Dieses Gerät ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf aus dem siebten Stock Balkon. Der Balkon ist 40 bis 12 Meter mit Blick auf den Pool und Whirlpool und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf Sonnenauf- und Untergänge. Die weißen Sandstrände sind unglaublich schön und nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Kein Aufwand wurde in das Gerät von der Plasma-Fernseher die Dekoration im Wohnzimmer zu den Möbeln und Accessoires in ganz verschont. Alle vier Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad, 27-Zoll-Flachbildschirm-TV und DVD-Player. Die beiden König Master-Schlafzimmer bieten direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Der Granit Küche bietet alles, was notwendig ist, ein Gourmet-Menü mit den Gewürzen zubereiten. Darüber hinaus kommt das Gerät mit einer Bibliothek für Bücher, DVDs, Brettspiele, und eine Microsoft X-Box und Spiele.

Best. Vacation. Ever!

Very nice and very clean condo! Communication was wonderful if you had any questions. Balcony had an amazing view. Each person having their own bathroom and bedroom was an amazing plus! Condo had everything you needed and more. Can’t wait to book again next year! This host goes above and beyond for their guests!

Plenty of space

This 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located. The beach was only steps away and had plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Thank you Bobbie for an amazing stay!!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the stay overall! The access to the beach was real easy and right downstairs, and walk out to the beach! The rooms were clean and the views were great. Sitting on the balcony, and watching the sunsets were really nice! Incidentally, the hallways had to be painted one day, so we didn't have access for the most part of the day (either stay in the condo, which our mother-in-law and the kids did), or stay out for the most part of the day (myself and my wife). The owners were really nice and did refund us for that one day. The chairs at the beach were "reserved", so for a couple of days, we weren't able to sit on the front row, even though quite a few were available. Overall the stay was really nice, and we enjoyed our stay! We will likely return here in the future.

Beautiful View!! Spacious- Comfortably Decorated

Property was well located. Furnishing were comfortable for our large family. Massive balcony with beautiful views. Owner was more than considerate of our needs when our vehicle’s starter decided to die as we were checking out. Owner allowed us to remain in condo while we waited on a tow truck. Florida heat in July is no joke. Only problem we had during our visit was the elevators. They broke down twice during our stay where we had to use the stairs. A little uncomfortable for our age but we survived. They were repaired rather quickly but we never saw both running at the same time. Still not an owner problem.

Beautiful condo, beach

This condo was good. The property owner was easy to reach and responded quickly to any needs we had. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were what we needed. The ice maker didn’t make enough ice for a group of 7 in really hot weather, so we bought ice most days.

Plenty of Room

We loved our stay. There were 8 adults and two infants in our party. A four bedroom condo is hard to find much less one that has 4 bathrooms as well! It was very clean and was beautiful as well. The only negative I would say is to not over grocery shop as there is not a pantry area. As others have said there was a wait for elevators but it wasnt a big deal to us. The balcony.... fabulous! Would rent again in a second

Good but not great.

Property was pretty much as listed. Very spacious. Loved the patio. Comes with two chairs on the beach which is nice. But… ALL mattresses were horrible!! Two front bedrooms need curtains, breezeway/outside lights shine in all night. Ice maker in fridge/freezer didn’t work, but they were supposedly replacing. Underneath some of the cabinets weren’t cleaned the best. Only one elevator worked while we were there. Parking is not the best.

Beautiful ocean breeze

Beautiful ocean breeze, The balcony was my favorite place to be overlooking the golf beautiful breeze beautiful water. The reason I picked this condo was because of four bedrooms four bathrooms The living space was a nice size. The kitchen was a little small but it worked. there were two elevators but only one was working and there were times I was a little bit of a wait because it was busy. Overall we enjoyed the condo most of all we enjoyed the balcony The attractions were close by so that was very convenient. The host was very quick to respond to any issues that we encountered.

CAN YOU PLEASE ASK THE CLEANING LADYS IF THEY FOUND A SHIRT IN THE DRAWERS UNDER THE T.V. IN THE LARGE ROOM TO THE LEFT, AND MY DAUGHTER HUSBAND LOST IS WEDDING RING AND THOUGHT THEY MIGHT OF COME ACROSS IT,THE STAY WAS GOOD AND THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL, THE PARKING WAS AWFUL, AND HAVING THE POOL CLOSED EVERYDAY UNTILL 5 WAS NOT GOOD FOR A FAMILY, I WOULD OF THOUGHT THAT COULD BE DONE ONE THE OFF SEASONS, THEY ALSO SAID THE OWNER WERE COMPENSATING ME FOR THE DAY THAT THEY WERE PAINTING THE BALCONY BECAUSE THEY MOVED ALL THE FURNITURE INTO THE CANDO AND WE HAD TO LEAVE FOR THE DAY BECAUSE WE COULD NOT MOVE ANY WHERE IN THE CONDO BUT THE BED ROOMS, ALSO I WOULD SUGGEST PUTTING STRIPS IN THE BATH TUBS MY 80 YEAR OLD MOTHER SLIP IN THE TUB THIS MIGHT HELP IN THE FUTURE.

Nice 4 BR condo in the middle of the strip. We did not have enough towels, they responded quickly with plenty. We were not told when the condo was ready. Overall it was clean, some shower liners are overdue to be replaced. I assume he was the HOA president, very much... over zealous. They were painting outside, they did a good job of keeping the pool open but did get paint on some cars.

Thunder Beach Bike Rally

This condo was perfect!!!!! We had 2 couples and 2 singles. More than enough room for everyone and that balcony!!! We would go back in an instant. This condos location is perfect and sits on the beach. The view and the breeze were exactly what we needed. We were able to fit 4 bikes in 1 parking space and the parking lot is monitored. The owner is absolutely amazing!!!! The building was being power washed when we were there and she took the time to let us know so we could move the bikes to the lot across the street. We thought that was the best and we were very impressed that she reached out. She is very quick with her responses. If you are on the fence about this condo….don’t be!!!!!!! It is a wonderful place to stay and we didn’t want to leave !!

Very pleased

Beautiful property and very roomy, huge balcony and the kitchen was well stocked. Only obsticle was no pantry and the kitchen cabinets were full of supplies so no room for groceries. Buy for a few days at a time. Oh and the beautiful wool rug sheds. Lol

Beautiful condo!

This unit is gorgeous and even better than shown in the pictures. Balcony is huge with plenty of seating. We had a few questions upon check in, and the owner was very responsive. The property and pool is well maintained and is kept clean by the maintenance staff. We would book again.

Great family vacation location

This condo was perfect for several families to share. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook several meals. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed opening our curtains every morning to see the beach. Being right on the beach was very convenient as well. We would stay here again if visiting this beach in the future.

Perfect Week in PCB!

This condo was perfect for a group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers! The kitchen was well equipped, the furnishings were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were supplied with enough linens for all, and the balcony made the trip perfect! This condo is easy to find, however, parking can be a bit challenging... The condo has one assigned spot on property, however, we had three vehicles. Across the street from the property is overflow parking, which is quite small and hit or miss regarding finding an available spot. Regardless, right behind this overflow parking is a city lot with plenty of space and a cost of $6 per 24 hours. The other challenge is finding a luggage cart to unload and load your vehicle. People had a tendency to take the carts to their floors and leave them there (and there aren't too many of them). The pool and hot tub don't open until 10AM -- so, if you're a morning person and would like an early morning dip, you're out of luck. Regardless, both were maintained nicely! This was a perfect week for our family and Bobbie was very responsive via text messaging!
