Phoenix VII ist eine der entspannendsten Wohnanlagen an der Golfküste. Es gibt einen Grund, warum mehr Urlauber in dieser Wohnung übernachten als in jedem anderen in Orange Beach.

Diese 1BR Phoenix VII Wohnung ist eine der besten am Strand! Ideal für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie. Zu den zahlreichen Aktivitäten gehören ein Kraftraum, ein Racquetballplatz, eine Sauna, ein beheizter Innenpool, Whirlpools, Tennisplätze, ein Basketballplatz und ein Außenpool. Es gibt sogar einen schönen Pavillon zum Entspannen beim Grillen.

Entspannen Sie sich auf dem Balkon im 3. Stock mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Golf, der sich perfekt über dem Außenpool befindet. Die Wohnung hat ein Vollbad vom Meister und das Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Wir sind günstig neben Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäften und nicht weit von den Outlet-Malls entfernt.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The top floor view was excellent, the amenities in the condo were good (washing machine is pretty loud), the location was perfect, the pool area was nice, the cost was a little high but reasonable when compared to other properties. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful view from our balcony!

Property is maintained well, currently replacing balcony sliding doors on site, but construction noise was minimal during our stay. Unit was clean , kitchen was well appointed. Water temps for showers could have been a bit warmer, but overall would stay here again.

This property was nice and convenient to everything. We have stayed at this property many times but in different units. This unit could use a few upgrade but overall it was a nice place to stay and will definitely consider for our next Orange Beach trip.

Perfect for 2

Condo was perfect size for mother/daughter trip to the beach. Bed was comfortable. We did no cooking but kitchen appears to be sufficiently stocked had we needed to. Appliances are new. Loved the ice! The bedroom window could use a blackout shade but it kept me from sleeping late and missing out on beach time. The balcony is big enough for a table, chairs, and lounger. And that foyer light still needs to be replaced. Overall, we loved it and would stay again.

Awesome Ocean Views

The unit was awesome with great views. Perfect for me and my husband. Check in was easy. The unit was cute. Our only suggestion would be a larger tub in the bathroom. It was very narrow with the shower doors/handles. We do have a complaint - the smoke alarm went off 3 different times (twice it went off on it's own and once is stayed on). My husband had to climb on a stool to disable it until the maintenance personnel could get there. Very irritating. But, overall we had an awesome vacation there!! :-). I would recommend it.

Hurricane Francine

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We made our reservation almost 5 months ago, so we didn't plan on Hurricane Francine churning up in the Gulf. No leaks in the unit despite high winds and torrential rain. We made the best of it and found indoor things to do. Phoenix VII is a great location. The unit was renovated in February 2024, but the cleaning crew is not keeping up. The 2 carpets and floor really need to be vacuumed and the shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly(pink mold). We did laundry on the third night and the dryer lint filter was completely clogged. I cleaned out handfuls of lint. They're very lucky it didn't catch fire. On our first night, our AC kept shutting off completely. I discovered there were no AA batteries in the Honeywell Home thermostat. I used the ones in the DirecTV remote to make it work properly, until management delivered 2 AAs the next day. Check-in/out was easy. We would stay in 1502 again, if it was cleaner.

I did notice a couple of things that could improve the unit. 1, the owner needs to supply blankets for the bedroom and sofa sleeper. 2, the unit needs light bulbs replaced in the foyer and bath, 3 bulbs are burned out. Other than that, everything was perfect! We would stay there again.

Loved the view from the balcony! very clean. perfect size for my husband and I. A couple of very minor suggestions would be a room darkening curtain in bedroom, seal the front door from whistling (strong winds from the north on a few days blew through the door and loudly"whistled"). We'd definitely stay here again and recommend this condo!

We cooked breakfast and couple of dinner meals in the condo and had all the cooking equipment/utensils needed. Love that there were plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and silverware so that we didn’t have to continually wash dishes. Just rinsed, loaded dishwasher and ran on morning we left. Bed was comfortable, rocker/recliners were great and we enjoyed the balconeyAdequate space for two but would want larger unit if more than two people. Also enjoyed the pickleball and tennis courts. This was a good stay and we would return here. They were doing work on property replacing windows so loud at times, but wasn’t problem for us.

Decent price and a nice place to stay at

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed a few day's and enjoyed the property. There were a couple of items not taken care of prior to our arrival. The bathroom floor had sand on it, there were used Kleenex and Q-tip behind the trash bin in the bathroom, a 4” Sheetrock chip, a few areas in the shower that looked like possibly the starting of black spots. The bed was comfortable, appliances were clean and functioning, the balcony had amazing views!
