Bei wärmerem Wetter finden verschiedene Live-Musikveranstaltungen statt, daher besteht die Gefahr von Lärm. Es gibt jedoch eine Stadtverordnung, nach der alle Musikstücke um 23.00 Uhr enden müssen.

Dieses Gebäude ist über 100 Jahre alt und wir haben es wunderschön restauriert. Sie finden viel Charme mit modernem Flair! Wir haben die ursprünglichen Backsteinmauern im Dachboden erhalten. Wir haben sehr hohe Reinigungsstandards, aber Sie können gelegentlich den natürlich vorkommenden Ziegelstaub finden. Im Loft finden Sie freiliegende Deckenbalken und viel Charakter im gesamten Loft.

My childhood bestie (of over 50 yrs) & I met up half way to stay at this incredible loft. It far exceeded any expectations with of us had! Home away from home but nicer :)

This rental had everything we wanted & more. The owners gave so much attention to detail that there wasn’t anything that I reached for that wasn’t there. The location couldn’t be better for a stay in downtown Bristol, allowing you to walk to tons of restaurants & small business shopping. An example of attention to detail: sound machine & earplugs for sleeping, a ceiling fan but also a box fan available for comfort. It possibly has the best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve stayed in, the furniture is all in great shape & comfortable & the decor is very tastefully done, as well. We would, & already have, recommend this to anyone.

Love this downtown Bristol property

I have stayed at Live like a local Loft three times now. I stayed in a different unit each time. The units are beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and provide the guest with everything they need in the kitchen and bath. You feel as if you are in your own home. Karen Hester is very responsive to all messages and is ready to make your stay as pleasant as all three of my stays have been. I will stay here every time I visit Bristol in the future.

What a GREAT place!

The Live Like a Local Loft was a wonderful stay. The hosts thought of everything you might need to make this feel like a home away from home! Super clean, comfortable bed, luxury linens, games, DVD’s, CD’S, well-appointed kitchen, toiletries, and on an on! The other great thing about this property is its location in the heart of downtown Bristol with great shops and restaurants just a few steps away! We will definitely return! A vacation from a vacation. My wife and I had just spent two weeks with the kids and grandkids doing the tourist things in the area. Going to Pigeon Forge & Dollywood.Had plans to fish but the lake was so low you could walk out to the middle of it. So after two weeks of vacation time with the kids, I said you want to see what's up in Bristol TN. since we have never been to the area. And the only thing that raised a bell with me was Talladega & Daytona.So I did a Vrbo search into Bristol and saw outstanding loft photo. And I can tell you what you see is what you get. A Hilton or Sheraton Suite has new furniture. The Boutique Bristol, opens its arm's and gives you a Hug. And the locations is excellent, it was fun to stroll up and down State St. and I went went into the meddle of the road and took my own Bristol Sign Photo as sun-set, and yes I did have a lookout... 1 to 10 , it's a #10 - Enjoy.

This spacious 2 BR loft is full of character and charm! Our Bordertown Loft is located in the heart of downtown Bristol VA/TN. Come relax, rest & renew, then discover our great downtown. Downtown Bristol is a vibrant place with lots of local restaurants, craft breweries, coffee shops, music venues & shopping. The coolest thing is that your loft is located above our ice cream and candy shop. Where we make the best homemade fudge EVER! Stop in for a free sample. Come let us pamper you!

Our downtown is very walkable. The loft is located in the heart of historic downtown Bristol. If you have your own vehicle we have a dedicated parking space during your stay. There is also Uber/Lyft service. There are rental cars available at the airport. We have limited bus transportation downtown.

Our loft is located on the second floor. Only 26 steps up to the Bordertown Loft.

During warmer weather months, there several live music events, so there is a potential for noise. However, there is a city ordinance that all music must end at 11pm.

This building is over 100 years old and we have beautifully restored it. You will find lots of charm with a modern flair! We have very high cleaning standards, but you may find the naturally occurring brick dust occasionally. In the loft you will find exposed ceiling beams and lots of character throughout.

We have several fitness centers nearby that offer daily rates.
