Schöne 5 Schlafzimmer / 5. 5 Badehaus mit privatem Pool, Strandspaziergang, großer Bar, Grill, ausreichend Parkplätze, Eingangstor. Dieses Haus am Meer bietet die perfekte Aufteilung für 3 Familien. Die untere (1.) Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit 4 Etagenbetten in QUEEN-Größe pro Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Boden ist ideal für Kinder. Jede Koje verfügt über ein eigenes Ablagefach für den Gerätestecker. Beide Zimmer verfügen über einen Smart-TV und ein Zimmer über eine Xbox.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Garage für 2 Autos mit einer großen Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Die mittlere (2.) Etage verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, ein Badezimmer, eine Waschküche, ein Wohnzimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Küche hat Sitzgelegenheiten an der Theke und einen großen Tisch mit 2 Bänken und 4 Stühlen. Die mittlere Etage verfügt über eine eigene Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ozean, 2 Stühle auf der Terrasse und eine Couch. Großer Fernseher

In der obersten Etage befinden sich 2 Master-Suiten mit Kingsize-Betten, privaten Balkonen auf jeder Seite und einem eigenen Mini-Kühlschrank / Bar / Spülbereich mit einer eigenen großen Dusche und einem eigenen Bad.

Es gibt 2 Waschmaschinen / Trockner im Haus, 2 Geschirrspüler, einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Garage für 2 Autos und große Balkone mit Blick auf den Ozean. IDEAL für Hochzeitsfeiern! Erstklassige Möbel, tolles Layout. Es gibt Flachbildfernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer und einen großen Flachbildschirm im Wohnzimmer und einen im Freien auf der Poolterrasse. Wir haben Parkplätze für bis zu 15 Autos.

In diesem Jahr komplett renoviert. Leicht und hell und viel Spaß. Die hintere Terrasse bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten, eine voll ausgestattete Bar im Freien mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, einen Grill, ein Bad / Duschbereich im Freien und viele Liegestühle. Great Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time at our yearly family vacation. The home was absolutely beautiful. Communication with the owner was fast each and every time. We had a problem with the hot tub, but the owners were very fast in getting it fixed quickly. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the beach and pool floats, chairs, etc. you could need. Family Getaway

This was our second stay here and our family really enjoys this great property. We love the pool and being able to be just steps away from the ocean. It is a very nice home and Jamie is a wonderful host who answers any questions you may have. There are a few odds and ends that need to be worked on but that is to be expected at any property. Would recommend staying here for a nice relaxing getaway.

Fabulous Beach House

Champagne Shores is beautiful beach house that our family enjoyed so much. The bedrooms are spacious and provide space for everyone. The pool, spa, bar cookout area was ideal for our family. The private walkway onto the beach really helped out the grandparents.

The Only Way to visit the beach

This home is amazing! The pool area and views are top notch. We scheduled a spontaneous trip for Mother's day and thankfully this home was available. Awesome House

This is a wonderful property, you will not be disappointed. We came down with three families each with kids age 11-14. The sleeping situation is incredible with the queen size built in bunk beds! The pool and hot tub are perfect, and the views fantastic. We had one small issue with the hot tub heating up, and the managers had some one out there to fix it the same day. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Stunning House and Views

We spent our spring break week at Champagne Sands. The house was spectacular...views everywhere you look, comfortable furniture and everything you could possibly need and more. Enjoying coffee in bed while watching the sun rise over the ocean will be hard to beat! The pool and all of the available beach toys kept the kids thoroughly entertained. Our family has been to the St. Augustine area for the past 3 years and still find new experiences every visit.

Family Thanksgiving Celebration

Our family loved Champagne Shores! There was plenty of room for ten of us (4 kids and 6 adults). Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the week of Thanksgiving, it didn’t stop us from enjoying the heated pool & hot tub. There is plenty to do in the area. Our favorites included exploring downtown St. Augustine, the Alligator Farm and mini golf. Jamie was very easy to work with and immediately responded to my inquiries. The best part of this house is the amazing view. It was glorious to wake up to the sun rising over the ocean. Overall a fabulous stay and we are already talking about a return trip.

Beautiful Beach House

We arrived in Florida just as hurricane Nicole was leaving! We had a wonderful time and the home was beautiful. The house very comfortably accommodated nine of us. There had been some damage done to the fence and the steps down to the beach from the recent storm but the Vrbo manager was extremely responsive and attentive to the details and so I know that won’t be an issue for the next guests. Highly recommend Champagne Shores.

We had the absolute best time staying here! It was my whole family and we brought the kiddos too. The oos and ahhs over the property were had all weekend. What a delight!!

From the moment we opens the door we were just thrilled with our choice of places to stay! The house was clean, smelled nice, light and airy with just the right amount of art throughout. AC set at a comfortable temp, the the blinds were open so we could take in the fabulous views of the Atlantic!! Beds were comfy, showers were roomy, and the kitchen and dining area were awesome!! Awesome House, Awesome Location

The house was awesome with lots of room for a large family. Communication with owner was easy even with forgetting my cellphone at home (thank goodness I remembered my Ipod). The pool was the family favorite. The beach was never crowded which made this a fabulous location. Found the house to be too cold at times even though we came in August when it was VERY HOT. House was very clean. Loved how beach towels were provided along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would highly recommend staying here for a wonderful beach vacation. The only suggestion I have is to bet BBQ tongs for the grill. Thanks for sharing this house with us. The kids loved it.

My Dream House

I don’t know that I can articulate any better than every other review of this property…bottom line….this house is amazing! We’ve been coming to our family ‘beach week’ in St. Augustine for 31 years and although this house is quite a bit more pricey than anywhere I’ve ever stayed; I would book it again in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, we left earlier today and I have already booked it for next year! It is the perfect vacation home! Perfectly designed and decorated. We take our Margaritaville Machine everywhere we go-this house already has one! Along with every other appliance you could possibly need or want! Communication with property manager is stellar! My 5-yr old grandson thinks it’s ‘my house’; I had to tell him only in my DREAMS!

Great family vacation

We had 9 people from ages 4 to 70 and everyone had an amazing time. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! This property nails all the important stuff: - The accommodations were clean and comfortable and everything was high quality. The views were amazing and the property managers were responsive and friendly. We enjoyed sitting outside overlooking the beach and watching pelicans fly above. We even saw a couple turtles walking around the yard. - The beach was beautiful and kid friendly. The sand and shallow areas of the ocean were spacious, and we were far enough from the public areas where it felt private and quiet. Beach toys and chairs were provided and the kids had a blast on the boogie boards. It was strange that cars were allowed on the beach, but it never got crowded. - The pool and hot tub were great for kids and grown ups. The pool had a landing area for little ones and then the deeper area (~5ft) was big enough to play or even swim short laps for exercise. The outdoor furniture was so comfortable it was hard not to drift into sleep on it. - The rooms and beds were comfortable. The house can easily fit 13 to 14 people and everything was laid out nicely. All the features inside are top notch, including 2 dish washers, 2 sets of laundry machines, and extra shower heads and automated shades in the masters. The only issue inside the house is that the air conditioners ran fairly loud which could bother light sleepers. The house was on a fairly busy street but was set back far enough where it felt remote and quiet. The house next door is in close proximity and visible so you do see other people while sitting outside. There isn't much nearby to walk to on the front side of the house, but the beach is great for walking or biking. There were a handful of food spots and 2 grocery stores within 10min of the house, but most of the highly rated St Augustine restaurants were near downtown ~20 minutes away. We did the Marineland Doplhin Swim Adventure nearby and had a great time. The dolphins were super friendly and impressive. It's a bit pricey and you won't want to visit without doing a dolphin encounter. We also rented jet skis from Raging Sports and had a good time and even saw dolphins out in the water. Overall it was a great family vacation and we would happily do it again!

Pictures don’t do this home justice! My family enjoyed and can’t wait to come back! It was perfect. The kitchen was fabulous and the house was equipped with just about everything you’d need, including beach chairs and toys! Just a few steps from the beach with awesome views all around the house! The kids loved the pool and playing the Xbox and watching Netflix in the living room on the huge TV lol Jamie was very accommodating and helpful during our stay! We would recommend to anyone! It was hard to leave this morning we loved it so much!

Amazing & Perfect Summer Vacation

Our family would easily stay at this home and location again as it truly is an amazing vacation. The owners have truly thought of everything. Five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (with half bath being outside for pool), fantastic pool & spa overlooking the ocean, downstairs bar off the pool, BBQ's, outside shower and a very easy & short walk to what feels like your private beach and ocean. The beach is fantastic with no rocks, fun waves & owners have bogie boards for you to use too. The wonderful kitchen & family room is huge and great for hanging out and cooking. The walk out decks are all perfectly located to enjoy and an elevator in the home to help those who find steps more difficult. We also enjoyed the games the owners left for guests to use like jenga. Our adult kids said this was the best vacation ever and we have been on a lot of amazing vacations.

Todd & Jamie and another Family purchased this house in 2018. We remodeled it completely, to see original-photos are still posted on Zillow. Both of our families have traveled together since our kids were young and we were always coming to St. Augustine and staying at various places. We looked for 10 years before we purchased this house. It took about 2 years to complete construction and the remodel and we are excited to share our home with all of you!

Location is the best. Convenient to all tourist attractions yet still on a part of the beach that is not as crowded as some of the other spots. Pool and Hot tub are our favorite. Sitting in the Jacuzzi with the Ocean wind or sitting on our balcony and looking at the moon, there is never a bad view!
