This home is located in old Pensacola, minutes from downtown, the bayou, beach bridge and many neighborhood parks including a large BAY PARK with walking paths, play and exercise stations, boat landings, paddle boarding and tennis courts. The bay park is a great place to picnic and enjoy the views and bay breeze. East Hill neighborhood is a quaint and quiet area, where many families and seniors have lived for generations. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this home is for you. Available year round, you can enjoy this charming home with private driveway, central air and heat and washer and dryer.

Get away from it all and take some time for yourself in this two-bedroom, one bath home with a full kitchen, living room and lower living space. With two separate living rooms, guests can utilize for more sleeping space or work and private nooks.

Our family had a great experience here. The house and neighborhood were as advertised, very charming, and the neighborhood was very quiet in the evenings. The location is a short distance from dining, downtown and beaches. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

The house was a nice little place in a nice neighborhood. I recommend replacing the driveway before someone damages a vehicle or someone trips. There is a nasty hole in the driveway and lots of cracks and uneven places. The toilet wobbled. I put some cardboard under the front part to keep it from moving.

Love love love!

We had such an amazing time staying at this cute house! It is a GREAT location to the beach, to the airport, and to a grocery store! Every detail of the house makes it feel so homey! The kitchen is fully stocked, including a crockpot and lots of other kitchenware that makes cooking a breeze. Great air circulation throughout the home and great shower pressure! We would stay here again if we ever came back to Pensacola!

Great location to all areas in Pensacola! Super clean home, well stocked kitchen, game closet, and two sitting areas. The living room has great book selections and a variety of music selections for enjoying. Off of the kitchen is another room for watching TV or playing games. Laundry room included! Nice house and great location!

Everything as described in the description is on point. For our family of 3, the house was great. Lots of room, beds were comfortable. Only one bathroom, but no biggie. Location is great as you are close to the beach, restaurants, etc. Don’t hesitate to stay here if planning a journey to Pensacola!

Highly Recommend

Great neighborhood, close to beach access, grocery and great places to eat. Charming house with vintage decoration flair. AC & ceiling fans made it cool and comfortable. Fabulous water pressure for great showers after a day at the beach. Beds- comfortable enough for a week away from home. I missed my recliner for evening video watching, what can I say? Everything was clean and neat, kitchen fully stocked for cooking fresh catch- Grouper filet from Maria's Seafood market- turned out excellent. Without a doubt, I would stay here again - We love P'cola!

Located in a historic and friendly neighborhood. Close to neighborhood parks, small and large, tennis courts, bayou, beaches, downtown shopping, museums, spas and unique restaurants. Original hardwood floors, plaster walls and ceiling. No pets allowed.
