We loved the location of the unit. Close to town and the beach. But…it had some issues. We felt the property manager didn’t take us seriously when we told him the A/C wasn’t working. He told us he checked it before our arrival, and it was fine. It couldn’t have been. The units in the 2 king rooms never cooled. They need Freon. The ceiling fan in one of those room’s didn’t work, which made it even more hotter to sleep.
I understand people are jerks and take things from your home, like the TV in the one bedroom. We had not a kitchen towel, hot pad, hand towel or wash cloth. If they were taken, it would be very easy to replace them before new quest arrive. I walked to Walmart to buy my own.
And somewhere in the place there could be instructions on where to put the trash. When is it picked up? How should the house be left. What is a good restaurant in town. Where’s the closest beach. Contact phone numbers, etc. Simple, but helpful things.
Sorry to dump on you, but I thought you might want to know what’s going on with your property.
