Super ist der einzige Weg, 'Sea Zen', das neue Haus befindet sich neben Rosemary Beach und nur 150 Meter zum Strand zu beschreiben. Nach einem Tag am Strand in Ihrem eigenen 18 x 36 beheizten Pool in tropischer Vegetation entspannen. Lassen Sie die Kinder, während Sie grillen Abendessen neben dem eigenen Pool schwimmen.

Jeder kann in den sechs große Schlafzimmer verteilt, fünf Bäder, plus eine Höhle mit einem Schlafsofa, wo die Kinder in ihren eigenen Raum aufhalten kann. Es gibt Flachbild-TV in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer, bietet das Gourmet-Küche ein Viking Gasherd mit viel Ablagefläche.

Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer König. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Doppelschlafsofa. Unser Schlafraum verfügt über vier Etagenbetten schlafen 8 Personen und ein Schlafsofa, gibt es auch ein Queen-Schlafsofa in der ersten Etage Kindermedienraum.

Jeder kann eine Mahlzeit zusammen mit einem großen 10 Fuß Esstisch für 12, sowie eine große Theke für 6 genießen. Sie werden den offenen Grundriss im Obergeschoss mit 2 offenen Wohnzimmern, Küche und Esszimmer genießen, die einen weiten Blick auf den Golf bieten.

Great Location with Lots of Space

We had a great time during our stay. The house is in the best location in 30A with easy walking to both the beach and Rosemary Beach town area. We felt extremely safe and were able to relax the whole time. The pool was heated which made it perfect for a spring getaway. The house is also huge so we also had more room than we even thought we would need. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

What a house!

This house is totally amazing! It was important to us to all 14 be able to be comfortable and spread out in a main room. This room was that and so much more with the open kitchen and huge breakfast room all in an open feel with the main room. The backyard was spectacular. We will definitely come back to this house. Ross was great in communication to us and took very good care of us

Best in class

My Dallas family has been renting homes in Rosemary over the 4th for 13 years. This was our first time in Inlet Beach. This home exceeded expectations. 1). Room size and layout perfect for 13, 2 years old to 64. 2). Big pool in backyard (Rosemary pools much smaller), 3). Proximity to beach. 4). Extremely well appointed --- from big things like golf carts (yes, you can use them in Inlet Beach), to little things like kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, to games for kids to sand buckets, shovels, surf boards, umbrellas & carrying carts --- this house has literally everything inside to support a family vacation with a big family. Ross is a local landlord, and it shows in both the upkeep of the house and the breadth of accoutrements that support a great beachouse experience. The only negative is the beach is public (unlike Rosemary which is guaranteed private reservations), but we found even the week of the 4th we were able to secure front row positions at the Wall Street beach location. Great beachouse for a memorable family vacation.

Fabulous wedding week!

The layout of this lovely beach home was perfect for our large family gathering for our son’s beach wedding. Lots of outdoor space to spread out, heated pool was amazing, cornhole was played by most of our group at various times during the week, books were read, two dishwashers was fantastic for our crowd, kitchen layout was great for serving and hanging out, and the bluetooth speaker system made for fun family dance evenings! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions leading up to our check-in date and even arranged for more parking space for our extra cars. Everyone went on and on about how great the house was, location was perfect for walking into Rosemary for ice cream or browsing the farmer’s market or dining and a short walk to the beach, as well. Location to our beach wedding site was also very close and everyone appreciated the convenience. Plenty of privacy for guests with large bedrooms and the cousins enjoyed the large bunk room, while also plenty of community space with multiple living spaces. Highly recommend and hope to return again!

Great place, close to the beach

This house was perfect for our two families (including 7 children). The location was great -- very close to the beach and also walkable to all the Rosemary attractions. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space and we all loved the pool and playing cornhole in the backyard. Ross was very communicative and great to work with. Amazing house!

Overall we really enjoyed staying here! We had 14 girls, and the house was more than enough in terms of size and beds. The kitchen and porches provided the best spots for hanging out. The beach was about a 5 minute walk which is very convenient for the area, where most houses are much farther from the beach. The pool was great too!

Property's location was ideal, adjacent to Rosemary Beach but offering a more private beach with close access. Home provided perfect space for our 15 family members. Property was not without some minor issues during our stay related to ice maker and golf cart which the owner responded to with local repair. Overall favorable stay.

Great family house

What I liked most about this house was how well equipped it was for a multi-generational family to enjoy! High chairs, baby gates, a wagon and golf cart to get the provided sand toys to the beach, a fantastic back yard with covered eating area and grill, outdoor shower, great pool and pool toys, corn hole game, and nice grass side yard. Lots of gathering areas inside for our big family, stocked with games and wonderful eating areas inside and on the balcony. The bunk room was amazing! Ross responded promptly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this home.

Well-equipped roomy house with pool!

Overall, the house was great. Lots of space, lots of cookware, plenty of tvs. The negatives were confusion over complimentary chairs and umbrella at beach. You have to sign up for even the complimentary ones well before your trip. I understood you just needed to reserve additional ones in advance. We never got that straightened out. There were no bikes which had been mentioned in the amenities and the house next door was under construction with attendant noise and workers’ vehicles everywhere. We also had rainy weather and no swimming all week. Luckily, this house has a lovely pool that the kids totally enjoyed. Once the neighbor’s construction is over, the house will be a great place to stay.

Great location and house!

Our large extended family stayed here for the second time and really enjoyed! There were even some updates and improvements. We love the size of the house and the bunk room for all of the kids as well as the multiple ocean views and easy walk to the beach. Rented the golf cart to help get people to and from the beach or to town center of Rosemary; although you can’t actually park, it is still very helpful. Great stay again! Thank you!
