Gemütliches Bauernhaus aus den 1930er Jahren, das innen komplett renoviert wurde und dennoch seinen alten ländlichen Charme bewahrt hat. Die vielen Fenster und der Grundriss bieten von jedem Raum aus eine schöne Aussicht und schaffen ein Gefühl für das Leben in der Natur, während gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre von der Außenwelt gewahrt bleibt. Ein Zweig des Little Bear Creek verläuft an der Seite des Grundstücks und bietet das beruhigende Geräusch von Wasser, das über die Felsen fließt, während die Vögel über ihnen singen.

Das Interieur ist mit Luxus eingerichtet, um alle Ihre Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen.

Wohnzimmer: Holzböden und komfortable Möbel. Genießen Sie einen Film auf dem 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher auf dem Sofa oder auf den Seitenstühlen.

Küche: Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, hochwertige Edelstahlgeräte und Fenster mit Blick auf den großen Garten und die Bäume dahinter. Komfortabler Wohnraum auf der Vorder- und der Seitenveranda sowie das Achterdeck mit Blick auf den schönen umliegenden Hof und den Bach auf der Seitenveranda.

The Yard: Probieren Sie den Sportplatz für Tennis, Volleyball oder Basketball aus. Der große Hof ist an drei Seiten von Naturwald eingerahmt. Auf einer Seite fließt ein Bach durch das Grundstück. Die Gründe sind gepflegt und verfügen über eine Sammlung von japanischen Ahorn, Rhododendren, Azaleen, immergrünen Pflanzen, Farnen und Apfelbäumen.

Der Keller verfügt über eine Garage, Waschmaschine / Trockner und einen Raum zum Trainieren.

Parken: ausreichend Parkplätze für drei Autos oder einen LKW mit Pferdeanhänger.

Das Creekside Retreat befindet sich in der Nähe des Wine Country in Woodinville. Es bietet Konzerte im Ste Michelle Winery, Radtouren auf dem Sammamish oder Centennial Trail, Heißluftballonfahrten in Snohomish und Pferdeveranstaltungen in Snohomish, Monroe und King County. Im Winter ist das Haus innerhalb einer Stunde und 15 Minuten vom Stevens Pass zum Skifahren.

The total package!

This is all that the vrbo description says and more. The pictures on the sote are great but don’t do it justice. We spent 2 nights for Tgiving with our daughters and son in laws. The house sits on a knowle where the sun beams in every room especially the master. Even though the house is over 100 years old it has been updated to be very comfortable temperature wise, not drafty. I only wish we could have taken advantage of the sport court! It was way too cold to do that. We will be back! Thanks Jim! You went above and beyond!

Serene creek side

Lovely creekside property with huge trees and garden on little creek. Lots of games and toys. Cozy furnishings and top-notch kitchen. Close to grocery, restaurants. Wonderful, responsive host! Family had a great time!

What a great place. Welcomed by host who shared about property. Accommodations were wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked with all things needed. Outdoor deck was a great place to relax. Our favorite was the sport court. We totally took advantage and played pickle ball. We would definitely stay again, wish we could have made our stay longer.

Multi-Week Stay

We had a wonderful experience with this property and the owners. They were so attentive and helpful and the property was beautiful and became a real haven for us during our weeks in the area. Beautiful, many cool mornings with coffee in the comfortable furniture on the wrap-around porch. And a nightly tradition of pickleball on the property's court in the cool Pacific Northwest air. Could NOT have been happier with our experience.

Nicely Restored farmhouse

This is a gated home in a nice area of 1 to 5 acre ranchettes. Very secure and quiet. There is a stream and sport court on the wooded lot . The owner is still working on a few projects but they didn’t impact our enjoyment of the property.

Wonderful Bothell area property!

Wonderful Bothell area property! It’s a gorgeous home and a beautifully landscaped property in the Bothell area. It was an excellent location for us to visit family in Lynnwood! What’s the sets this place apart for me beyond just being an outstanding home and property, was the attention to detail by the owner! Great communication and a lot of details that are very nicely attended to! I would love to stay there again!

This was a beautiful house and was very well appointed; not lacking anything !!!

The house was immaculate and had all the cabinets filled with food, snacks and NP welcome basket; so nice and very thoughtful ! Loved the serenity of the house; waking up in a cozy bedroom along with a neigboring rooster crow each morning. Sweet plum trees on the property for an afternoon delight with a cold beverage overlooking woodlands, pickleball and basketball court. We were also 5 mins. from our daughters wedding venue (Maroni Meadows) and, therefore, the running back and forth was easy. We enjoyed our stay immensely and recommend the host family and property to othere guests with the greatest enthusiasms.

Quiet paradise

This property is amazing. Beautiful house with lots of character. Stocked with more than you'll ever need. Jim was very gracious and allowed us to bring our granddaughter. She had a wonderful time playing in the creek and the huge yard. Jim went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. This will now be our "go to" rental for our Seattle trips.

Even Better than Pictured

The owner was very accommodating, even stocking the kitchen with goodies. Spacious and comfortable for outside and inside gatherings. The sportcourt was a great addition for fun with grandkids. This is the perfect spot if you are seeking a rural feel but in close proximity to everything Seattle offers.

Lovely get-away

This was a very nice house with an easy drive into Mill Creek Town Center with great shopping and stores. House was very comfortable with a great sitting porch to just enjoy the outdoors after a long day of sight-seeing. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home

This was a wonderful home base to explore Seattle and surroundings. The host graciously stocked the fridge with food which was very welcoming and helpful. Because the kitchen was so well stocked, we ended up opting for home cooked meals. The kids enjoyed the sport court and mornings on the porch were wonderful! The owner was helpful and obviously took pride in offering us more than just his home, but a relaxing retreat. Will definitely return!

An absolute gem, if you like peace, quiet and nature this is the place for you. Very well maintained, and Jim the owner goes above and beyond to make sure that all your needs are taken care of. We stayed in quite a few properties around the world, this one was the best by far.

Look no further

We can’t say enough about our experience with Jim and this stunning property. The house was immaculate, the grounds are beautiful and serene, and we had SO much fun playing pickleball with the family! We fell asleep to a chorus of frogs and woke up to the calls of neighboring roosters. I kept forgetting that we were so close to the city and traffic, because Creekside Retreat is just that… a retreat for the senses. We absolutely loved it and plan to return. HIGHLY recommend!

Perfect last minute stay

We needed a place to stay for a week while we were having work done on our home and we were lucky enough to find Jim's place. Jim was very responsive from the beginning and very helpful in answering questions before we arrived. The property is very big with lots of space to explore and the home itself is fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay (linen, cleaning supplies, coffee, etc). There were 3 of us needing to be online at the same time for work and school and we had no problems with the wifi at all and had enough work spaces to spread out across the different bedrooms. We had an issue with the fire alarm the first night (I couldn't reach the fire alarm to turn it off) and Jim was quick to address the situation the following day. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Amazing house and property

The house was comfortable, clean and well appointed in the kitchen. The privacy of the property is serene and relaxing. The only disappointment was the lack of hot tub. We used the filter on VRBO to look at houses with "hot tub" and selected this house. Turns out its a jetted tub in the master bathroom. It's an amazing, well kept house just want to call it out for the other people that overlook this detail.

Cute house!

Well appointed and immaculate house in a serene setting with a creek. The kitchen is well stocked and beds are very comfortable. The pickle ball court was a fun addition. House includes paddles, balls, basketballs, and board games. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Greatest updated Farmhouse

Hundred year old farmhouse that was completely rebuilt in 2020. All new exterior and interior . all new appliances and electrical. Coffee , waffle maker, omelettes with all the ingredients ham cheese, jams and syrup for waffles. Popcorn ect ect. Jim is a great host him and his wife worked hard to bring this old house back to life. At least two acres of grounds with creek and plenty of parking with a security gate. Very quiet. If you like noise stay away. This home is private and peaceful.
