Die Wohnung befindet sich in Casa del Barrio, ist ein Gebäude mit drei Wohnungen, diese ist für das Erdgeschoss. Im Finale der Beschreibung stehen die anderen Listungsnummern. Überprüfen Sie die Bewertungen. Ich habe bis August 2019 an diesem Ort gelebt und bin mit meiner Familie an einen größeren Ort gezogen, aber ich werde immer wieder nach Jalatlaco zurückkehren wollen.
Wenn Sie nach einer Wohnung in der Nähe der Innenstadt oder der spanischen Schulen suchen, haben Sie sie gefunden. Ideal für Familien oder zwei Paare oder eine Gruppe von Freunden, mit drei Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern, eines für jedes Zimmer. Voll ausgestattete Küche alles, was Sie brauchen, um köstliche Mahlzeiten zu kochen, das Wohnzimmer mit zwei Sofas, TV und einem Esstisch. Innen Terraza mit Wasser Fontain, Hamaca, ideal zum Entspannen und Lesen.
Wi-Fi zur Verfügung und Kabel-TV, ein paar englische Kanäle. Fühlen Sie sich wie in einer Cousy-Umgebung mit Dekorationen aus Oaxaca und Farben von Familienkünstlern.
Lassen Sie mich über Jalatlaco sprechen, das Viertel in der Nähe der Innenstadt, das ruhige, historische Barrio und die Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen. Die Einheimischen fotografieren in dieser Straße. A great location in Jalatlaco, very clean and excellent for 4

We stayed 2 weeks during Day of the Dead and you could not have asked for a better location. Our street was quiet and the comparsas (parades) were far enough way that the noise did not bother us. Lots of cafes and restaurants around and about a 20 minute walk to the Zocalo. The owner, Ricardo, was responsive to any question or concern we had.

Super Apartment and Location

Very well appointed and equipped apartment on a very quiet street in the famous barrio of Jalatlaco. Ricardo was very attentive as were his two cleaning ladies. We would very definitely stay here again and highly recommend it with no hesitation. in a wondeful barrio od Oaxaca.

The apartment is cozy, well located and fairly well maintained, Ricardo, the owner is helpful and readily available, although needs some upkeep since it was low in elemental items (glasses, drinking cups, bowls, etc) but overall it was a good experience. We could easily return to it sometime in the future

Perfect location

We absolutely could not have found a more perfect location to stay at for dia de los muertos! The neighborhood was beautiful, the house was amazing, and Ricardo was so easy to get in touch with! I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Oaxaca. We will definitely book here again the next time we are there!

Great Location

We have rented Ricardo’s apartments multiple times because of their proximity to our families’ homes in Jalatlaco. The neighborhood is full of life, many places to eat and walking distance to El Centro. The apartment is spacious and private.

Great location

Our stay here was great for 4 adults. We had plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms gave everybody there own space. The central outdoor patio was excellent and provided a nice retreat from the mid-day sun. The kitchen had all the basics, but with so many great restaurants around we did not cook at home that much. There is laundry one block down the street (Lavandería de Rosi) that provided excellent service. Overall, the place was perfect for our needs and being on the first floor was cool especially at night--which was nice to get a good night sleep (some apartments higher up in Oaxaca remain hot throughout the night). Great neighbourhood with restaurants nearby. As well there is a Polideportivo complex nearby for nice walks or runs.

Wonderful neighborhood! Just what we were looking for...

My family of 5 spent 3 weeks in Oaxaca city at Ricardo's apartment. The location couldn't have been better. We walked everywhere and despite being in the center, the street was lovely and quiet. Great restaurants, tortilla stands, coffee shops, lavandaria, and a lovely park were all just a few blocks away at the most. We walked and explored all over the town with this as our home spot. The apartment was exactly as it appears in the pictures. Ricardo was very responsive and even kindly added a bed to one of the rooms to accommodate our family's size. While the upstairs was loud at times, that's to be expected in an apartment but I do recommend if traveling with kids, bring some sort of white noise machine. Overall, I hope we can return at some point and I can't recommend this spot enough!

Excellent experience

Staying at the Casa del Barrio was a pleasant experience. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and easy walking distance to downtown. The owner, Ricardo, was super helpful from the moment we made the reservation until we left for the airport to go home after a week. We were in town for a destination wedding and it couldn’t have been a nicer lodging experience.

Best neighborhood in Oaxaca.

Ricardo was the perfect host. Communicating with him was a breeze. The apartment was very comfortable with nice personal touches. The real highlight of this property is the neighborhood that surrounds it. The barrio of Jalatlaco is incredible. So colorful and full of life. Family Thanksgiving in Oaxaca

We rented the entire building (all three units) for a family vacation. My 81 year old parents stayed in the ground floor unit with my adult children, my brother's family stayed in the middle unit with his teenager children and my wife and I took the top floor unit. Ricardo, who is very responsive, leant us a larger table which we used for a few dinners and game playing at night. We spent a lot of time on the top floor terrace in the afternoons and evenings. The location and neighborhood couldn't be better.

Casa del barrio was an excellent place to stay. It is located in a beautiful artistic area.

We truly enjoyed the property. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which provided much privacy. Each bedroom also had access to an outside patio. The kitchen was fully equipped and Ricardo responded quickly to our needs. The property is located in walking distance to the various murals, mercado, restaurants and neighborhood boutiques. Also, transportation is so so reasonable. I will be staying here again in the near future. Thank you Ricardo for maintaining your property in excellent condition. Despite the apparent closeness to the historic center of Oaxaca City 10 minutes walk, anyone can wander the cobblestone streets of this small colony and immediately feel the calm that surrounds him. The secret of this calm is that most of its buildings are inhabited by villagers, only a few have been conditioned for guest house, hotel or restaurant. Inside the Barrio de Jalatlaco you can visit the Temple of San Matías Jalatlaco.
