Beach Living at Island Pine Villas (BLV)

Summary:
Great for families! Ground floor two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo centrally located on the beachside of West Bay Road. Nicely decorated with modern island charm, you'll feel right at home with a fully equipped kitchen, TV with cable, fresh linens and beach towels available for your use. The apartment is just a few yards to the powdery white sands of Seven Mile Beach and close to many restaurants and shops. The complex amenities include a swimming pool and sundeck with loungers, cabana seating and a BBQ area.

The Space:
This spacious apartment offers natural light and comfortable island decor. The primary bedroom has comfortable queen size bed and a small ensuite toilet room with sink. The second bedroom has a double/full size bed, and there is a Full Bathroom with walk-in shower available. There is also a full size sofa bed in the Living room for additional guests if needed. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary appliances for cooking delicious meals and dining in. The apartment has central air conditioning to keep you cool, a small washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you keep things clean.

Guest Access:
Parking is free on site and also in the shared common parking lot next door. The property is accessible through a gate at the front of complex closest to the main road, and also from a gate at the side of complex nearest to the shared parking lot.
The beach access is a foot path off of the pool area at the rear of the property.

The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in the popular Seven Mile Beach district, you are within walking distance to a range of restaurants, from fast food to fine dining! Also nearby are supermarkets, bars, shops and other amenities. A short walk takes you to Camana Bay Town Centre, a great place to take the family in the evening where you can dine under the stars, grab a cocktail, or watch a movie, or during the day to cool off in the splash fountains.
You can find water sport rentals available for purchase at the beachfront restaurant and bar, Coral Beach, next door.

Grand Cayman is a safe island, and we are sure you will enjoy the convenience of exploring your surroundings from your 'home away from home'.

Getting Around:
To get around locally, conveniently hop on a local bus (minivan numbered 1 or 2) that will kindly stop for you when standing at the roadside. Most trips are just US$2 anywhere along West Bay Road. Taxis are easily available for more specific destinations. Rental cars are good idea for longer day trips and independent exploring, but if booked on a tour, you may not need it as most of the tour operators provide free pick up and drop off services.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that there has been significant beach erosion in the area recently with the passing of this season's hurricanes. Although the beach in front of the property is still accessible for lounging and swimming. You'll also find more beachfront just a short stroll north along the main road, giving you the opportunity to explore and experience the area.
