family as my parents drove in to meet us so we had two cars. There are a few open parking spaces near the home, but if you arrive home late everyday (such as we did) you might have some difficulty. Also, plenty of towels and a washing machine and dryer available in home. We really enjoyed our week and hope to rent again next year when we return if Nick has availability :) -The Teo's

What you should know

The only disappointment was the cleanliness factor. Had to wash dishes, cutlery and glasses before using. Floors were dirty, especially the kitchen and powder room. The house looked like it had never been dusted The most foul smell in the garage greeted us upon arrival. the garbage bin had something leak from a bag and dried in the bottom of bin, this was disgusting. The most cleaning done was by me and my daughter. Perhaps I should request a refund for the cleaning that we paid for. We also purchased (and left) some entertaining/serving-type dishes and plastic containers for storing leftover food ( we did cook a few meals). Did not use BBQ and also, when we arrived, grandchildren cleaned the patio. Dealing with Ed was a pleasure from the beginning to the end of our stay.

Communication is important.......

Ed's condo is well situated in a safe, gated community near the Millennia Mall and other Orlando attractions. It was clean and spacious. Felt like a rental property, rather than someone's home. The only area that we felt needed to be tightened up was the communication. Our initial access through the locked gates was achieved via a phone call to Ed. Later that evening, we were stuck outside the locked gate until a kind resident opened it for us because Ed did not answer his phone at 10:30PM. Ed ultimately explained the key-card procedure (which was not explained in the guest book) via text the next day and the rest of our stay went smoothly. Anxious moments outside a locked gate could have been avoided if the guest book had contained accurate and complete information.
