Dies ist die perfekte Golf Strandwohnung. Diese Intracoastal View-Unterkunft in der 7. Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder und liegt direkt am Strand der Holiday Villas III. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV und ein angeschlossenes Bad. Das 2. Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten. Es gibt eine NEUE voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und verbesserten Geräten, kostenlosem Wifi und einem Schlafsofa.

Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für insgesamt 6 mit dem Wohnzimmer Schlafsofa. Fernseher befinden sich im Wohnzimmer und in beiden Schlafzimmern. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf den Gulf Boulevard und den Intracoastal Waterway eignet sich perfekt für einen Kaffee am Morgen, um den Sonnenaufgang zu beobachten oder um Boote auf der Intracoastal zu beobachten.

Loved it!!!

Larry Molly and Mike front the office were very helpful and friendly and keep the building in great shape. The condo was fantastic, it was clean and very well equipped making our stay so much more enjoyable. We were able balcony. The condos location is central to many restaurants and attractions and the beach is beautiful.

Beautiful property at Indian Shores

We stayed in this property for a week following a fun filled week at the parks. This apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The view over the water to the back was lovely (despite the busy road below) and we were able to spot dolphins swimming by most evenings, watch the pelicans, Parrots and many other wonderful birds while sipping our sundowners. The pool area was usually quiet, always able to get sun beds and the pool over looks the stunning white Sand beach. The pool itself, as with the sea, had very warm water. The only draw back for us, and this is more about the location than property, is that there are not many local places to eat or shops to walk to, although the salt rock grill is exceptional and excellent value, but most things are very spaced out and therefore a short drive away. Not really a problem, we are just a family who likes a stroll in the evening rather than drive. This also meant that after our meal we were based back at the apartment rather than staying out. However on the plus side, this made for a very relaxing week, plenty of quality family time playing cards and games and just enjoying each other’s company. Certainly the peace and relaxation needed after a week at the parks. Overall, beautiful property and a great holiday.

This is my second time staying at Holiday Villas III and once again I was NOT disappointed. It’s such a great location with many places to eat and shop not too far away. Being right on the beach is sooo nice! The beach also doesn’t get too crowded like it does at clearwater beach. If you stay here I recommend eating at Caddy’s during sunset 😍

Disappointed

We only stayed for 2 nights of the 4 we reserved. On the second night we found bugs crawling in the kitchen from the wall to the fridge and on the counter. We had to throw away our groceries that we purchased because the bugs had gotten into them. The master bathroom shower had black mold growing in the grout. The floor in the bedroom was full of hair and dust all along the base boards. The location was beautiful was great, but the lack of cleanliness, especially the bugs, was enough for us to leave. We were refunded 2 nights cost.

Property good, red tide bad

This property was great. Amazing access to the beach and the condo was clean and nice. The pool was packed but that was because of the red tide and no one could go on the beach from the smell. I will return to this property in the future. :)

Great vacation

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was really clean and the view was fantastic. The parking spot was right out front and the kitchen was well stocked. The beach was perfect and there was lots to do in the area. This was our first time in a condo with VRBO and our experience makes us want to do It again.

Did not disappoint!

The only complaint would be the raised tile floor from the main bathroom into the hall/kitchen. It isn’t flush. My sister was coming out of bathroom, her shoe caught it and it resulted in her falling forward. It left her with a bad bruise and a sore shoulder. It needs to be fixed.

Mini vaca

We enjoyed our stay here for our mini vacation. The beach was easily accessible from the villa. We have a toddler and a lot of stuff to take to the beach and we didn't have any problems brining our things down there. Our villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We didn't even bring beach towels because the villa had enough for us for our 3 day stay. If you have visitors, they will have a few options for convenient parking near by. If you don't feel like cooking, there's a few options for food near by as well. I would recommend this villa to others. Perfect for families!
