Kona Isle ist bekannt für die schöne Anlage und den felsigen Strand. Es ist sehr gut geführt und der beste Teil ist am Strand entlang, mit Grill, Picknicktischen, Liegestühlen, Stühlen und dem Meer direkt vor Ihnen! Die Sonnenuntergänge sind wunderschön und das Hören der Wellen trägt zu dem wunderbaren Erlebnis bei.

Die Wohnung selbst wurde bisher nicht vermietet, aber es ist Zeit, dass andere die Erfahrung genießen. Es bietet allen Komfort, den Sie von zu Hause gewohnt sind, und wird, wenn es die Zeit und die Finanzen erlauben, modernisiert. Es hat eine großartige Lage und ist nur 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß von der Stadt entfernt und in der Regel eine 3-5-minütige Fahrt.

In Kailua-Kona gibt es viele Restaurants, Geschäfte, Möglichkeiten zum Angeln, Bootfahren und Aktivitäten auf dem Meer.

Es ist ein Urlaub, der unvergesslich sein wird!

Nice and easy

Super nice condo and easy check in and out. Michael is good to work with. Great beach area to relax at, catch the sunrise or sunset! If you like coffee, the coffee maker isn’t the best. I have a portable 20oz French press I’ll bring next time.

Great location, quaint residency!

Michael was a fantastic host - very communicative, cordial and was able to accommodate me and my friends with an additional stay. He gave out clear instructions/boundaries on housing do’s/dont’s, which is always appreciated as a guest. The location was 20-30 min from the airport and a 10-15 min drive from many beaches via drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great Condo and location

My husband, me and our 15 month old infant had a great time staying here. It's only few minutes away from lots of attractions that Kona can offer. We loved our morning time hanging out on the rocky beach of the property and taking our toddler to the tide pools only steps away from where we stayed. I hope we get to visit Kona again, we now know where to stay!

Peaceful Condo Community.

This was a great condo to come back to after a day of exploring to watch the sunsets over the water. There is an area right on the property at the shore with sand and chairs behind a seawall of black lava rocks from which to watch the sunsets or night sky. My wife saw whales from there. There are barbeques there as well. People there are very friendly to newcomers. It was very quiet there in the evenings and night. This place has a dedicated parking spot like everyone else appears to have so there was enough parking to go around for all. Nobody else was ever parked in our spot. Inside the condo it was clean and has some tasteful Hawaii décor to help get you in the local spirit. It's well stocked with everything you'd imagine a condo would have such as towels, dishes, frying pans, etc. It was great to have food in the fridge, and do some cooking there to save on the restaurant time and bills. We found the body surfing boards and took one out to Kua Bay and our son says the body surfing was the best part of the whole trip! The host Michael proactively contacted me a few days before we arrived to let me know the check-in process and how to access the keys to the condo. If we return to Hawaii in a few years we'll stay there again if this condo is still available.

Great Property, Location, and Value

This was a great spot to stay in the Kona area. Minutes from shopping and restaurants and a great home base to explore the island. The condo had everything you would need provided from towels, kitchen suppliers, and tons of beach gear (coolers, snorkels, umbrellas, and chairs). The grounds were great right on the ocean with a swimming pool. Access to beach front to explore the lava rock tide pools and access to the saltwater pool. We will be back when we return to Kona.

Very nice unit and great location

Unit equipped with all things we needed. Including beach umbrella and chairs. Both beds very comfy. Outdoor bbq area is ocean front. great sunset view. We even saw dolphins jumping out of water. Definitely recommend this unit to big island visitors!

Cute & cozy

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo and would recommend to any couple or small family of four. All amenities listed were provided. We did have a little trouble with checking in but Michael was readily available to assist by text and phone. Plus side is this was the perfect spot to catch a beautiful sunset.

A very nice stay, the condo was very clean, enjoyed myself very much. My only comment is it’s a bottom floor unit on a corner so there was a lot of foot traffic and talking people going by the condo bedroom at all hours. I could hear the people walk around in the condo above. I would stay here again.

Lovely!

A beautiful property very close to a rocky beach. There is also a saltwater pool next to that for swimming as well as a swimming pool. The condo was well stocked, comfortable and clean. The only negative was that there was no air conditioner in the bedroom, only the main room. But other than that, super!!

Exactly as advertised. Easy and free parking. Very clean unit. Queen Bed was ok, but not great. 2 ceiling fans and a floor fan worked well. Small wall mount AC works great for living room, not great for the bedroom even with the fan suggestions. You may find it sleeps a bit too warm. High speed internet, worked great. TV had a lot of channels, I mean a lot! The complex is very very quiet, which was nice. This Unit is a ground floor end unit next to the parking lot, which was great to move in/out and for packing our golf clubs daily. It worked really well for us. The small lanai was great for morning coffees. Condo was stocked well with everything you would expect and more. There is a stair case next to the bedroom windows, you will hear people using it when you are in bed. The location is great; far enough from town to be away from the noise and most homeless. Close enough to walk 30 mins, or take a 5 minute $7 Uber. We took Ubers which were easy to get and always friendly. The condo waterfront is great to watch the waves and the sunsets. Beautiful sunsets! Site check-in was easy, communication with Michael was too…although we never really needed him. Overall, we were very happy with the stay. Would recommend for sure. This is a very clean, well stocked condo, perfect for a couple. It's well located close to Kona and right on the coast with beautiful views, especially at sunset. The neighbor was also very kind.

Very pleasant stay

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Location cannot be more perfect. We watched the sunset every single day. The fact that we had everything we needed (beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler box) to go play at the beach with our 17 month old baby every morning, it’s just beyond our expectation. We also love the idea of the quiet time from 10pm to 8am. We dont have noise ordinance where we live so it’s a nice thing to have when on vacation. Michael is super responsive and helpful. We were confused abt the door mechanism at first so hopefully it will get fixed soon for future guests.

Amazing stay

We had a pleasant stay. Michaels place was just about perfect. We think it is our favourite condo out of the ones we ever stayed in Hawaii. Very nicely decorated, clean and equipped with everything you would ever need. The location was close to all things important and also not right in the middle of it. The grounds were really well kept, great pool also with amazing place for watching sunsets. Only downsize would be that these condos have not really soundproof windows in the bedroom and this particular being right by the staircase and main entrance, couple time we got awaken by drunken returning patron. Other than that we loved every bit of it and would love to come back one day. Thank you, Michael
