Casablanca del Sol… neu und luxuriös und in perfekter Lage.

Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt in der ruhigen Wightman Lane im begehrten Viertel Captiva Village wurde das 2492 Quadratmeter große Haus im Jahr 2012 fertiggestellt und anschließend wunderschön dekoriert und für Ihren Komfort eingerichtet.

Alles an Casablanca del Sol ist auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Sie werden die wunderschönen Stein- und Holzböden, den Granit und Marmor sowie die 3 m hohen Decken lieben. Das Haus ist auf drei Ebenen aufgeteilt: Pool & Terrasse, Hauptebene (Wohnzimmer, Küche, Gästebad und ein Schlafzimmer), obere Ebene (Master Suite, plus Gästebad und zwei Schlafzimmer).

Neben der Sonnenterrasse am Pool und dem schattigen Bereich unter dem Haus bietet das Casablanca del Sol vier große Veranden. Zwei sind im Süden und zwei im Norden. Die südliche Veranda auf der Hauptebene (links und rechts abgebildet) ist möbliert und ein ausgezeichneter Ort, um bei schönem Wetter in Captiva einen Morgenkaffee zu trinken, ein Buch zu lesen oder ein Spiel zu teilen. Die Master Suite verfügt über eine eigene Veranda mit Blick auf den Pool und den Garten.

It is clean and comfortable and in a great location for the beach, shops and restaurants as the island continues to recover from the hurricane. The heated pool was immensely enjoyed by my grandchildren.On the somewhat negative side, I booked this house in 2022 for a January 2023 vacation to celebrate by daughter's tenth wedding anniversary with her family as she had gotten married on Sanibel and wanted to return to the area. I booked the property thru VRBO with a 60 day full cancellation clearly stated on the listing. When Hurricane Ian can through, I tried to cancel the reservation well within the 60 day time frame so I could arrange an alternative trip for the family. However, hidden in the fine print that once booked I was subject to American Realty Group of Captiva cancellation policy of 90 days and despite the clearly displayed 60 day cancellation policy on VRBO they would not cancel or refund my money, They did allow me to rebook the house a year later at not additional cost and we had a great time. My point is to read the fine print and watch out for these deceptive practices.

Planet, sun, & stars aligned for a perfect week in Captiva!

The house was appointed and well-equipped with everything you need for time away with loved ones. Lots of hidden extras not mentioned on the listing (H20 spa products, hair dryers in every bathroom, etc...). Private and quiet neighborhood - close to everything. Nice, large pantry provide great storage for the essentials. If baking brings you joy, you will have everything you need. Add it to your favorites and find a reason to go!

We just spent a week at Casablanca del Sol , it was great!! The house is roomy and clean. Great location. 6 beach chairs, buckets, 2 umbrellas , a few noodles and 2 styrofoam coolers . Have fun!

Reviewer Comments: Casablanca del Sol is a large house with plenty of room for a family. The pool is great and the location is perfect. That bein said the showers were covered in black mold. The sheets had holes and the downstairs king mattress is lumpy. The area rug in the upstairs main bedroom looked very dirty. I think the house just needs either a good cleaning or some money put into it to justify the nightly fee.

Wonderful!

The house was great and it was exactly like the pictures! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and all the nearby restaurants. There were beach chairs/umbrellas/sand buckets provided, as well as beach towels which was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Captiva House!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanca del Sol for our family of 6! The house was just as the pictures portray! Impeccably clean, and beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook at home. All restaurants within walking distance as were shops or ice cream. Quiet neighborhood with 5 minute walk to the beach. Private pool was a must for our kids! We would stay again. The only thing is you have to be mindful with different levels and small children. There were 2 nice gates provided, but I never got them to work.

Amazing location and Very Comfortable House

Loved it. We stayed with three kids and four adults. Plenty of space. We cooked a lot and used the grill. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Location couldn’t be better.

Black mold all over AC vent in master closet--called maintenance and they came out to bleach it.Interesting, everyone in my party has gotten upper respiratory infection issues since being in the home. I have no idea if it is related to the mold in the ventilation system.9. Brought food at the grocery store for the grill and there was no propane in the tank--maintenance brought one out the next day.10.Patio surface, near pool, has an excessive amount of algae/mold on bricks.11. Did not come down to Florida for the landscaping, however, the home has a minimal effort in that regard, compared to other homes.12. I would recommend this property to friends only after a thorough cleaning and mold inspection.
