Gorgeous condo with amazing views and the best location in PV

Loved our time here and would stay again in a heartbeat! Condo is incredibly spacious and clean with all of the amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The deck is huge with amazing ocean and city views. The check in checkout process was great and Angel was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The pool is magical and the swim-up palapa has yummy tacos and drinks. And when you leave the property you are practically on Mismaloya beach, the location is right in the zona romántica. We’ll be back, thank you!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cobre! We have stayed a several units in Molino De Agua and this one is by far the nicest! The photos don't do it justice. The condo is well stocked with necessities, the host and manager were very communicative. The location of this building can't be beat - beachfront and walking distance to all that Zona Romantica and downtown have to offer! We will definitely be back.

Molino de Agua is the most desirable condominium project in Puerto Vallarta. It is located right on the beach in the Romantic Zone of PV. Casa Cobre (#809) is one of the best units there in terms of bedroom layout. This was our fifth stay at Molino de Agua, our first at Casa Cobre. It has to-die-for views, is fully equipped and beautifully furnished, in a completely secure environment. We will be back.

Luxury in Paradise

Casa Cobra is our absolute favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! We have been visiting PV for many years and have stayed in a variety of locations. This property is by far the most ideal for us. Everything, starting from our pre-arranged airport pickup to checking out was perfect in every way. Angel and Max were both available whenever we had a question, so friendly and helpful! The furnishings are absolutely beautiful and the view from the balcony is amazing. The location is perfect. We love the easy access to shopping, restaurants & the Malecon. Shopping tip - visit Sucesos for wonderful one of a kind wearable art! The Condo grounds and the pool are beautiful. This unit is extra special, and will always be our first choice for our Puerto Vallarta getaway. We are looking forward to returning in 2024!

This property is in an ideal location. Close to everything! The view is outstanding! The condo is very spacious, clean and very well stocked. We felt safe and spoiled. We traveled as a group of three couples and there was plenty of space and luxury for all as we each had our own bathroom and master bedroom. Coffee in the morning on the patio overlooking the Bay was a highlight…as well as drinks in the evening. I would stay here and again and recommend it to anyone.

The best ever!

My wife and I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta for the past 27 years. We have frequently rented condos in Old Town in the winter months before Covid struck. Without a doubt Molina de Agua 809 provided the very best and most complete accommodations for us and our family in all of those 27 years. Location is in perfect proximity to restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, and the beautiful Malecon. The views from the deck were breathtaking and the weather was better than expected. The facilities available within the condo complex were perfect especially the huge pool and lush gardens. Only downside was noise from the necessary reconstruction of the Cuale River retaining wall immediately adjacent to the complex. That however did not spoil the overall pleasure we and the family enjoyed everyday of our stay. Construction will end soon, and we enjoyed watching the workers and their daily progress toward completion of this most essential repair. Overall we were overwhelmingly pleased with every aspect of our stay. The condo itself is beautiful inside and out and well stocked with all the comforts of home. Highly recommend this five star accommodation!
