Location is breathtaking, condo was filthy, honestly don’t know why I was charged so many fees, some of the amenities were disappointing, more specifically the couch and bed were just worn and uncomfortable, chairs outside were ok not great either

Fantastic View

The family and I made a last minute dash to the beach and stayed in this unit for a few days. You cannot beat the view of Alabama pass! The beach itself is a little harder to see from the balcony but I enjoyed the pass more anyway. Watching the sunrise and the boats traveling in and out was great! If you like fishing, the jetties are just a short walk away as well. Inside the unit had everything we needed. Plenty of closet space. Though there is only a free standing pantry. We weren’t there for long and didn’t keep much food. So not and issue on this trip. The cabinets under the sink weren’t very full and could probably be used as a pantry if needed. It was very spacious otherwise. The only minor issues we ran into was the unit is in need of a deep clean and a realtor showed up unexpectedly with his clients. The unit is for sale but we found out he was supposed to notify the property management team and failed to do so. Other than those details, we enjoyed the unit and our stay as a whole!

My husband, three young children and I have made this a yearly vaca spot. This particular condo fits us perfectly and has great views and beach frontage. We are never disappointed!

The view off the balcony is more of the boats passing than the beach but was still beautiful! Beds were comfortable and place was roomy. Cleaning needs a little improvement as ice maker was moldy and a couple others things but overall nice place.

Location perfection!

I cannot say enough about our stay at 702 Grand Point. From booking to check in to check out, communication was positive and consistent. Comfortable beds and furniture with a more modern but relaxed vibe. What would bring us back is the location and the spectacular views from the balcony of the gulf and the pass. Nothing else like it really in the area. My only suggestions would be to install some taller toilets. As a retiree with knee issues, it would make a huge impact on the level of comfort. Also, for those coming from out of state, leave instructions about what to do with recycling. Thank you for everything!

Nicely decorated, spacious, great balcony

Loved the overall feel of the living space. Very usable and comfortable. Light came in through the wooden bedroom blinds in the morning making for an early wake-up. Kitchen could use a meat thermometer. The stovetop burners were crooked. But otherwise we had everything needed to cook a nice meal. Kids said the bed was squeaky, but the master bed was very comfortable. The beach was a mess due to dredging at the jetty. The massive equipment and construction sight was also our view for our stay. It was loud and not at all the peaceful atmosphere I hoped for, but it was interesting at least. It also made the water at the beach dirty and it smelled bad. But all things considered, we still had a very nice stay.

Summer Vacay

Great condo. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect as it’s on the beach with great views of the water and walking distance to many restaurants. The only issue we had was that the pool was closed for renovations and we were not told about that. Having two kids ages 4 and 6 this was not a great thing to find out after we arrived.. I would highly suggest asking if all of the amenities will be available before booking. But other than that we had a nice experience.

Great panoramic views

We loved the location watching the boats coming and going. There is easy access to the beach. The building is doing renovations but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The sea wall is just below and you can fish there also. Several restaurants within walking distance. The unit was amazingly clean. No fan in the bedroom so bring one if you like that. One favorite item was the large ice maker. The kitchen was well equipped. We always enjoy breakfast on vacation. Great balcony to relax.

We love Grand Point but this condo-702, was far below quality of other condos we have stayed in at Grand Point The Mattresses very uncomfortable in both bedrooms. Left week with back aches and not very rested. Pillows very nice. Master headboard not attached, afraid it was going to fall on me in night. No clothes dresser in master, also no luggage slings to compensate. Lived out of suit case on floor. Living Furniture worn out fabric felt dirty and looked it too. Couch cushions seemed worn out so that they didn’t cushion legs from frame of couch. Kitchen appliances out dated. Ice maker didn’t work until day 2 and was very loud. Washer and dryer showing wear but worked. Patio furniture nice kitchen tools all worked and neatly arranged. I feel the price was too high for the quality of the unit. The quality was much lower than our own home. , We love Grand Point. It would be nice if they updated their gym equipment. The recumbent bike never seems to be working. This is my honest review Thank you.
