Das Einchecken könnte nicht einfacher sein. Geben Sie einfach Ihren persönlichen Türcode in die Haustür ein und Ihr Urlaub beginnt! Treten Sie ein und fühlen Sie sich sofort entspannt. Sie werden zuerst vom Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit einem bequemen Etagenbett mit überfüllten Betten und einem Doppelrollbett für einige zusätzliche Gäste oder Kinder sowie einem Balkon am Strand begrüßt. Darüber hinaus finden Sie einen Wohnbereich mit einem Schlafsofa und einem Flachbild-TV, der sich perfekt für Kinder eignet.

Das zweite Gästezimmer auf dieser Ebene verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein Gästebad. Im zweiten Stock haben wir einen offenen Grundriss mit dem Hauptwohnbereich sowie unserer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Gut beleuchtet und mit Blick auf den Strand über den Balkon, ist dieser Raum ideal zum Entspannen! Genießen Sie nach einem langen Tag am Strand den Flachbildfernseher von unserer bequemen Couch aus oder essen Sie mit der Familie am Esstisch, der bequem Platz für 8 Personen bietet. Es gibt auch ein WC auf der Hauptebene.

In der dritten Etage befindet sich die Master Suite. Privat und ruhig für ein paar dringend benötigte R & R nach einem langen Tag mit den Kindern! Genießen Sie das Kingsize-Bett, den großen Flachbildfernseher, das eigene Bad und natürlich die atemberaubende Aussicht von Ihrem eigenen Balkon! Das letzte Gästezimmer befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Etage und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Gästebad und einen Flachbild-TV.

Great place to stay right on the beach!

We loved this place! The only thing that was hard, was how close the parking was with little ones and car seats. Other than that, great house.

Perfect location!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Be prepared for lots of stairs, we didn’t mind them. We ranged from 3-55 and enjoyed this stay! Enough room for big parties. The only downfall for us was the washer and dryer space being really difficult to use due to lack of space. This townhouse is in a great spot with direct beach access! We will be back!

We had a great stay! Parking is problematic but we made it work. The only other issue was a miscommunication on trash pick up, but I think we got that taken care of as well. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful.

Great family beach vacation

Spent the week with our daughters, son-in-laws and grandkids. The house was great for the 12 of us. Location on the beach was perfect. Had everything we needed close by. Would definitely come back.

Good place for a large family

Great location right on the beach! Three floors enable seperation and private space wheen needed. Parking is difficult as only space for two cars and not wide enough for car access. Problem with cleanleness is can was full and overflowing and smelly at front door at check in which made for a bad initial impression. Maintenance resolved right away when notified.

Clean, comfortable & convenient

The condo was very clean, it was close to everything we wanted or needed and we felt like it was home for a week. I loved that there were floats available for us to use. Two chairs and an umbrella coming with the condo was very nice too. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook with for the week. Every time I called for something they were quick to call back and helpful every time. Very nice staff. We would definately stay there again. It would have been nice if the ice maker had been working, but the offer of free ice delivery was very fair. The website said the Destin/FW airport was 10 minutes away, when in reality it was 40 minutes away. That should be corrected.

Great beachfront stay!

The location right on the beach is incredible, especially with children. The gorgeous beach is literally in the backyard. This townhome had everything we needed for our stay, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms that were well stocked with towels and all the necessities. It had beautiful and inviting decor throughout. There were extra beach toys and a hose on the lowest level to rinse off. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again when we return to FL.

We had a great time and space was very good for our family and the best oart was just the small walk to the beach. Parking was stressful, so beware if you have more than 2 vehicles. Our ice maker was not working, tech came out quickly but wasnt able to fix, so we did have to buy ice. The tech was very friendly and offered to bring us ice. We enjoyed our stay.

Carpets in bedroom upstairs dirty. Had to strip beds and towels to the washer which was not on web sight but on list taped to door morning of departure to airport. Needed more notice on changes. Locating was amazing!!

Just ok

You have to go through the kids bedroom to get to one of the master bedrooms(not ideal). Both downstairs bedrooms have window units so you either froze or got way too hot. The washing machine lid won’t open all the way so I always had to have help getting clothes out of it and laundry is in the kids room which makes it hard to not wake them up to wash a load of towels. Parking is HORRIBLE. Proximity to the beach is absolutely perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The parking spots are too narrow.The Main A/C didn’t work the first day.We didn’t have the beach set-ups for the last 2 days and we were told that someone would bring them. No trash bags.The cleaning crew of the other condo was parking in our spots and we didn’t know who or where they were.

Excellent location for busy Easter week.

This townhouse is located right on a private stretch of beautiful soft white sand beach. The beach to the north and the south of us was very crowded, while our stretch remained much less so. The water is crystal clear. It is a very short walk to Pompano Joe's a very busy but very tasty casual restaurant. The Win Dixie (and other grocery stores) will deliver an order for a fee of $10. One can walk the beach for miles or the pedestrian path along Scenic Gulf Hwy. I recommend the lattes at the Two Birds Coffee and Cafe. A bit longer of a walk, but the best latte I've had since Paris. The unit itself is a little older, but everything worked well. Lots of tubes, boogie boards and sand toys on the lower level deck as well as a handy hose to remove sand from feet. The bed was very comfortable and there's nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the Gulf! We were just 2 in this large unit, but it would have been great for our family of 10 if Covid hadn't kept the kids and Grandkids away.

Property as described - beautiful and enjoyable

Overall we had a fabulous time. There were a few items that needed attention when we arrived like the tv remote not working, the sink clogged and a few other misc items that were minimal. The maintenance manager handled it quickly the next morning. Unfortunately we didn't catch that the washing machine wasn't working until several days into our stay. We were told that the owner of the property was just going to replace the machine (they had have issues with it) and since it would take longer than our stay, offered to do our laundry, which was nice. Unfortunately it was only to be done on the last day of our stay and with six children under 11, we had a huge need for laundry. I wouldn't have booked a property without a working washer/dryer. Since it seemed that they knew the machine was broken - it had a full load of towels in it with a detergent pod sitting on top - they should have told us about that from day 1 or earlier. It would have made for a more enjoyable stay if they offered to do the laundry once in the middle rather than us going back and forth after the fact. We actually checked out a day early and while this was not the only factor, I think we would have stayed the full time if all my children had clean clothes. Anyway, all that to say that despite the broken washing machine, we still had a lovely time. But I just can't give a full 5 star review with management knowing about the washing machine issues in advance.

Great location but home needs some attention

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some minor issues & I know it’s hard to get things fixed during peak rental season but I could have been made aware the washing machine was broken. Stairs are a pain but if you’re used to stairs it’s no problem. It was a beautiful view & just steps to the beach. We loved this property. Condo is just as described and pictured in the listing. Direct beach access, very quiet neighborhood, great location to anything we needed. Property management was easily contacted and at our service to assist with early check-in, adding a date to our reservation, and any other needs. Would return!

Great place on beach

I would give the property a 4.5/5. It was beautiful, clearly recently renovated in parts, and had nice treasure-trove of beach toys that seemed to have been left behind by prior guests. I would give the points off on cleanliness. The high-touch areas were clean, but the low-touch areas were Cleary very dusty. Another thing that cost the 0.5 points was there odd air conditioning. The main level and upper level had modern central air, but the ground level had small window units integrated into the wall. The one in the room with bunk beds did not seem to have a mechanism to adjust its temp-setting. Which would have been fine if there were a remote, but there wasn’t one. The choices were A/C on which pumped out A/C to 62 deg, or fan only which brought room to 78-80 overnight. So our choice was freeze or fry. I would stay here again, as it was a great house, but I would leave the room with the bunk beds vacant.
