Dieses Loft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Der Eingang zum Loft befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Grundstücks. Wir haben einen eigenen Parkplatz und Loft-Eingang ist die hintere Holztreppe.

Unser Loft befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Nur 26 Stufen bis zum Bordertown Loft.

In den wärmeren Monaten finden verschiedene Live-Musikveranstaltungen statt, daher besteht die Gefahr von Lärm. Es gibt jedoch eine Stadtverordnung, nach der alle Musikstücke um 23 Uhr enden müssen.

Dieses Gebäude ist über 100 Jahre alt und wir haben es wunderschön restauriert. Sie finden viel Charme mit modernem Flair! Wir haben sehr hohe Reinigungsstandards, aber Sie können gelegentlich den natürlich vorkommenden Ziegelstaub finden. Im Loft finden Sie freiliegende Deckenbalken und viel Charakter.

Amazing place

This place looked even better in person than in pictures. Was just there for Valentine’s weekend and we had a great time. Food around was very good and the shops on State St were fun to walk around. We will be back again no question.

Great stay!

Karen was very helpful with our stay as we had to move it back a week due to weather. The place was very nice and clean. We had a personalized welcome basket waiting on us and plenty of information of what there was to do in town. There was also snacks, coffee, and things to use for cooking. This was nice bc as you know it can be aggravating buying stuff for just a few days somewhere. All in all, it was a great stay at a great place. Highly recommend.

Would book again in heart beat

One of the best prepared VRBOs we have stayed in. Everything stocked with even extras you would not expect. If we ever need to stay even near Bristol again we would book here and be disappointed if someone else beat us to it. Only thing to be aware of is you are right on top of downtown. Great to walk and explore what etc unit can be a little loud at.night. The box fan in the closet provided the perfect amount of white noise for us and no real issue with A good nights sleep. Book without a hesitation. It’s a fantastically well run VRBO!

Great spot for us to stay while fishing. Love the adaptive reuse of the old building and leaving all the brick and rafters exposed makes for a really cool space. Will def stay again.

Reunion

Stayed at the loft with my best friend from high school for our 40th HS reunion. The place was amazing! Walking distance to all our venues and everything imaginable was available for our needs at the loft. Karen made sure you won’t need for anything. Next time I’m in Bristol I will be staying here. Great vacation rental

One of, if not the, best all-around vacation rentals we've had. The owners are the best, respond immediately to any questions, and also own the store next door. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, and fully stocked kitchen. Condo had everything you could need, including extra toothbrushes and other toiletries in case you forgot something. Owners provided a few bottled waters and lemonade and a variety of snacks. We definitely would stay here again if we return to Bristol. Full disclosure: there is a little street noise (mostly people talking after leaving the bars) late on Friday and Saturday night, but instances were brief. And to be expected in the heart of the main street in town.

Great Stay, Generous Host!

We absolutely loved our stay in the quaint downtown Bristol. Our line dance team was hired for Country Thunder Bristol, and wanted to stay in downtown Bristol. The loft was amazing, and a great place to stay. Karen was very communicative and her rental was stocked with so many accommodations. Would 100/10 recommend staying here!

This place is amazing.

Pictures are spot on. Place was so clean and beautiful. We could have just brought our clothes. Fully equiped with anything we needed and then some. Just walk down the stairs to shops, food and drinks. Everyone was wonderful. Might have to visit here again.

Beautiful Place, great owner

Let me just say, Karen hits a home run with this place. Her communication is unmatched and the place is an absolute gem. My only negative comment is location (for me). It is right on state street and motorcycles (90% Harley’s) come through at all hours and it’s simply a function of a loud motorcycle basically riding in a “canyon”. But if you like to be in the mix near the hotspots of Bristol, this is 100% your place to be

So comfortable!!!

We are beyond impressed with the comfort and beauty of this loft and the attention to detail of everything that we could have needed. The furniture and bedding are so cozy and we slept very well. The kitchen was perfect and stocked better than any other VRBO I have ever stayed at before. If we ever return to Bristol, we will definitely stay here again. We rate it 10/10!!!

Five Star Plus

If I could give more than five stars I would. The loft was beautiful and the hostess had everything you could possibly want. The town of Bristol was also very nice and the shops downtown had a little something for every taste. Will definitely be staying again. We attended the NASCAR races and the location was perfect we were back to the loft within 20 minutes once race was complete.

Excellent Place to Stay

This rental deserves more than 5 stars. The space is impeccably clean, fresh and up-to-date. As nice as the pictures look, in person the loft is even more impressive with the exposed brick walls, high ceilings and big windows overlooking State Street. The furnishings are stylish yet comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is in excellent working condition. The hosts have provided everything needed for a relaxing stay and included many additional conveniences like multiple charging stations and even umbrellas in case it rains. The hosts were friendly, attentive and responsive. Our stay exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning.
