Diese schöne brandneue renovierte Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit vollem Stauraum. Das erste Zimmer hat ein französisches Bett, das zweite Zimmer ein Doppelbett. Geräumige offene Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich mit einem Schlafsofa. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit viel Stauraum und Platz, um ein wunderbares Essen zuzubereiten. Die Bushaltestelle nach NYC ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Fahrt zum Big Apple dauert zwischen 20 und 25 Minuten. Exklusive Waschküche nur für Gäste und privater Parkplatz gegen eine tägliche Gebühr.

Family trip

The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a good break we had 2 teenagers at 17 and 15 and one had the second bedroom and one had the sofa bed which was easily big enough for him. The apartment is so handy for Manhattan and we used the bus across the street everyday whic was 4 each and takes about 15 mins. There is also a brilliant food supermarket thats a 5 minute walk and stocked everything you could need. Claudia was on hand at anytime and check I. Was so easy I would highly highly recommend this aperment to anyone

It was a great time

The apartment was very nice, clean and great location. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. The bus connection into the city was very good. There were shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. If we were to travel to New York again, we would always choose this apartment.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment was our home for seven days. It was clean, warmly decorated, and very comfortable. It was also supplied with the necessities for our stay. It was convenient to the bus to the city and a grocery store that is close enough to walk to. The best part was the beds are so comfortable. So much so that we are purchasing the same mattress for our home!! And Claudia was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We recommend this rental very highly!!

Would stay again

This apartment is exactly as advertised in the listing description and photos. We were impressed with how clean it was and how comfortable the beds were. Plenty of room for our family of five to spread out and relax. A short bus ride into New York City’s Port Authority Bus Terminal if you plan on visiting the city. We stayed 8 nights and went into the city every day. Would also like to say Claudia was very responsive to messages and made sure we had everything we needed. She did a great job and we really enjoyed staying here.

Recommended apartment for NewYork

Nice place to explore New York from. The bus leaves right across the street and a major supermarket is within walking distance. The apartment is part of an apartment block that is not very appealing from the outside. It was clean and contained everything we needed. Communication with the landlady was smooth.

Interesting accommodations

The apartment inside is clean! The building/property is not so clean. The elevator was loud and maybe it opened on the 5th floor, maybe not. There is not a washer and dryer in the apartment, but there is one you pay to use on the property. The front door of the building was open, not secure. I paid for parking and someone kept parking in my spot. That made me nervous because I didn’t want the rental car towed.

Good, affordable location close to NYC

The apartment itself is absolutely wonderful - very clean and modernized. There were a few very minor issues, such as broken blinds and closet handles, but nothing that really bothered us at all. As for the some of the neighbors, there was a man screaming loudly for at least an hour one night, and several other occasions of excessive noise as well as people smoking in the hallways. This might be rather disconcerting for families with younger children. There is a very convenient bus stop directly across the street, one of the best grocery stores I've ever visited within a short walk, and lots of good restaurant choices nearby. If you're looking for a very nice, affordable way to visit NYC, and you don't mind a bus ride into the city each day, this is an excellent option.

Lovely Place

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, modern and comfy. There was a bad smell which we determined was coming from the fridge. It remained in the apartment even after the host gave us some baking soda to put in the fridge, although it did dissipate somewhat. The location of the apartment was very convenient, with the bus to NYC right in front of the apartment. Internet went down twice but Claudia addressed the issue after we called her. Lots of linens available. We would stay here again.

Weekend get away

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. There were no croaches, everything was clean...and tidy. The toilet did have some issues filling up, but as I read in the reviews, you just pull up the black thingy and it is done. My suggestions would be to put some hooks in the bathroom to hang items/towels, as there is no place for that and maybe add a kettle to boil water in the kitchen. Thank you!

Nice Apartment near Manhattan

We had a comfortable stay in North Bergen. If you need to get there from the airport I would recomend taking an Uber. The building is not really nice looking, but the apartment is! It‘s quite big and has all you need (kitchen with gas stove, two bedrooms, 5th person had to sleep on the couch in the living room, big shower). The busstop is right across the street, the bus takes about 20 min to the Port Authority Terminal which is close to Times Square. An information sheet with all there is to know was prepared, e-Mails were answered at once. We would love to come again!

Fifth floor apartment in North Bergen

Us Hoosiers had a great time visiting NYC, while being able to stay in a more quiet town on the Jersey side. It was only about an 18-20 minutes drive into the city. Our apartment was very clean. A small personal garage was offered for our vehicle, however our suv was too big. But they were quick to offer and set up outdoor parking for us. Claudia was extremely prompt at replying to any and all messages. Self check out/check in made it quick and easy. We had no complaints from this property and want to thank Claudia for all her help.

Perfect for us.

Our family stayed here for the Army/Navy game. This was a short ride to MetLife Stadium and a short ride to Times Square so perfect for us. I saw NO roaches in the apartment. It was clean and looks just like the pictures. We were perfectly happy here. The toilet does have some issues. It isn’t a water issue as said in a different post but a tank issue. All you have to do is lift the black thing in the tank and it fills immediately. Great big sized grocery store within walking distance. We loved our home away from home.

BEWARE OF ROACHES and NICKEL & DIMING!

Claudia has a lot of rules, which is no problem. We get it. The property on the outside looks really run down, but the inside looks exactly like the pictures and is very nice. There are a lot of roaches everywhere in the house, including the fridge. We found multiple roaches in the fridge dead and alive. Had to pay $100 for parking in a spot that I could barely fit in, so if you are more heavyweight (I’m kind of slim 180), then you won’t be able to get in and out of the car. Everyone had to get out of the car before I parked. Also, I had to pay $35 for an early check-in fee. I do appreciate the early check-in option. However, Claudia was very rude to me after the stay and she tried to charge me over $100 for minor wear and tear stains to a few towels and also charged us for one of my friends leaking on her menstrual cycle the night before we left, even thought there is no washer and dryer to clean it and accidents happen. We left the house completely clean wiped down, sprayed, everything was in the laundry, everything was clean. I still got harassed and I am still getting harassed to pay over $100 for mistakes that usually happen at any time staying somewhere. Especially the fact we were already charged a cleaning fee. She will nickel and dime you before you come and AFTER you leave. The place is nice, but not worth dealing with Claudia who practices bad business and obviously has a history of penny pinching her clients. I would not recommend staying at Claudias place.

L’appartamento si trova in posizione ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto che passano frequentemente e vicino a due market raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia suggerisco di fornire la cucina del materiale adeguato in quanto da regolamento viene richiesta la pulizia finale della cucina ma è stato difficoltoso svolgerla per carenza di materiale. Le camere da letto sono provviste di tappeti, sarebbe stato comodo avere l’aspirapolvere. (Purtroppo abbiamo trovato i tappeti molto impolverati ed è stato difficile pulirli con scopa e paletta anche solo per renderli accettabili). Per quanto riguarda il check-in c’è stato un disguido, quando siamo arrivati alle 18:30, il personale che si occupa delle pulizie aveva appena iniziato a pulire l’appartamento; pulizie che sono state terminate da noi perché il pavimento risultava ancora sporco. Nell’annuncio si parla di lavatrice e asciugatrice ma bisognerebbe specificare che questi elettrodomestici non si trovano all’interno dell’appartamento. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, l’appartamento va benissimo per chi ha un budget contenuto e vuole visitare New York. L’host Claudia è sempre stata gentile e disponibile, i feedback che lascio vogliono essere costruttivi nell’ottica di migliorare il servizio offerto.
