Villas are not Beachfront however within walking distance or a quick Tram Ride!! This fully furnished golf villa condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. This unit has been updated with New: ceramic tile floors, carpet, furniture, cabinets, granite countertops, lighting, appliances, & décor. Patio leads to living room & master suite. The master suite has a King size bed & the junior suite has 2 queen beds & a bathroom. Small patio also connected to guest bedroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room...sleeps 8 comfortable. Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN, You will NOT be disappointed! **Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy!
Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Arcade, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Pickleball/Basketball courts. Free Access to Sports Courts and Fitness Center. Equipment Rental and 9 Hole Golf Course are additional cost.
Edgewater Beach Resort requires all Villa and Tower's 1,2 and 3 reservations to pay a mandatory Guest Registration Fee. Guest Registration Fees are paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. Includes 1 Vehicle Pass **Each Reservation will require a $50 mandatory Resort Fee payable ONLY to the Resort ** 2nd resort access vehicle pass: $30; 3rd resort access vehicle pass: $50; Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each; RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Condo 806 Golf Side

Convenient to convention center…. We spent so much time there, we basically used condo to sleep and take showers and fix breakfast. Wish we had more laze around time to fully enjoy it. Genuinely appreciate the cleanliness though…. If anything…. The dryer doesn’t really dry…. Cleaned lint tray…. But still took a couple of hours to dry clothes… towels. We washed all the towels furnished.

Lovely stay

Vacationed with our 5 yo grandson and his mom. Loved the pond out back, especially the turtles. Pool was very close and nice. Shuttle to beach was super convenient. Liked the floor plan, allowing privacy. Would certainly stay here again!

The weather was bad but the condo was great

We had a week of bad weather but the condo was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the multi floor buildings and the quieter atmosphere of the condos on the golf course.

Our golf villa was nice and clean. With this property you receive your parking pass in the mail before you leave for vacation. Then all you have to do is pull up to the security guard shack and show the pass and go to the villa. Easy check in.

Condo had everything we needed

The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. This was our first time at edge water and we didn't know what to expect so we were very pleased when we got there, we had 3 generations (total 7 people) and we had plenty of room. My only comment for improvement would be this, instead of having people come pick up their pass to get through the gate mail it to them so they can go directly to the condo. We were there during spring break and traffic was intense and even though the office wasn't real far away it seemed like forever since we had already spent 2 days in the car to get there.

Loved the room

We book the room on the internet it was supposed to be checking out on Friday morning. Got a call Thursday morning they said we had to be out. We were shopping and had to rush back pack all are things. Told the kids we had to leave immediately because they didn’t have anything available. This hole thing could have been avoided if communication were better. Very disappointed! I think we we’re duped because stay at the beach was just trying to fill a hole week and gave us the room assuming we wouldn’t go back and look at the dates. We know this was are fault to but we told them we wanted to stay till Friday morning. Please give people check out morning in the future.

A great trip!

The room was exactly what was expected. It was an easy trip to the beach and lots of help with carts that took you to and from the beach. The employees were great and helpful. The restaurant was amazing, especially the edgeburger. Our group had an awesome trip.

Wonderful

Just returned from an amazing stay in Florida! There were 7 in our party, 5 adults, 1 teenager and a 5 year old. The condo was very spacious and very comfortable. Bottom floor unit and there is noise from upper unit which was bearable for us. Kitchen had everything we needed to get by, but we needed to buy ice daily for coolers and drinks. The beach and main pool was a short walk away (5 mins. or so), but the golf carts come by very often which was nice when we had coolers for the beach. The rental agency was the easiest I’ve ever worked with as well and the unit was very clean. Location was perfect. 15 mins tops to any where we wanted to go. The resort on the other hand was a different story. 1 of the pools which is basically in the back yard of the unit was under repair our whole stay. Did not cause a problem because there are 10 more on the property. All the smaller pools were very enjoyable. The large pool was a different story. Unless you came out at 7am, you could not find a chair until the evening time. The rules at the lagoon pool were so strict that we only went twice and stayed less than an hour. The resort was to show children’s movie in the evening, but cancelled every night we were there. Because we rented from the owner, all amenities were at a charge. The fitness center, children’s water pad and beach chairs which was one of the reasons we choose this resort. We did eat at the restaurant once…..and that was enough. Overpriced, small portions and the quality was very disappointing. I will defiantly use the rental agency again and even though the unit was perfect, next year we will find a different resort/community to be in.

Relaxing Stay

My family which consisted of 2 adults and 3 children recently had the opportunity to stay in this wonderful and convenient Villa. With a split bedroom design, the adults and children had their own spaces to relax and then also to be together in the kitchen and living room. The unit was clean and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. The unit had a washer and dryer which we used almost everyday. There was patio off the master where you could enjoy the fountain. Being able to park right outside the unit made making quick trips to restaurants or attractions very easy! The resort had golf carts that would make stops in the Villas to take guests to the pools and walkway to the beautiful beach. I also have to mention the rental company as they were professional, quick to answer any of my questions, had a billing system that was accurate and my security deposit was returned in a timely manner exactly as stated in the rental agreement.
