Dieses Gerät ist ein Stadthaus Design, erste und zweite Etage, begehbar, im Pinnacle Port Resort! Dieses Gerät verfügt über das Hauptschlafzimmer auf der ersten Ebene mit dem Master-Bad. Die zweite Ebene ist der Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich (voll ausgestattete Küche). Es gibt auch ein Ausziehsofa (in voller Größe)! Auch auf der zweiten Ebene, ein Badezimmer, der Wohnbereich mit einem Queen-Size-Schlaf, Sofa im Wohnzimmer.

Dieses Gerät kommt, komplett ausgestattet mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt, Kabel-TV und Free Wifi!

Das Pinnacle Port Resort verfügt über einen 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst und einen 24-Stunden-Sicherheitsdienst vor Ort. Zwei Pools, ein Innen- / Außenpool (ganzjährig beheizt), ein zweiter Außenpool, Tennisplätze, Basketballplätze, ein Yachthafen, ein Spielzimmer, eine Sauna und ein Fitnessraum.

Sweet memories.. greay value

We love Pinnacle Port and have stayed in many different units over the past few decades. This condo has a different layout, but it worked exceptionally well for our family. It is small, but it offers 2 separate pull out couch areas and 2 full bathrooms. I didnt realize that we didn't have a gulf-front balcony, but the large picture windows sufficed. For the price, it was an incredible value. We enjoyed our time here!

Nice Vacation Spot for Couple or Small Family

Clean, well-maintained unit. Has a unique layout with Master BR and Bath are on ground floor with Kitchen, Breakfast Nook and Living Room on 2nd Floor. Just be ready to climb stairs, a lot.

The unit was nice and was well kept. We had a problem with the microwave but that could have been OE. The vent hood didn't work but that wasn't a problem for us. Overall the unit fit our needs just fine.

Perfect for a small family

The property was perfect for my husband, two daughters, and me. The TV wouldn’t work and it was difficult to get connected to the internet, but we aren’t there for that anyway! I’m sure if I would have contacted the manager, she would have fixed it but I was ok with not having TV. Overall a great place!

The room needs a major cleaning. The floor was so sticky you stuck to it and the whole condo was dirty. Other than that it was great! I would recommend using a different cleaning company.

The first night, we discovered that there were not any sheets for one of the pull out couches. I called the emergency number and was asked if we need the sheets that night. Being the nice personI am, I said that the following day would be fine. The lady at the answering service stated that they would bring them out. However, It wasn't until I called for a second timefollowing day that sheets were actually delivered. Also, we were not given enough bath towels....towels were bought with the sheets, Also, we had 2 TV'sthat were not working. The issue with one TV was fixed on Sunday. However, the 2nd TV was never corrected. A lady from Seagrove came out and tried to fix it and said the problem was, there was no cable remote. I was told a new remote would be brought out the next day. That did not happen, and frankly I didn't feel like dealing with the company anymore. I wanted to enjoy my vacation. While these were minimal complaints, it was my vacation and I wanted the amenities listed. With that said, Pinnacle Port is a WONDERFULresort. My complaint is with the management company, I requested that we be given a partial refund or a possible move to a different unit. My response was not replied to.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was great...one side was Lake Powell and the other side the Gulf waters. Beach was beautiful. Very secure location was a plus.The unit is a townhouse design. Master bedroom and bath on lower level as you enter and the main floor is 14 steps up with a dining area, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The drawers in the bed side tables in MB have no catch and consequently fall out. Soon learn to only pull half out if you don't want them resting on your arms. Closet space was scare. MB was cold. We arrived in mid January and slept upstairs on the sofas many nights. Would not be a problem during warmer weather.Had no control over the thermostat. Once a week it would plummet on it's own down to 60 and the air would come on. I suspect the master bath was a former closet. Step sideways into the room and then close the door. Storage space under the vanity can hold only towels. However it has a nice shower. The main floor shower is dated. Exhaust fan in upper level has no on switch. The food disposal in kitchen doesn't either. Kitchen is nice. Balcony does not get any sun. The unit doesn't warm during the day. Sun would help. Depressing. This unit might be OK for guests that stay a few days. We had 6 weeks there. I checked online again if it was listed as a VRBO. It is. Again location is great!

Great location old and dirty condo

The condo was very old and dated which I could have dealt with, however, it was so dirty and has not been properly cared for. I had to call the property manager several times. When we arrived the garbage can was filthy with no liner, the wall behind the garbage can was filthy. No soap in the bathrooms. The floors had not been mopped with soap in a very long time! I wiped a paper towel on the floor and it was black. The stovetop had stuck on burnt-on food. We pulled out the couch beds and there was hair, sand, and food. The blankets were old and very dirty. One blanket and vomit or semen all over it! And the shower and tub had mildew and the tub was so dirty you could not take a bath. The handrails were painted white but were brown from use and had obviously not been cleaned in years. I called and the woman was very abrupt and said that due to covid they had not been able to deep clean. She sent the cleaning crew back in who did the bare minimum. They swept the floor and sprayed cleaner in tubs. They did not clean the beds or the tub. The washer and dryer are so old it barely works. I had to call the property manager again as they took the blankets but brought no replacements. No apologies were given by the property manager she was abrupt and didn't really seem to care. I felt as though I was bothering her when I called. I will not be using this rental company again nor would I ever recommend this condo!

This condo was very clean. It is on the first floor. The views of the ocean are stunning! The property managers were kind and went out of their way to help. I will stay here again!!
