Entzückendes Strandhaus auf einem doppelten Grundstück mit großem Pool, in dem große Familien oder mehrere Familien einen Strandurlaub verbringen können. Fünf Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer. Die voll ausgestatteten Küchen befinden sich im ersten und zweiten Stock. Große Veranda zum Entspannen und Hinterhof hat neue übergroße Pool (16 x 38) mit angeschlossenem beheiztem Spa (9 x 7). Der Pool hat eine Sonnenbank im Pool. Nur wenige Blocks vom Strand entfernt befindet sich der Mike Chapel Park mit Schaukeln, Skateboard-Park, Tennis, Baseballfeld, Fußballfeldern und dem neu angelegten Carolina Beach Greenway-Pfad.
Dieses bezaubernde Strandhaus bietet die Nähe zum See und den historischen Charme des Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in günstiger Lage.

Wonderful

The house was super clean and had dishes, cleaning products, laundry detergent, everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The pool and spa were fabulous and so pretty at night.Host were super responsive. We had a wonderful time!

Just Amazing!

House was perfect for my entire family! Very spacious, clean, and full of activities for the whole family! Owner was accessible at all times and very responsive at any time of the day. Would definitely recommend this home. I cannot say anything more than WOW what an amazing home.

Great place for extended family beach trip

Plenty of room for everyone. Golf cart was very convenient for zipping to the beach, pizza place, and ice cream. Pool was a great plus for hanging out while grilling dinner in the fenced in back yard.

The Family Beach House

We had a great time at the Sumter Beach House. We had adults, teens and children and everyone had an awesome week. The pool was a tremendous plus, and the place was spacious enough for four family units. The hosts were easily accessible but not invasive. We all agreed we could come back again

The pool and hot tub for the WIN

Thank you for a fun-filled vacation for our kids and grandkids. Memories were made to last a lifetime! Relaxing by the pool and in the hot tub was the overall huge win for our entire family, especially the grandkids! Though we didn’t take the golf cart out, that was a super gracious amenity. Great Beach House for our Family with Kids

We really enjoyed staying at the Family Beach House. It had everything we needed and accommodated us perfectly. The pool was a great place for the kids and the adults to hang out. It was great having two kitchens and 2 separate living spaces as well. Would definitely recommend and would book here again.

Beware of mosquitoes!

Shower curtain upstairs was moldy, soap was watered down in dispensers and there were stains on a bed. Needed to text host to turn on hot tub and got eaten alive by mosquitoes the first night. Golf cart fit 5 people so we had to make 2 trips if we didn’t want drive and to pay to park in town. Lots of good restaurants and nice beach.

Fab Family week

This is our 2nd time staying here. We lucked into a cancellation last year and fell in love with the area and house! The house has space to spread out and is very nice, however the outside area is the star! An amazing pool with plenty of space. Convenient location and our teen grandkids loved riding bikes in the neighborhood and park. Close to town and the beaches. Great communication with the host/ management team. We will definitely be back!!

My family loves this place. It’s so easy with kids. Golf cart, pool, spa, skatepark, and bike trails all within walking distance. I enjoy the two kitchens and living rooms for adult time. Easy Golf cart ride to the beach and plenty of room for everyone.

St Patty's Day Run Family

Thought the house was good in March of 2023, but believed there could have been a few small items that could have been attended to. These small items were attended to for our March of 2024 and the house exceeded all of our expectations and we had a great time. The family comes down for the Steven Haydu run each year and this house works perfect. The Polar Plunge is the best! Thank you for providing the perfect house for our family get together!!!

Perfect for family with lots of children!

We had a great stay here with our younger children. The most enjoyed features by the kids were the pool and the TVs with lots of options. We enjoyed having two kitchens, being five minutes from shopping and close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, board games. two kitchens to prep food, lots of beds for sleeping and best of all, an amazing pool! Communication with owner was seamless. All around a great experience!
