Sie sind eingeladen, an diesem wunderschönen Spaziergang in einer Pointe Royale-Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern für sechs Personen teilzunehmen. Der 3-Jahreszeiten-Wintergarten mit Blick auf den Garten im Hinterhof, die Springbrunnen und den Wasserfall ist ein großartiger Ort, um sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag mit all den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geräuschen, die Branson zu bieten hat, zu erholen.

Familienfreundliche Umgebung mit viel Platz. Für die jüngsten Gäste haben wir ein Kinderspiel und einen Hochstuhl. Viele Mehrgenerationenfamilien haben diesen Raum genossen.

Nice place - only issue is parking is tight

We walked into the condo and it was very pleasant and clean. We especially liked the sun porch for all our meals. Breakfasts out there were very nice as the weather was beautiful all but one hot day. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Only issue was the parking was always interesting as the building was down a 'hill' (is there any place in Branson that isn't hilly or bending streets? !) and the building itself was multiple units. There was parking spaces then a garage, spaces and another garage. Always found a space, some times quite far away from the unit and backing out, you alway s needed to be extra careful....nothing against the unit and surely no fault of the owners, but you need to be careful using them. I liked to back in to the space, but needed my wife to guide me in.

Always The Same—Perfect

Our favorite place to stay in Branson! Nicely-decorated and well-located across from the clubhouse in Pointe Royale, a gated community not far from restaurants and entertainment. We will be back.

We took our son and daughter in law for a trip to Branson and stayed in this beautiful condo. Very, very comfortable and relaxing. I didn’t want to leave. We sure enjoyed the 3 seasons room. Will definitely stay again.

3 Generations girls’ trip

I came down to help move our daughter out of her dorm at College of the Ozarks for the summer along with my mother. We stayed 2 nights. I have stayed at Point Royale many times at many different units over the past 25 yrs and this was THE BEST. It is hard to say just one thing that put it over the top but a few things are— the sun room, the kitchen size and nice amenities ( air fryer, keurig), the furnishings, large master bedroom, comfortable beds, the decor, the Oswald Chambers devotional in the sun room, etc. I will be coming down again soon and bring my husband! This is a GEM! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Michelle S

Great experience

Course staff was great and very helpful. I hauled a cargo trailer with luggage and supplies for our stay. Even though your not supposed have a trailer on the resort, the staff was ver accommodating to help me out. But I decided to use the storage facility across the street and it worked out perfect. Overall, we loved Branson.

Excellent condo!!

This was one of the nicest places to stay. The owners were so kind and helpful. The condo is very clean, beds are comfortable, the sunroom is a great place to relax and read. The condo is right across the street from the pool, and golf course. I definitely recommend this condo!!

Wonderful

We loved our stay. The condo was so clean, large enough for the four of us to stay comfortably. The condo was stocked with literally everything you would need. The screened in back deck was wonderful! There is a cute little pond outside the back deck that makes the most peaceful sounds and a gazebo. We also walked to the pool because it was so close. The only thing I would mention to those looking at this property is that the parking is a smidge tight if you drive a larger vehicle. We drive a suburban and we had to really be smart about where we parked. There is additional parking but it's not right outside of your door. All in all, we would recommend this condo for everyone.

Charm and Location

This unit has everything: charming decor, comfort and cleanliness, great mattresses, beautiful outdoor surroundings, and location across from the Pointe Royale Clubhouse. We were able to call in our order to the grill for breakfast carry-out, walk over there, and it was ready! We will definitely be back.

Good Place

The 3-Seasons room was amazing. It had beautiful views and we enjoyed time in there daily! The owner was very nice and accommodating. The king bed was super firm and just too hard for us. We had booked an 8-day stay and were worried. We contacted Brenda the first day and she nicely agreed to have us purchase a mattress topper and she immediately reimbursed us on VENMO. She was willing to pay for an even nicer and more expensive one than we got! The place was nice, clean and well stocked. The only negative thing I would say is that the bathroom counters were very low. They came up to mid-thigh. I have back problems and it was challenging to bend over so much to wash my hands and do my makeup. The living room furniture was not too comfortable either. So it was just a bit difficult to be comfortable. But that could just be us. Everything was clean and very adequate. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic supplies and a good setup. The ice maker works well. There weren’t basic spices except salt and pepper. Because of Covid, the staples for cooking had been removed, which is certainly understandable. By no fault of the owner, the jacuzzi was out of commission while we were there and we never found the workout room pictured in the ad. The pretty fountain with the gazebo visible from the 3seasons room was not functioning that week either, but the gazebo and surrounding lush greenery still provided a beautiful view. The whole condo property in general is in a nice safe area and we were always able to park close to the door. The check in and checkout was very easy. You will enjoy your stay at this nice property and the owner is very easy to get a hold of and very helpful. 😄

Mini vacation

This property was exactly as described. The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was the best equipped I’ve seen in a rental. We loved that Greg and Brenda shared bits of their family. The area is nice and was great for walking. We will definitely rent this condo again when returning to Branson!

We are the second generation owners of this condo. We started coming to Branson when Brenda’s parents purchased a vacation condo here almost 30 years ago. We immediately fell in love with Branson, bringing our family every year. Staying in a two bedroom condo provided many luxuries. Now our children are bringing their young families to Branson and enjoying everything that Pointe Royale has to offer. We are thrilled to have the time to start managing the condo ourselves. It is a blessing to have guests enjoy our home away from home as much as we do.

We like this condo because everything is on one level. Great for older adults as well as young children. Our kids grew up learning to play golf on the course. The location is so close to all the amenities of the Pointe Royale Resort makes it an ideal condo. We have enjoyed making updates each year to make it more comfortable and usable for us as well as our guests.
