Great place to stay for a family trip

The property is very close to Disneyland which was nice. There are tons of restaurants near by and a grocery store across the street. The house itself was spacious and clean. The pool area is great too.i would definitely recommend this place for a family gathering.

All good and as expected

House and facilities were excellent and as expected. Very spacious, pool was heated and excellent and fantastic proximity to Disneyland. No complaints whatsoever

Great place

Perfect location just 5-10 minute drive to Disney. Nice neighborhood and can enjoy a nice morning walk to Starbucks. Home was very clean and pool and jacuzzi was perfect for the kids. Carpets in bedrooms seem new very plush and soothing for tired feet after walking all day. All bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and soap. The only comment would be that the water heater is too small to accommodate 12 people. Needed to wait awhile before had hot water for the showers. Property manager was very responsive and made it easy to check in and check out with very clear instructions. Thank you for making our family/friend vacation a success!

a great place for a multigenerational family stay

this vaca was for me my daughter and my grand girls 4 of them. we were joined by my sisters , my nieces we had a wonderful time. the house was perfect. the pool was great everything was just as advertised i will definitely recommend this listing and hope to return at a future date

Large house with tons of room and seats

The place was incredible, nice kitchen and big rooms. The fridge had a broken ice machine, but otherwise everything there worked great. Maybe add a physical ice tray incase this happens again, There was a video camera in the backyard which wasnt ideal. I prefer not to be filmed while swimming. I understand the noise thing But as quiet adult visitor it felt a little over the top! The house had everything we needed, from W/D, Dishwasher, they even had strollers and things for kids (cool to see even though we didnt have kids). Quiet neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Overall a fantastic place and I would stay again if budget permits!

Nice House for Families

My family of 5 recently stayed at this property. The house was large and spacious and everyone had their own space. Having 3 bathrooms was great! The location was convenient, there was a grocery store, pharmacy and Starbucks all within walking distance. The Disney parks were just a short 5 minute drive away. Overall it was a nice property.

Could be so much better.

We loved having a space where we could land at each day and make food and rest! Unfortunately, we found the space lacked the feeling of comfort and certainty did not feel “luxury”… no little thoughtful touches to make you feel like they wanted you to relax and be on vacation. It felt like things were dirty and falling apart… nothing a paint job and some maintenance wouldn’t help with. Beds and doors were squeaky and we had to wash all the extra bedding as it had been put away dirty. Dirty spots and dirty hand prints all over. We did appreciated the size of the space and the washer and dryer. Once they fixed the pool we did enjoy it! They did offer to send someone over to do more cleaning, but we declined as we had already done some and we could manage- it was more just the overall feeling that left us a little disappointed with our choice. It’s a great house and it would not take too much effort to make this space feel more welcoming and comfortable. #itsthelittlethings

Great home, second stay

Love this home and the massive hot tub and location near disneyland. We have stayed in this home twice and there certainly are some wear and tear: saw a small hole in the wall, ice machine is broken, the mattresses felt sunk in, etc. Hopefully, we just caught it at a time in between maintenance. Otherwise, really loved the property and will stay again on our future disney trips!

Great location, amenities and accommodations for Disney Travelers

The location of this home is perfect for Disney travelers. Just across Katella Ave. is food, coffee and groceries. Has sufficient WIFI, Tv's throughout the house. The home is clean, spacious and organized. I don't sweat the small stuff when traveling away from home but I will say that the property management team was concerned about outdoor smoking, parking and noise when the entire neighborhood seemed to be smoking, making noise and parking in front of the location. The stress of worrying about our party abiding didn't seem fair. Aside from the strict rules, I found the stay to be easy maintenance, clear direction's on what to do with just about everything and more than sufficient for the away from home accommodation's. All guests seemed to agree that the beds were comfortable. All with the exception of myself. As a single person in my group, I had to sleep in the kid's bunk room. The Upper mattress is horrible. The mattress should be replaced. I tried to stack the mattress from the trundle and the upper twin without remedy as both sag in the center so badly that my hip dug into the metal supports. The air mattress that we brought saved my sleep issues with this property. I do like that there are games and stroller's available to the families that visit this property. It's a great little bonus (even though this was a strict adult stay) situation. Wish the shuffle board table wasn't broken... aside from the mentioned issues we had a comfortable stay. Thanks for having us!

Great location and home, just needs a little TLC

We loved the house and location. So close to everything we had planned. Our family loved the house, especially the pool. Many reviews on the site are accurate. But every rental is what you make of it. Management was responsive the entire trip as we had some issues with the spa and they were able to remote in and help. We were able to walk across the street to a grocery store, fast food and Starbucks! The M&M Doughnut shop is a must try! They are known for their blueberry doughnuts and didn’t disappoint! We loved the arcade game console in the garage, but got hit in there, the garage AC didn’t work very well. Master bed was horrible and need to be replaced! It was sunken in and made noise with every movement. We ended up sleeping in the bunk room with the kids for the last couple do nights it was that bad! House just needs a little TLC to fix/touch up and maybe a day or two for a deep clean. Safety recommendations would be: more lighting in backyard, check the decking floorboards as some were coming up, carpet in bedrooms nails could be felt in some areas by doorways. We’d also recommend the front door glass table and broken shuffleboard be thrown out. We stayed for a week and more than half the nights there was street racing as this house sits just two house off a main road and it was very loud after 10pm. Listing says no street parking but every day/night people were parked in the street right in front of the home and at times hung out to smoke and talk. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Not as expected

Cons: Property is very out dated, pictures online need to be updated. It looks like the property is not well maintained, fridge was not really cold, stove didn’t work right, certain light switches as well. Hot tub did not work well- wasn’t even hot even after I let it run for 1 hour, called hotline they didn’t do much. Most importantly I was upset of how workers would come on property “outside” without my knowledge. We were swimming in the pool when a worker came in to bring the trash? I called the hot line they told me it was a worker. Another day I woke up the morning to make breakfast and saw a man cleaning the pool. I wished I was notified that people were coming on property. I even told the hotline people that. I guess no one cares about privacy. Pros: Very close to Disney Would I stay here again? No

Enjoyed our stay.

Very clean. Plenty of space for adults and children. Having a market, Starbucks and fast food was super handy. The pool in the back was a hit as well as the games in the garage. We had a problem with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours. Very good service. We went to Disneyland which was close and used Uber for ease of going back and forth. Worked really well. All in all a nice rental in a good location.

Spacious for our family group but not what we expected

This home was spacious enough for our family but it was really run down. It wasn’t like the pictures. We were surprised at how run down the furniture and walls, etc. It just needs maintained better. The first thing we noticed when we walked in is the chair in the corner with the pleather peeling off of the chair. The furniture was really dirty and stained and I was afraid to let my grand babies crawl on the couches and throw pillows. The carpets in the bedroom were really stained and dirty. And the area rug and furniture in the living room needs a deep clean. The walls have tons of scuffs and marks on them and need to be repainted. The cabinets have scratches all over them and need to be repainted. The best part of the home was the pool and hot tub. But my husband had to go look for some light bulbs because all of the outdoor lights were burnt out. The dryer made a really loud squeaky noise the whole time it was on. We chose this home because it is close to Disneyland and large enough for our children and grand children but it didn’t look like the pictures. For the price, we should have kept looking and found something else. Unfortunately I would never stay in this home again or recommend it to others!

Plenty of Space

Accurate listing—-the furniture is showing wear but that’s to be expected in a rental. Plenty of space for our family’s first trip to Disneyland. The house has limited baking pan, so we purchased disposable pans. Property managers quickly responded to questions.

Stayed here for a family Disney trip

Loved it! Exactly what we needed/expected. The only thing I would change is staying a couple extra days to enjoy the on-site Amenities, we spent all day every day at the Disney parks and would have loved to use the pool and spa more. The management company was very responsive to us and the house was very well-stocked.

Our family had a wonderful time at this home. The location for groceries and food overall was wonderful. The location for Disneyland entrance was a little farther than represented if walking. It is a good 1.5 mile walk to the Disneyland gate to get in to Disneyland. We walked this most days regardless. Our one disappointment is not having a hot, hot tub unless we continued to keep track of the temperature and press the spa button to get the spa to warm up and then stay warm. We get that it is the way the system is set up, but not being able to jump into a warm hot tub after a fun, but long day walking at disneyland was a little disappointing.

Great place for a large family!

We loved the pool, hot tub, location and indoor gathering spaces. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. Property mangers check in with us during our stay and we’re quick to respond to our needs.
