Genießen Sie die geräumigen 320 Quadratmeter mit hohen Decken, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad und 2 Queensize-Betten. Erleben Sie mit Hängematten und Liegestühlen eine herrliche Aussicht auf der Oberseite des Grundstücks. Dieser einzigartige Aussichtspunkt auf die Berge eignet sich perfekt zum Betrachten von Sternen und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom winzigen Haus entfernt. Die Unterkunft bietet einfachen Zugang zur I-15. Zion ist nur 32 Meilen entfernt, Bryce Canyon ist 125 Meilen und St. George ist 16 Meilen entfernt.

In diesem entzückenden winzigen Haus finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen. Nach 15:00 Uhr kann jederzeit ein schlüsselloser Check-in durchgeführt werden. Die Kasse ist um 11:00 Uhr.

Es gibt zwei äußerst komfortable Queensize-Betten, von denen sich eines in einem Hochbett mit einer kleinen Trittleiter befindet. Die Küche verfügt über kleinere Geräte mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, 4-Flammen-Herd, Backofen und voller Spüle. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster und alle anderen Kochutensilien. Eine LG All-in-One-Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen für die Gäste zur Verfügung. Auf jeder Seite des unteren Bettes befinden sich zwei Kleiderschubladen, unter die Koffer passen. Ein Esstisch für vier Personen ist ein perfekter Essbereich und kann auch als Spieltisch oder Schreibtisch für einen Laptop verwendet werden. Weitere Sitzgelegenheiten finden Sie im Freien mit einem Picknicktisch und einem kleinen Bistrotisch. Ein Propangrill befindet sich draußen für die Gäste. Das Badezimmer verfügt über einen Waschtisch und eine Duschkabine mit Shampoo, Conditioner und Körperwäsche.

WLAN ist in dem winzigen Haus mit einem Benutzernamen und einem Passwort verfügbar. Der 32-Zoll-Roku-Fernseher hat Netflix, Hulu und YouTube. Die Klimaanlage und Heizung ist ein All-in-One-Gerät und verfügt über eine Fernbedienung, mit der die Temperatur im Haus geregelt werden kann.

Perfect Escape to the Desert!

The ideal location for off the beaten path access to Zion and the surrounding Hurricane valley. About a 15 minute drive into Hurricane and 40 minutes to Zion. We stayed as a couple and it was exactly enough space, having a full kitchen was very important and this worked great. This could work for a 3rd person but may get cramped as there isn't a ton of storage space. House was very clean, finding it was easy and check in was a breeze. Wifi didn't work much at all, but that's not why you're on a trip here anyway. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Awesome tiny home

We had an awesome trip and we really loved this tiny house. The property was perfect. Easy to get to lots of places within 5-10 minutes. Short drive to Zion. There is a little walking path up to a row of hammock’s. The house was perfect. Very well stocked with anything you need. Really a great place for an anniversary get away. The location was great for visiting lots of sites. We went to Zion and it was a quick, easy drive. Communicating with the host was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.

This tiny house has everything needed. Comfortable with many nice little amenities. Host communication was ideal. Near red cliffs area but be aware it is not close to St. George.

Family Trip to Southern UT

We stayed in Leeds on our first night in Southern UT. What a fun spot for our family of four. This clean, cozy, and well-outfitted tiny house suited our needs perfectly. We only wish the sky had been clear so we could do some star-gazing. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!!

It was exactly as I imagined it would be. I wish I could’ve stayed another day longer to truly enjoy the property. lovely and perfect tiny house near Zion

We loved our stay at this tiny house in Leeds. It was a perfect set up for the two of us -- very comfortable bed and couch, nicely appointed mini-kitchen and clean and comfortable bathroom. We walked up the trail to the stargazing spot -- it was a bit too windy on our trip but we can imagine it being glorious on a clear summer evening. Very convenient location -- easy drive to Zion, easy ride into St. George for restaurants and shops, and there is a terrific Mexican restaurant just a few minutes away. Owners were attentive and great to deal with. Really glad we chose this little house for our visit to Zion.

Perfect adventure

This property was absolutely perfect for our trip. My son and I visited southern Utah specifically for zion, but we also wanted to explore beyond that. The proximity to zion was great while not being too close to the park. The host does an incredible job of highlighting all of the nearby parks, restaurants, etc. as well as some of the more popular sites. This helped us explore more parks and locations that aren’t as well known or busy. Exactly what we were looking for! The house itself has all of the amenities you need. Exactly as described and perfect for an unforgettable trip!

Loved staying here!! A+++

Our first impression of this place was, 'Adorable!' This tiny home is so quaint yet you have everything you need! The Hardman's literally thought of everything. From pots/pans/cutting board to cook, coffee along with the Keurig, washer + dryer, tv with Netflix, etc., DVD player with a nice assortment of good movies. I did yoga outside on their little grass side patio on one of the morning's, and it was lovely to hear all the animals and see the beautiful mountains ahead. The drive to Zion National Park was not bad at all, it took about 40 minutes. We also visited some of the other places that were close by thanks to their recommendations (little black binder you'll see when you go in). If you need to go to the store there's the 'Leed's Market' which is less than 5 minutes away, and although small they have the necessities, including produce. Or you can drive to St. George which is not too far. I'd also like to mention that my boyfriend and I ran into some pretty bad car trouble that seriously delayed our arrival, and Mick went in person to check up on us and make sure we were good to go once we finally made it! He was extremely kind and thoughtful. I absolutely recommend this place & would LOVE to return when we plan our next trip to Utah!!!

Perfect Tiny House

My daughter and I stayed while hiking in Zion and Bryce. Mick was extremely helpful in booking and helping us plan our trip. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy and the hammocks were a perfect way to see the stars at night. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and perfect amount of space we needed!

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon to visit Zion and we LOVED it! Can’t say enough good things about it! Awesome, quiet neighborhood at night, beautiful scenery during the day, wonderful hosts, and all the amenities/tips for the area we needed. We especially loved the lookout at the top of the property with the hammocks for stargazing. Perfect for watching the sunrise too! We would definitely recommend this tiny home to anyone looking to stay around the Zion area and we can’t wait to visit again!

We wanted to build a tiny house on a large piece of private land. We loved this unique acre lot because we were able to build a trail to the top of the property for beautiful views and privacy. We feel the mountain lookout 450 feet behind the tiny house makes our property different than other rental properties.
