The Space:
Casa Mar is a beautiful Condo located in The Paraiso Residences, a modern new complex of luxury condominiums located at Puerto Paraiso Mall. In the middle of the Cabo San Lucas Marina, known to host ultra luxury yachts, one of the biggest sport fishing annual competitions "Bisbee's", plus plenty of restaurants for early breakfast or fine dining, as well as the top Cabo night spots, there is where you will be in Casa Mar.

This Condo features modern decoration in perfectly illuminated spaces, kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need, including electric stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. A spacious and fun living room perfect to entertain and relax, with a comfortable couch that can make an extra sleeping space. Two well sized bedrooms, Master with King size bed and ensuite shower bathroom, Guest with Queen size bed and ensuite shower bathroom as well, both with spacious closet space. * For your convenience we have available a specialized sanitization service consisting of electrostatic aspersion, which guarantees the biodegradable sanitizer adhering to all surfaces in the property. Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $2000 mxn per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (1600 mxn will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). The Neighborhood:
Cabo San Lucas is a small town, main activity concentrates around the Cabo San Lucas Marina, which leads to the famous Medano Beach, full of life, fun and restaurants and beach clubs for those looking to be in the action. The main strip is all about restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as local stores. The Paraiso Residences, located in Puerto Paraiso Mall, are just in the middle of both, the Marina/Beach and the strip.

Being in the Marina its just a few steps to go fishing, snorkeling, parasailing or just jogging around this beautiful area and in the evening get ready to walk around and enjoy fine dining and Cabo's night life.

Our guests are welcome to enjoy the day at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. No additional fee, only minimum consumption (food and beverages) required. $50 USD per person per day for pool & beach club | $35 USD per person for beach club only (discount applicable for children). We recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. This is a third party property and access is subject to availability and capacity of the Resort.

Getting Around:
You are in the main spot of Cabo San Lucas. You are in the Marina; Medano Beach is walking distance as well as Cabo San Lucas Downtown, both less than 5 minutes away.
Taxis and Uber available just outside the mall.
Right outside the Puerto Paraiso mall also is the bus stop for the route to San José del Cabo, in case you want to adventure with local transportation, you will be in San José's Historical District in less than 40 min.
In case you have private transportation arranged they will be able to drop you off at Puerto Paraiso Mall parking lot, where you will take the elevators directly to the Paraiso Residences floor.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability.

Remember this property is Dog-Friendly (15lbs or smaller), we need to be notified upon arrival if you will bring a dog, an extra $100 USD cleaning fee (per dog) will apply with no exception, last-minute arriving pets won't be allowed on the property.

Lost Condo keys have a replacement cost of $20 USD

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.

This property is for sale, if you are interested and would like to have more information about this " running business" please contact us. Please be advise that we may contact you during your stay to ask your permission to provide access to a potential buyer, you may deny permission. In case the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property in the same building with the same amenities and value.

We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
