Schlafzimmer eins hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein angeschlossenes Badezimmer. Schlafzimmer zwei hat zwei Etagenbetten mit Einzelbett oben und voller Größe auf der Unterseite. Wohnzimmer Sofa hat ein Queen-Bett ausziehbar. Esstisch hat Platz für acht, viel Platz für alle zusammen zu sitzen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Besteck, Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Mixer, elektrischem Grill und Toaster. Alles, was Sie brauchen, um eine Mahlzeit zuzubereiten. Kostenloser Kaffee von Jittery Joe von einer der beliebtesten Athener Röstereien.
Es gibt zwei Flachbildfernseher, einen im LR und einen im Master BR. Sie haben Zugang zu Spectrum-Kabelfernsehen mit Sport- und Filmkanälen und Highspeed-Internet.

Cute, Cozy, Clean and Comfortable

This property was just lovely! Super clean, in a convenient location and the perfect size for our family. Loved that the main bedroom had an en-suite bath. Beds were very comfortable too. Living room was spacious and open to the kitchen with a large dining table. Nice space out back with a grill. The host was super responsive as well. We would definitely stay again while visiting our UGA student.

Great easy stay for UGA visit

House was clean, comfortable and cozy. A bit further out of the main part of Athens than we usually stay, but it all worked just fine! Quiet and quaint neighborhood. Great stay!

Best Place to Stay in Athens

My family and I were in Athens for a wedding and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. It was so cozy and the garage is a plus. If we ever come back to Athens, we’ll be definitely staying there again.

Comfy and Clean!

Hubby and I were in town to visit with our daughter who attends UGA (GO DAWGS!). We ere looking for a place in close proximity to campus where she could stay with us over the weekend, had her own bathroom space and had ample, comfortable living room furniture for us all to lay around at night and watch our favorite shows together. Farm Fresh checked all the boxes! Heather gets 5 stars for being a wonderful, sweet, attentive and kind host. Her decor is fresh and tasteful with a modern farmhouse vibe. We especially loved the personalized wall hanging welcoming our family by name :) Farm Fresh will be our first pick when visiting Athens moving forward. Thank you Heather for a splendid stay! All pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate.

Great Place to Settle In for a Weekend in Athens

This is the 2nd time we have stayed. Very convenient to UGA if in town for a weekend event/sport. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has what was needed to prepare good meals. Convenient and clean garage. Plus a friendly Siamese cat that likes to hang around. 🙂

The perfect gameday stay

This place was better than the pictures even showed! It was new and clean and comfortable and had all the things you need to make your stay perfect. Its in a quiet neighborhood so perfect for families. The hosts were very attentive and provided all the info to make the stay easy. i highly recommend!

Perfect for our needs

All one level with no steps. Ideal for us. Backyard patio area was nice and secluded for quiet coffee time in the mornings. Hosts were very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.

A great stay

We loved staying at this house. Everything was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were in town for a church conference at the Classic Center, and had a less than 10 minute drive from here. Heather was great to work with and communication was super easy. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Quaint little farm house

My family and I enjoyed out stay at the quaint little farm house. The location is convenient (basically 15 minutes from almost everything in Athens). The hosts are polite and responsive. The house is very clean and cozy. The back porch is perfect for bird watching. The cats are very friendly and love attention

Highly recommend

We truly enjoyed this property being about 10 minutes away from downtown and in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees. Publix was a 3 min drive. The house was remodeled and tastefully decorated, beds comfortable, and everything else is available for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely amazing!

My family and I stayed here while celebrating our anniversary visiting Athens. We had a great time exploring the city. This house is the perfect place to stay! Excellent football weekend rental

We stayed at Heather & Doug’s place for a weekend in Athens and to see a Georgia football game. Long story short, it was excellent!! The house itself was perfect for our group of 4. It’s well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially in the kitchen. The house was clean and tidy on arrival, and the rules for cleaning up prior to check out were simple. Location-wise it’s not too far from downtown, and we didn’t have to wait long to get Ubers into town. We were also able to get a quick pizza delivery later at night. Communication with our hosts was great; they were very responsive and made sure we were settled in on arrival.

A great place to stay

Our host Heather was phenomenal. She was easy to reach, very responsive, and accessible if needed. She went beyond our expectations when an unexpected need arose. I would describe the house as having a warm "cottage feel" in a quiet neighborhood close to groceries and just a short distance from shopping and event locations. The house was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, clean as a whistle, and well-equipped for our needs. Our grandkids visited and especially enjoyed the Legos, the Roku TV, and the spacious yard where we played catch (baseball). Also we enjoyed the songbirds and other signs of nature around us. The day we departed was a rainy day and the garage was a bonus benefit allowing us to load the car out of the rain. We unreservedly recommend this place. Our 13-year old granddaughter said, "You need to stay here again!" That said it all for us.
