Diese Eigenschaft wurde gerade renoviert und professionell eingerichtet. Es bietet ein einzigartiges Dekor mit komfortablen Möbeln, charmanten Antiquitäten und originaler Pensacola-Kunst. Die schönen Decken und Holzarbeiten sind lokale Zypressen.

1705 Ensenada Uno wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Genießen Sie die herrliche Aussicht auf den Santa Rosa Sound. Es sieht aus wie in der Karibik! Dieses Haus war zuvor zwei separate Einheiten, um zwei Familien unterzubringen. Für den Sommer 2020 hat der Eigentümer dieses wunderschönen Hauses die beiden Einheiten kombiniert und das perfekte Haus mit fünf Schlafzimmern und sieben Bädern für große Familien geschaffen!

Auf der Ostseite des Hauses befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer und 3,5 Bäder (zwei Whirlpools) für 15 Personen.

Alle 3 Schlafzimmer bieten einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Wasser und alle Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad und einen eigenen Balkon. Eines der Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett (+ Futon). Dieses Schlafzimmer öffnet sich zu einem riesigen 625 Quadratmeter großen Deck, das einen Panoramablick auf den Sound und die Insel bietet.

Das zweite Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Königinnen und eine private Terrasse mit Blick auf das Wasser.
Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein Schlafraum, der eine dreifache Koje bietet und einen Futon (für fünf Personen) mit eigenem Bad hat. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat auch einen Balkon mit Blick auf das Wasser.

Alle Betten und der Schlafsofa (@ den) sind neu und haben neue Gelschaummatratzen (sehr bequem). Du wirst zurückkommen wollen!

Der offene Grundriss in der Höhle / Küche hat eine Wand aus Glasschiebetüren, die sich zu Decks mit Blick auf den Sound öffnen. Die Gourmetküche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit einem 48 "Thermador Profi-Herd und einer neuen, großen Mikrowellenschublade. Alles was Sie brauchen ist da!

Die Höhle hat auch einen Kamin, wenn Sie uns im Winter besuchen möchten!

Auf der Westseite des Hauses befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und 2,5 Bäder. Schlaf acht bequem.

Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, ein Kingsize-Bett + Futon im zweiten Master und einen neuen (sehr bequemen) Schlafwagen in der Höhle. Alle Betten und Matratzen sind neu und haben super bequeme Gelschaummatratzen. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, einen Whirlpool und einen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht.

Der offene Grundriss in der Höhle / Küche + Balkon bietet einen sehr freundlichen Raum für Unterhaltung. Die große Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen.

Das Haus bietet zwei volle Wäschereien und alle Schlafzimmer im Haus haben Fernseher.

Die Dachterrasse ist riesig (625 Quadratmeter) und ist von jeder Etage leicht zugänglich. Es ist sicher eingezäunt und mit wunderschönen Polywood Adirondack Stühlen und Chaiselongues ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist panoramisch und Sie können die ganze Insel von diesem Deck aus sehen.

Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um abzuhängen, Kaffee oder Ihr Lieblingsgetränk zu trinken!

Aufgrund der Lage dieses Hauses erhalten wir die Sonnenaufgänge UND Sonnenuntergänge!

Balkone und Gehwege gibt es zuhauf. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon!

Der Pier ist geräumig und führt über Stufen zum flachen Wasser. Der Sound ist normalerweise sehr ruhig, daher sind Kajakfahren, Paddeln (nur Schwimmen) usw. sehr beliebt. Aufgrund des flachen Wassers ist es ein wunderbarer und sicherer Ort für Kinder zum Spielen.
Und FISCHEN. Das Wasser ist so klar, dass Sie den Fisch sehen können!

Das Laughing Fish verfügt über einen Sandstrand, der zum Pier führt, sowie über Strandmöbel aus Polywood Adirondack. Es gibt auch einen Gasgrill und einen Picknicktisch.

Es gibt auch einen Bootsbeleg, bringen Sie also Ihr Boot mit (oder mieten Sie eines)!

Die Aussichten sind einfach unglaublich. Und Sie werden auch die Segelboote und Wasseraktivitäten genießen.

Der Weg zum Golf beträgt nur fünf Minuten.

Christmas Vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this house. It was very comfortable with our group of seven people. The views are great and it is a short walk to the beach. Quite neighborhood and plenty of room to walk around in and out. As others have mentioned, the house can use some upgrades. Dishwasher needed to run twice to clean and if you use the sleeper sofa’s, make sure you have a good chiropractor, but that’s to be expected with any sleeper sofa, they are never comfortable. Paradise beach homes was a breeze to work with and were very attentive to our questions and a couple minor issues. We would definitely use Paradise again, but another property for the next visit. In 7 days, I logged 148 flights of stairs on my watch, good for cardio, but if you have older people with you, make sure you are aware of the stairs.

I rented the house because you advertised a hot tub. A bathroom jacuzzi IS NOT a hot tub. No group of people are going to sit in a bathroom together in a bathtub. Actually pretty upset about it. All of your showers need work too. They don’t drain and spray water everywhere. For the amount of money I spent this is all upsetting.

Reviewer Comments: We had 21 family members stay here for a week...plus kids' college friends over one night for grad party... perfect place for all of this! Five bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, plus two extra bathrooms near two separate living rooms. Great views, pool, dock! I'm not sure what more you could ask for! Two washers and dryers, and a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/etc). We had an issue with the garbage disposal, made a phone call, and they promptly fixed it.

Beautiful property- loved location & home

The only issue with this property is the coffee maker was broken, the dishwasher didn’t work properly & wasn’t installed properly (so if you opened it it tipped over & fell on your feet), also fridge is very small for the amount of people that the home sleeps. We had to hit the grocery often.

Paradise Beach Homes were easy to deal with and very receptive to answering any questions. They were very good to let client know if anyone needed to come to the house for any reason. The only downfall was no elevator and a bit difficult for those with medical condition(s) that make climbing stairs difficult. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this wonderful home. I would definitely recommend a stay here, as the gulf is only a short walk. Deep sea fishing with follow up to Peg Leg Petes Restaurant to cook our haul was an amazing experience enjoyed by all! We also rented pontoon boats to see Crab Island and enjoy the Destin area. The only additional amenity I would have loved is the ability to heat the pool. The kids got in it anyway, but it felt like ice water to me, and the sound was warmer. Thank you for sharing your home with us! We made some great memories and shared great food, fun, and fellowship with the family together!

Really Disappointed

Reviewer Comments: When we first arrived the outside looked beautiful, then when you walked in the house the Oder was terrible it took your breath away we had to go get Lysol and candles there was no way we was staying with that smell so we opened the doors to air out I got over that but it didn’t stop there none of the jacuzzi’s worked really upset with that, then our son went to bed the first night and as he was sleeping the picture above the bed fell off the wall and landed on his head why he was sleeping!! The nails y’all used are something else!! Then My daughter and granddaughter arrived the next day my granddaughter went to go to sleep in the bunk bed that night, well that didn’t last long she had me come in there she was laying on the bottom bunk but whoever stayed before us soiled the top bunk it was absolutely disgusting!!! So that room we did not use for the entire stay the sheets in the dbl bed room had stains on the sheets along with the comforters having big bleach stains all over them the furniture was terrible the couches are so worn out very uncomfortable and y’all’s coffee table that’s homemade with and old receptacle cut out of the top nice!!! Seriously!!! I’ve seen it all now what’s really sad is I tried to contact paradise beach homes but no response except for this review they sent me. I called left message for someone to contact me but nothing I text they said they would get back with me then went to office and they were closed but the lady at desk would not come to the door. Our family all met here cause this was our family vacation. I’ve rented a lot of homes and this by far was the worst stay ever!! The third day we were all setting at the table and there was a cockroach I know were in Florida and I hear it’s common but after our first 3 days of everything else why not! Just want to say we planned this all year to spend with our adult children and our grand daughter it was such a let

Floor in kitchen was very sticky. Bathrooms were not clean. There were small roaches in the kitchen during the stay.The kitchens were very well stocked with usefull items. Aside from the kitchen and bathrooms, the house was nice and clean.The only other problem was the HVAC. Upstairs bedroom were unbearably hot. In order to maintain a tolerable temperature, the downstairs thermostat had to be set at a very low temperature which made the downstairs area very cold.

Great Stay-cation!

We stayed in the pool almost the entire time. Our pontoon boat fit the dock perfectly and was a lot of fun to have there. Construction next door but the workers were very courteous and didn’t work at night or early am. The views were amazing and the house was well equipped and clean.

Fun with family despite the management

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine - I don’t see how 23 people could fit - we had 18 and had to use blowups. But there was room and the living area was great. The ladder to the water is dangerous so we did struggle to enter and exit the sound. The pool was great to have. The woman in the office was not helpful when we left. We left behind an important necklace on the railing by the pool and she refused to go check and see if it was still there. I called to ask her at 3:20, well before checkin at 5:00, and she said guests were already there. (Earlier that week when I checked in she would not give me the codes 26 minutes early!) so my granddaughters necklace is gone. But we enjoyed the week.

Leaks, leaks and more leaks

We are in FL so of course it’s gonna rain but this place needs to be pulled off of the market. The room with bunkbeds had leaks everywhere in the ceiling and we finally ended up putting the bed in the middle of the room and put pans down to catch the leaks. The tub in the same room had a hole in it so no way of taking anything but a shower and the water ran out of the shower down to the carport area below. The sundeck with the rubber roof was spongy in many places because the plywood is rotten underneath and I’m sure that is what is causing the leaks in the room below it We were totally disappointed in the exterior, the pictures you have posted are totally deceiving from what it actually is. We will never stay here again. The pool was great and the dock but that’s about it. We also had one remote to use to change channels on an upstairs and down stairs tv. If someone tells you this place was great then they did not use the bunkbed room or go on the sundeck. I feel like we should get some sort of refund for all the inconvenience. We definitely learned a valuable lesson using Vrbo and certainly trust you will do the right thing in order to gain our trust back. ….. I also notified Pensacola Beach properties by phone and email and have heard nothing back from my email and the phone call sent someone out to take pictures and change the bedding in the bunk.

A Really Good Reunion

The downstairs area under the house, the pool deck and the dock were fantastic and allowed guests to spread out. The rooftop deck was a great place to watch the sunset. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family recently spent a week in this large home and had a wonderful time. Having 2 kitchens, 2 laundry room areas and 2 dens was a plus! Every bedroom has its own bathroom plus there are 2 half bathrooms. One thing to note is that only 1 of the bedrooms (the bunk room) is off of the main living area. The 4 other bedrooms are upstairs, so there are a lot of stairs to navigate both getting into the house and then up to the bedrooms. There is no elevator. The pool is beautiful and everyone enjoyed the pier for fishing. We tied a large float to the pier and the kids enjoyed floating in the sound. (I note there is no beach to the pier per the home's description. It has been replaced with rocks.) The walk to the beach is just 5 minutes away. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I note that the house is in need of an exterior paint job, and the slip-covered sofas need new slip covers. The house has some wear and tear, and these 2 changes would greatly improve the feel of the place. All-in-all, the house is great, but just needs some TLC at this point.

Pensacola Wedding/Vacation

We came to town for a family wedding from South Dakota. We had 10 adults, 3 toddlers and 3 infants so this property was excellent for each family to have their own bedroom which also had a bathroom. The pool provided endless hours of fun for the toddlers and the underneath area adjoining the pool was great. There were some minor maintenance issues with the property we advised them about when we checked in but nothing that needed to be fixed, just regular maintenance issues. We overall loved this place.

Spacious Beach House

We had 5 families for a long weekend at the house. We loved that every room has a balcony and a bathroom. The kids loved the pool and being on the water. Plenty of parking!

Great beach house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family reunion at the beach house and it fit the 14 of us easily. Having 2 kitchens was a huge help with all the food and beverages. The pool was the highlight of the house, we used it constantly when we were not at the beach which is only a 5-10 minute walk. The house is as described, the location is perfect, nice quiet neighborhood. Furnishings were comfortable. Luckily we got in early as our flight landed 4 hrs before actual check-in time. Management company was very nice and check-in was super easy. There is a free trolley which takes you to the restaurants, bars and shoppes. Great way to travel as parking is a nightmare. Would definitely recommend staying in this beach house. Lots of space for groups or be able to go off by yourself.
