Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 2 Königinnen. 1,5 Meilen vom Strand entfernt. Zu Fuß zu Redfern Village Geschäften und Läden! Ein Riesenspaß zum Verweilen, Regen oder Sonnenschein! 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Netflix / Amazon / DirectV / Hulu in allen Zimmern.
In der Nähe von fabelhaften Restaurants. Segeln und Reiten sind möglich. St. Simons ist auch bekannt für Vogelbeobachtung!

Ich bin eine Krankenschwester, die durch Südostgeorgien reist und Menschen Infusionen gibt, die nicht in das Krankenhaus gelangen können. Ich habe es genossen, meine andere Stadtwohnung für Gäste zu hosten. So sehr, dass ich in eine neue Wohnung gezogen bin und diese gerne mieten würde, wenn ich nicht zu Hause bin. Ich mag es wirklich, neue Leute kennenzulernen und ihnen St. Simons Schönheit.

Maura is a great host

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Both bedrooms were comfortable, as was the whole condo. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and the location is great. You can walk to many stores and restaurants. Great stay!

Family get together!

Very comfortable living area and great table for eating and playing cards. Very convenient to shopping and that wonderful BBQ at Southern Soul. Fun time with family!

Nice Island for a getaway

Nice size condo for the two of us & quiet complex. It was clean and plenty of paper products available. There's an airport nearby but you get use to the noise. Pleasant area with a lot of history and great food.

Close to everything

Homeowner was very responsive to messages and was very accommodating in letting us stay an extra day. Living room and bedrooms are very comfortable and it’s great having 2 1/2 bathrooms. We loved being so close to shopping and restaurants.

Great place

We had a little mishap checking in the occupants before us definitely did a number on the place broke the toilet, left stuff everywhere. We contacted Maura about the place and she was all over it. Took care of the toilet, apologize that no one came to clean in between our stay even drove 3 hours to us to make sure everything was okay and gave us our free night to stay at her place. It’s a wonderfully decorated and is a great place to stay about a mile from the beach and walking distance to Starbucks and chic fila. For the price there’s no better place in St. Simons

This property is nestled in a great location! Accessible to St. Simon, and Jekyll Island. So many things to see! The local restaurants were awesome! Crab Daddy’s, Barbara Jeans a must! We also loved Jekyll Island and took in all the beaches plus Driftwood Beach! Nice relaxin’ Vacation! Maura was the best Host answering our every need!

Condo just as listed

The condo was wonderful. Our weather was lousy but the condo, was great. We made a few trips to the beach which was a very quick drive. The pool at the condo was very clean and nice. Maura was available everytime we reached out to her and she checked to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Would highly recommend!

St. Simons Condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo very much. It's convenient to everywhere on the island or in Brunswick, access is great, the pool is well maintained, and the condo was top notch. The only drawback, and it's minor, is that there were two active wasp nests just outside and above the patio door. No one got stung but it greatly limited our use of the patio.

Great Condo in St Simons

Great location, within walking distance of a McDonald’s, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A and Southern Soul BBQ, as well as Winn Dixie. Very private and quiet. Owner is very responsive to questions. Would definitely book again!

Nice Location

The condo was in a great location... perfect distance from everything you would want to do on the island! Parking is available right outside the condo. We enjoyed the condo's pool area. It was quiet and never crowded. Communication was good; however, I would have liked to have received directions about what to do upon arrival before we actually arrived. It was a little uncomfortable not really knowing what to do until we drove the three hours to get there. It would also be nice to have directions on what to do prior to leaving. Maybe a quick cheat-sheet or something? The kitchen was well stocked with spices and ingredients necessary to make your own meals. There are full-size appliances to help with cleanup. We used the grill outside to prepare steaks and picked up shrimp from the Winn Dixie right next door. Yummy! Each room was equipped with large televisions with apps to access live TV and movies. If you are familiar with Smart TVs, they are quite easy to use. You can even sign in to your own streaming services. Overall, I would stay again!

Not able to stay here

My husband and I rented this property in VRBO. Unbeknownst to us, there was another group that booked this property on AirBnB at the same time. She was double booked. On our way to this property I called the owner since I hadn’t heard about any entry details, that is when she told us the problem. She was so gracious she agreed to pay for our money we spent on her place plus half of the amount t we spent in another spot. Maura could not have been any nicer. Unfortunately, VRBO will not reimburse her for their mistake so she is out money as well. I would recommend Maura and her place!!!! She is a peach. Debbie and Roger.

Couples Trip

We made last minute plans to get away to St. Simons with another couple. We arrived at the condo and were so pleased! We had no trouble checking in and starting our vacation. The condo was cute, comfortable, and in a great location to get to all our favorite restaurants, stores and a short drive to the beach (not to mention a wonderful price). There was plenty of room for us to enjoy dinner together at the condo, and we had space to spread out even with another couple with us. Maura was super attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The linens and comfort of the beds was great, and everything was fresh and new! It was a bonus to have a little pool on the property to enjoy as well. We will come back!

I am a nurse who travels around South East Georgia giving infusions to people who are unable to get to the hospital. I have enjoyed hosting my other townhome to guests. So much that I have moved to a new condo and would like to rent that when I'm not at home. I really like meeting new people and introducing them to St. Simons Beauty.
