Dieses perfekte Anwesen ist nur 5 Autominuten vom berühmten Ferienort "Ayia Napa" entfernt, was bedeutet, dass Sie nur wenige Minuten von unserem wunderschönen kristallklaren blauen Wasser und den weißen Sandstränden entfernt sind. Nur eine kurze Fahrt die Straße hinauf bringt Sie zu dem beliebtesten Strand, den Zypern zu bieten hat, "Nissi Beach", neben anderen atemberaubenden Stränden in der Gegend. Ayia Napa selbst hat viel zu bieten mit vielen Geschäften, Bars, Nachtclubs, Restaurants und vielem mehr.

Unser geräumiges Ferienhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern wurde hübsch mit einladenden, fröhlichen, hellen Farben dekoriert, die Ihnen das Urlaubsgefühl vermitteln.

Wenn Sie durch das eingezäunte Grundstück eintreten, werden Sie den großen, attraktiven Garten und den eigenen Pool lieben. Der Pool misst 4 x 8 Meter und ist mit eingebauten Stufen am flachen Ende des Pools und einer Stahlleiter am tiefen Ende leicht zugänglich. Die Tiefe des Beckens erreicht am tiefen Ende ungefähr 1 Meter 60 und am flachen Ende ungefähr 0,60. Der große Garten bietet Ihnen nicht nur Ihren eigenen privaten Swimmingpool, sondern auch viele Sonnenliegen, einen überdachten Esstisch und Stühle, ein bequemes Sofa und Stühle zum Entspannen, eine Außendusche, Kinderspielzeug und nicht zu vergessen, dass Urlaub ein Muss ist. Ein eingebauter Grill, bereit für das Essen im Freien!
Nach Ihrem schönen Mittag- / Abendessen stehen Ihnen einige Mountainbikes zur Verfügung, falls Sie eine kleine Fahrt zum atemberaubenden Fischerhafen von Potomos unternehmen möchten.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

This was our first time in Cyprus and we are really happy we spend it in this house! The house and the area are very beautiful and relaxing and the pool is great. We had very close contact to Kerri for the whole week and she was very kind and helpful, we were for example not able to rent a car and Kerri organised a driver to pick us up from the airport.

Absolutely lovely villa.

Lovely and Clean throughout. Fully equipped electrically with the exception of no dishwasher. Location was on the outskirts of Agia Napa which meant no noisy neighbours. However the road was close so expect general traffic noise. A 20min taxi drive got you to the lovely village of Protaras and 10minutes got you to the nightlife of Agia Napa. I would most definately recommend this property for families.

Relax & unwind in sunny Cyprus

Fantastic location and a great central base for exploring this beautiful island. Great communication from Kerri throughout. Visited many of the fantastic beaches -Ladra beach & agia Thekla beach a must. Nearby supermarkets and places to eat - recommend restaurant in potomos bay -stunning views. Pool area is spacious and not overlooked, with daily visit from neighbouring cat. Road is quite busy with traffic of a night but we got used to it quite quickly

Amazing Villa

Great villa exceptionally clean and large size rooms. The pool area is huge with great furniture and one of the biggest pools we’ve seen in a villa. The location is nice and quiet we had a quad to get to local supermarkets etc and the bus is very easy to get into Agia Napa but I would suggest you need some kind of transport to get you to places as the buses are every hour but taxis are not expensive Kerri the host is amazing always on the end of the phone willing to help out with everything. Anything you need to know is in the guest book from taxis to best restaurants to eat. The sea view is amazing and the local beaches amazing for snorkelling. This is the best of the best Villas in the area and you won’t be disappointed if you book this villa thanks Kerri we hope to visit you again soon.

Great host, lovely villa

Kerri was a great host from start to finish. The villa is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. Pool is a great size and bonus is it’s not overlooked like some of the villas we have stayed in the pasts ideally located so you can get to The main areas without any problem. The waterpark just down the road was a great day out as well.

Perfect villa for our stay

We booked this villa for our familymoon and it's the best villa we have ever stayed in, it has everything you need and more. We arrived late from a long flight and Kerri helped make sure our experience was seemless and hassle free. There was lots of perfect little extra things to make sure our stay was perfect and our kids absolutely loved the villa and pool. We look forward to coming back here in the future.

Lovely Villa in a great location

From the very first email enquiry Kerri was amazingly helpful and welcoming. We visited ‘off peak’ so a lot of restaurants were not open. However the ones that were offered excellent service and food. The Villa itself is well located in a quiet residential area with some nice beaches near by but you do really need a car to get about especially if you need to visit the larger supermarkets and visit areas like Fig Tree bay. The villa is spotlessly clean and extremely spacious with everything you would need (a home from home pretty much!) with lots of channels on the tv if needed. Great swimming pool of a decent size in excellent condition. All in all we had a great time with Kerri going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable even though the weather wasn’t great during our February visit, Thanks again Kerri

Lovely holiday villa

From the initial booking till leaving Kerri the owner has made our holiday seamless. Our first booking with HomeAway was made easy through emails and what’s app! Kerri keeps you up to date with everything before the holiday with great instruction of how to get there, and what to do when you arrive, she even let us change the holiday dates when the airline we booked with went bust! The villa is lovely. Clean and spacious with en-suite for the main room, so no sharing with teenagers!! The small touches Kerri goes to helps make it a fantastic rental. The area is residential and the nearest bar and shops are a 20 minute walk away. We would recommend hiring a car if you use the villa, but saying that, the buses pass regularly and a taxi for 6 cost us 15 euros each way to Ayia Napa. Kerri is always at hand, and a quick message about the villa to where to eat are always answered quickly, it was great to be able to ask a local where the best places are to go! Thank you Kerri!

Immaculate five star villa

We had a fabulous stay at this villa. Immaculate condition with lots of very welcome and thoughtful extras such as milk and bread when we arrived late on a Sunday. Lots of beach towels, sun tan lotion and toiletries. Lovely pool and garden. Very close to some great beaches and the owners local guide was really useful. Can't recommend it enough, we will be back!

Amazing Villa

Wow what a beautiful villa! Kerri the owner has everything to perfection! All the finishing touches were lovely! Our daughter was over the moon with her sweets Kerri put on her bed! Such a lovely gesture. Nothing was too much trouble if we needed Kerri for advice. The villa is ideally situated for Ayia Napa, Protaras and Paralimni and also the main route being the A3. There are 2 restaurants within a 5 minute drive from the villa. Nisakki restaurant and Zafari restaurant which also has small supermarket adjacent which opens from 7.30am-10pm everyday and prices were quite reasonable. Loved it so much have already booked for next year! Can’t wait to go back!!!!!!

Great holiday in a fantasic villa

We are a Family from germany and we stayed their for two weeks. It was great! The picture from the Internet absolute exactly. The villa and the pool very clean. Beautifully Relaxing.

This property was a pleasure to live in. The spacious well maintained rooms and garden/pool were a joy to relax. Located in a quite area just 10 minutes drive from Ayia Napa was perfect for us. There is a cove beach about 10-15 minutes walk (towards Ayia Napa) that has a restaurant close by and a small church right on the sea front. It’s was great for swimming and snorkelling in as it has a natural rock breakwater creating nice calm waters, ideal for young and old. There is a regular bus service into Ayia Napa if you fancy visiting this bustling town for food and drinks. Water World is less than five minutes drive with Nissi Beach not too much further. The pool was cleaned twice a week and the patio garden area was really nice to relax in whether in the day getting a tan on the ample sun loungers situated around the pool to get the sun all day and evening. There is a great balcony to catch the early morning sun from the master bedroom or the upstairs hall access. The owner Kerri was really helpful and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Always on hand for information and places to visit as well as if any queries were asked normally answering a message within 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend staying here whether as a family or a group of friends.

Clean and spacious. Well located. Very nice owner, who goes out of her way to help.

I would highly recommend stopping here. Conveniently situated just outside Ayia Napa which is just a 10 minute drive or taxi ride away. There is a beautiful small cove beach about 10 minutes walk away which is great for snorkelling. The pool is cleaned twice a week and there is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the main living area. Kerri, the owner is incredibly helpful and always on hand should you need advice or ideas of where to visit. It’s been an absolute pleasure staying here and the whole family really enjoyed it.

Just simply stunning!

We arrived as a party of 6 adults and 1 baby very late evening and were welcomed by little added extras such as slippers, shampoo/conditioner minis etc on the beds as well as packs of sweets and yogurts for our little one - so thoughtful. The villa was very clean and spacious, the pool cleaned twice during a one week stay. A welcome pack including all information regarding buses, taxis, things to do, places to eat, everything you need. The supermarket is located a 10/15 minute walk, left out of the villa, on your right hand side down a path and called Zafiri where you can also find a cafe which serves meals from 09:00 including a full english breakfast with a drink for 5 euros! Taxis to the waterpark (Waterworld) were 10 euro, to Nissi Beach 12-15 euro and Ayia Napa town 15-20 - the premium increases after 21:30. Kerri was extremely helpful from the moment we booked, including arranging our airport transfers, popping in to say hello and check how things were and coming to our rescue immediately when we locked ourselves out the villa! Highly recommended.

Everything we needed and more !!

Me and my family booked this villa as me and my wife was renewing our vows on the beach just down the road,on arrival there was bits for the kids after a long journey. The pictures don't do the villa justice it's very clean and beautiful. Kerri couldn't do enough for us she got my wife in touch with an hair dresser which she was very happy with,helped me book hotel for the night,helped me find a dentist,came and pumped the tyre up on 1 of the bikes for my boy the list is endless she was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Car is good to have there's a supermarket down road along with restaurant called zafira bar prices very reasonable we certainly will be returning and can't thank Kerri enough. Adam Sheffield X x

Fantastic family villa with a great owner who cares about her guests

Visited during October half term (so sorry Kerri for the delay in leaving this review) with our young son. Kerri the owner was fantastic with communications before, during and after our holiday, and went out of her way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. This lovely 3-bedroom villa is located in a quiet and relaxed residential area outside of Ayia Napa. Good beaches and major towns etc. are easily accessible by car. This modern villa is superb, very well furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need for a family holiday. The pool was a good size and our son was in there every day, even in the rain. The large balcony has sea views and is a perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening drink. We arrived pretty late, and it was a pleasure the villa all lit up and accessible to us. Kerri went above and beyond with her welcome packs (e.g. Halloween sweets for our little boy and other unexpected touches). Additionally thoughtful extras such as buckets and spades, inflatables and towels to use at the beach were really appreciated. The villa was all we expected and more. We highly recommend the villa and hope to use again in the future.

Perfect family holiday

We travelled as a family of 6 as regular to Cyprus but our first stay at this villa. Kerri was the perfect host, left us some lovely touches in the villa and some great recommendations of new places we could visit. The villa itself was beautiful, very private and had all the added extras you need to make the stay perfect. Pool was great, good size with plenty of sun loungers for us all. We had 2 outdoor seating areas which accommodated us all with ease. The interior of the villa has a very modern light and airy feel . We had 2 cars and the driveway accommodated them both with ease. Ayia Napa is just a short 10 min drive away. We all enjoyed our holiday, thanks Kerri for everything!!

We found the proerty to been extremely clean

we enjoyed our stay the Owner provided everything we needed because we had a young baby with us which was very helpful! we had a car so we were able to go to lots of restaurants & there is a beach bar very close which also provides good food! Paul & I would recommend the Villa to anyone. the Villa is situated quite close to all amenities.

A fabulous villa and a fabulous host.

Myself and my family have recently returned from an amazing stay here. I can not recommend this villa enough. The villa is immaculately clean and well decorated and has everything you could ever need. The location was ideal for us being a family with a young child, just a 10 minute drive from all the action and only 5 minutes away from some beautiful beaches. Kerri was an amazing host and made everything so easy from start to finish. She was on hand throughout our stay to answer any queries and gave us great advice on local beaches and restaurants. She left lovely little touches around the villa for our arrival and was extremely thoughtful. Thank you Kerri for making our stay in Cyprus so fabulous :)

Nice villa well furnished with a lot of space and all the comfort; Kerry was always present for any need and with good suggestions even we didn't have any problem and everithing was perfect. The location is very convenient, close to the motorway entance and very close to the most beautiful beaches some of them reachable by foot and easyly by bike. For sure we will come back again to explore the beatifl place of this fantastic islannd.

Lovely modern villa

We had a great stay here everything you could want for in a villa and much more Spotless inside and out and in a good location and easy to access/find We will be returning next year Met the owner also a very lovely , helpful lady

Beautiful sea views, very easy to find on arrival, 30-40 minutes drive from the Larnaca airport, spacious inside and out, plenty toys
& inflatables for young children, minutes drive from all beaches, shops, banks, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop just outside, adult bikes for use and a perfect host at hand !!
