Willkommen im Club 139, einem wunderschön renovierten Haus aus der Mitte des Jahrhunderts von 1958 im Viertel Shadow Falls in St. Paul, wohl einer der begehrtesten Orte in den Twin Cities. Hier sind Sie nur einen Block vom Town and Country Club und der historischen Summit Avenue entfernt und in unmittelbarer Nähe mehrerer Colleges und Universitäten (University of St. Thomas, Macalester College, Universität St. Catherine, Hamline Universität, Mitchell-Hamline School of Law. Nur wenige Schritte vom Mississippi, 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Minneapolis und 15 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen MSP entfernt.

Der Club 139 bietet bequem Platz für bis zu sechs Erwachsene (bitte keine Kinder). Es gibt drei große Schlafzimmer (eines mit zwei Einzelbetten), zwei Badezimmer und ein WC. Die Gourmetküche ist Martha Stewart-Qualität - Fünf-Flammen-Wolf-Herd, Meile-Doppelöfen, Sub-Zero-Kühlschrank, Weinkühler, Vorbereitungsinsel, Unterhaltungsinsel, großer Essbereich und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte und Utensilien.
Der offene Grundriss ist perfekt, damit sich Freunde treffen und Kontakte knüpfen können - sitzen Sie an der Insel / Bar, entspannen Sie sich auf dem Sofa oder holen Sie sich Snacks und Popcorn und begeben Sie sich in die komfortable Einrichtung der unteren Etage, um einen Film über die 65 zu sehen Smart-TV.

Während der Küchenbereich im Club 139 Martha Stewart ähnelt, ist das Leben im Freien mehr Dean Martin. Das 12x30-Fuß-Hochdeck verfügt über einen schattigen Tisch und Stühle sowie einen kommerziellen Char-Broil-Gasgrill, der perfekt zum Kochen und Unterhalten im Freien geeignet ist. Die untere Terrasse auf Gartenebene ist mit luxuriösen Gartenmöbeln und einem faszinierenden Flammentisch ausgestattet. Der Hinterhof ist wunderschön angelegt und sehr privat.

Club 139 ist ein neues VRBO-Hotel. Wir sind bemüht, Ihnen einen unterhaltsamen, sicheren und komfortablen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Nice house, great neighborhood

Classic split level house that has been very nicely updated. The photos on the website are accurate. The owner was very communicative, available, responsive for questions. The neighborhood is very lovely, quiet, with stately and elegant homes. It's near the Mississippi, and great for walking or biking.

Enjoyed our time at 139 Otis

This was a good base of operations for our daughter's graduation. Lots of room and good outdoor space. The property was well supplied and clean overall -- on arrival, some dishes were left next to the sink that weren't clean. Check in was easy and the host was available to answer our questions. Before checking out we had to wait for the dishwasher cycle to get done so that we could empty it before check out. That took a long time. Great neighborhood and location!

Perfect Week's Stay for Family of 6

The house on Otis Ave in St. Paul was in a beautiful neighborhood with 3 bedrooms. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. We even had 11 for dinner. We were there for a Macalester graduation. The kitchen family room plus a living room allowed us to spread out. You are just a block from the river which everyone enjoyed walking to. Thanks to Michael for providing us such a perfect house in a glorious setting.

Amazing

We loved the house, yard and location. The house had everything we needed. Just when you think it’s not there, just open another cupboard. Lol. The beds were so comfortable and the living space was large and very roomy. Was in town for my son’s graduation at University of St Thomas and it was perfect! Would stay here over and over. Communication with the host was very timely.

An amazing home!

This was the best experience we have had with VRBO. The owner made everything so nice. We had to be in town for my mother’s memorial service. He made everything perfect for such a sad occasion. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious. Although we didn’t have great weather, there are 2 lovely outdoor patio spaces. The home is located just steps from the Mississippi River. Great for walking or biking.. it’s also well located to get to either downtown area and to the University. Can’t say enough great things about this home!

Property perfect and host 5 stars!

An unfortunate change in plans days before our short stay in Minnesota for a memorial service left us scrambling for a property that could accommodate our family and plans.... but the good fortune of finding Michael's home turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The home was perfect, location convenient in a quiet neighborhood, well stocked kitchen. But the highlight of our stay was Michael. We arrived on Thanksgiving on a red eye and he graciously accommodated our early check in request. And without our asking, offered to stock our refrigerator with any essentials we needed, knowing that finding an open grocery store would be difficult on the holiday. Without exaggeration, this was the best customer service I've received on any vacation. If our travels bring us back to Minnesota, we will not hesitate to book this property again.

Tasteful home, gorgeous neighborhood

We visited St. Paul over a long weekend for my sister-in-law's Celebration of Life, held at Macalester College's chapel. The house was very conveniently located less than two miles from the campus, in a lovely neighborhood near the Mississippi River. We walked along the Mississippi River one afternoon, access being very close by. The home is tastefully decorated and spacious - plenty of room for the five of us. The weather was not conducive to enjoying the outdoors, but in warmer weather guests would be able to enjoy comfort and privacy on the deck and patio. The kitchen was well stocked, and the appliances were top of the line. Beds were very comfortable, and the beautifully appointed bathrooms included toiletries and other useful items – well thought out. Michael was quick to respond via email prior to our arrival, and by phone during our stay. I'd highly recommend "Club 139" to anyone wanting a little luxury and lots of space while visiting the Twin Cities.

Clean and Inviting Home Perfect for Twin Cities Access

This home was very clean and inviting. It is located in a well-established, well-cared for neighborhood in the St. Paul area. Beautiful neighborhood to walk in and a block from the river for more walking, running and biking trails. The kitchen was well appointed if you wanted to prepare meals. Large dining table for family meals or puzzles and games in the evening. My husband enjoyed sunning on the deck. Two gathering areas make it nice for people who want to watch TV and those who just want to visit. We were visiting our son who is a musician and attending his gigs in the evening and an afternoon patio event. This location was a great "home base" for accessing the Twin Cities. Our hosts were gracious. Michelle returned messages promptly when we arrived. She came by to water outside plants but was very sensitive to our schedule so as not to disrupt us in any way. Exceptional property

This home is spacious, beautifully furnished with exceptional outdoor space. We had everything we could possibly need in terms of kitchen and other supplies. Parking available for three spaces off street and ample on street parking. It is located in a quiet neighborhood filled with beautifully maintained large mid-century homes. Grocery and other big name stores are an easy 5 minute drive. Biking and walking is safe and scenic in this area of St Paul. Michael was prompt and helpful in all communication. Overall, my experience was exceptional.

Had everything we needed!

Two friends and I came for a girls shopping weekend. We enjoyed all the room and comfy beds. The location was perfect. We grilled the first night and enjoyed the deck, the beautiful yard, and tomatoes picked from the garden. We were welcome to use spices or anything else we needed in the fridge or cupboards. The flowers and wine were a nice touch. We didn’t see the 2 bikes listed and were going to call but then it rained and there was no need. All in all, we had a nice experience.

June Family Gathering

We were in the Twin Cities for a celebration of life for my mother. The house was perfect for our group with plenty of space for sharing a meal, playing cards, visiting with local family, relaxing on the beautiful deck, watching the humming birds, and going for walks around the beautiful neighborhood. The bedrooms were private, very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean. Our host was out of the country during our stay but we spoke on the phone before he left and during the stay his assistant stopped by a couple of times to make sure things were ok. The kitchen was very well supplied and enjoyable to work in. It was too warm during our stay to use the flame table but we sat on the comfortable furniture in the area and enjoyed the beautiful back yard and the birds. The outdoor spaces were perfect for enjoying early morning coffee and for watching the sunsets in the evening. It's close to the airport but quiet, and convenient to both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Altogether a wonderful place for a family gathering!

This is truly the perfect place for a group of friends or family. It's the absolute best entertaining layout. The location is a 10, ample off street parking, large park like back yard and great outdoor living spaces. Very private with walled yard that is beautifully landscaped with gardens and views.
If you know the location then you'll agree it's the best in St. Paul. New to town? You can't do better than this location. MSP is a simple drive, I-94 on ramp is less than one mile, UofM - 1.3 miles. In town to see the kids at UST? It's 4 blocks, MPLS-10 minutes, StP-same. East Cliff is my neighbor, Wedding parties at Town and Country??? It's two blocks away. Longfellow grill is a nice walk across the Lake Street Bridge. Riverview Theatre, various tap rooms, restaurants and coffee houses, all within walking distance.
