210 Breakers ist eine direkt am Meer gelegene Wohnung. Es befindet sich ab Herbst 2019 in neuem Besitz und unter neuer Leitung. Die Wohnung wird komplett neu eingerichtet. Der Hauptraum verfügt über ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, einen großen Fernseher sowie einen kleinen Tisch und Stühle. Es gibt einen Balkon mit herrlichem direktem Blick auf das Meer. Der Balkon hat zwei Hochstühle und einen Tisch, um den Blick auf das Meer zu verbessern. Die Küche ist zum Hauptraum offen. Es gibt genügend Platz und Möbel, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum Flur hin offen und mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne / Dusche. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und ist über vier kurze Treppen erreichbar. Die Haustür befindet sich in der Nähe des Treppenhauses. Buchen Sie jetzt und beginnen Sie zu packen. Wöchentliche Mieten vor allem im Sommer sind Samstag bis Samstag. Für Nebensaison Wochentage bitte anfragen.

Amazing view...

Property is small but the location, directly on the beach, more than makes up for the reduced square footage. Perfect spot for a couple. No sleeping late here, be on the balcony to see sunrise

Lovely place

We enjoyed our stay. The property owner is great and responsive. We had an issue with how to operate the TV and the owner answered promptly and resolved our issue. We love the location. Close to shopping and dining, just a walk across the street. The view is amazing.

Long weekend getaway

Location is great! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. While the king size bed is nice, the bedroom is extremely tight. The doors on the bedroom are just in the way. The dishwasher can’t open all of the way because it hits refrigerator. Those are only minor concerns compared to the convenience and location.

Great Condo - Beautiful HHI

After 35 years coming to HHI, it never disappoints. 210 Breakers was the perfect location in the complex. The unit was well appointed and all the things that really matter were right on (View, AC, shower, TV, lights, frig, etc.) This condo was perfect for hubs and I (and adult child visited for a couple days from Greenville, SC) and there was plenty of room. Owner was a delight to communicate w/and was very responsive. We had a great week and would definitely consider this condo again for future visits.

Great week in Hilton Head

This was a great place to stay, with the best view ever. It's location is wonderful, with Coligny being only steps away. The owner was very attentive an easy to communicate with. Hope to stay here in our future visits!

Great location

2nd floor condo facing ocean and across the street from shopping and restaurants. The condo itself was ok and maybe a little better than average when compared to other condos at Breakers. It could have been cleaner, the DIY type renovations could have been better -you can't open the dishwasher past half way because it hits the refrigerator which takes up most of the hall closet - the owners locker takes up the rest and the is no other storage so your luggage etc. Will be setting in the hallway or living room. But it is a great location and very reasonably priced. It was just my and my wife so we were fine but I think if we had more people it would have been very cramped. The sofa, I assume it's a pull out, could use a good cleaning, the flooring looks new except for the bathroom were the grout needs to be scrubbed especially behind the door. I found 1 dieing roach in the tub the 1st night. There is a stacked washer dryer that worked well. The King size bed nearly fills the bedroom. The view from the deck is wonderful. We generally used the stairs but when we did use the elevator it worked well withe no waiting

This is a great property in an amazing location. The deck view is astounding. We had everything we needed for our trip. The owner was great to communicate with. Property was affordable. I will definitely look to book again.

Condo was in a good location with ocean view. There were no blinds/shades on the slinding doors to the balcony. There were a couple electric plug ins that didn't work in the bedroom. King size bed was very comfortable but left no room to move around in bedroom.

Great views

This unit has great ocean front views! Enjoyed the higher chairs on the balcony. Location is perfect with restaurants, stores, bike rentals etc. all within walkable distance. It was very convenient to have all the appliances. The unit needs a deep cleaning. The floors were dirty. We replaced the shower curtain as it was disgusting! The balcony sliding glass doors had no window covering. A little TLC this unit could be a gem!

A great place to stay

My husband and I have visited the Breakers multiple times and 210 was our favorite. The description and pictures of the property are accurate. The furniture was comfortable, we loved the king size bed. The black out blinds in the bedroom helped keep the lights from the hallway out to allow you to sleep more sound. we really enjoyed the fact that there was a dishwasher, stove and oven in the property. Some of the other condos at the Breakers do not have all three. And of course the view which is the best part. We love staying right on the beach and enjoying the waves throughout the day and we were able to do here as well. Communication with the owner was great and fast responding. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Getaway for Two

We wanted to get away for a week at the end of the Summer. This unit was a perfect fit for 2. It was clean and the owners got back to us promptly to answer questions. It was so nice to wake up and have coffee on the oceanfront balcony. The very short walk through the pool to get to the beach was a bonus!

Love the location of The Breakers and Hilton Head Island!!! we had a Great view from our balcony! Condo could use a good cleaning, and bathroom needed some updating. I would still recommend to family and friends. We had a good week!

Great view!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was amazing and the unit was very clean and well equipped. The bedroom was a little tight, but worth it to have comfortable king size bed. An elevator would have been nice, especially when moving-in/moving-out, having to climb 2 flights of stairs. But that won't be a problem next time, as elevators were being installed while we were there! Highly recommended!!

Perfect for Two
