Diese charmante 4-Schlafzimmer, 3-Badezimmer Wohnung bietet Platz für 11 und verfügt über zwei Master-Suiten, eine mit einem Kingsize-Bett. Die modernisierte Küche verfügt über Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl. Private Wäschemöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der Komplex bietet einen gemeinsamen Whirlpool und in der Nähe befindet sich eine Shuttlebushaltestelle.

Der Eingangsbereich bietet eine bequeme Sitzbank, auf der Sie den ganzen Tag über kommen und gehen können. Der geräumige Wohnbereich verfügt über große Fenster mit Blick auf die Bäume und viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Es gibt einen Flachbildfernseher über einem Gaskamin und einen Spieltisch an der Seite. Der private Balkon grenzt an den Wohnbereich und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Bäume, besonders im Herbst mit den wechselnden Farben. Nutzen Sie den Gasgrill für zusätzliche Kochmöglichkeiten.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit allem notwendigen Kochgeschirr und Geschirr ausgestattet, um eine Mahlzeit für unterwegs zuzubereiten. Sie verfügt über Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl. Der Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen mit zwei zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen an der Frühstücksbar. Das erste der beiden Badezimmer befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnbereich und verfügt über ein Einzelwaschbecken sowie eine Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne. Alle Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und einer Erstausstattung an Pflegeprodukten ausgestattet. In der Nähe des Eingangs befindet sich ein Kleiderschrank mit einer eigenen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Waschmittel wird bereitgestellt.

Es gibt zwei Master-Suiten im Obergeschoss. Das erste Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit elfenbeinweißer Bettwäsche, einen Schlafsessel mit zwei Einzelbetten und einen Flachbild-TV. Das eigene Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine Dusch- / Wannenkombination mit Düsen. Das zweite Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit elfenbeinweißer Bettwäsche und einen montierten Flachbild-TV. Das eigene Bad verfügt über zwei Waschbecken und eine Dusch- / Wannenkombination mit Düsen.

Es gibt zwei Gästezimmer auf der Hauptebene. Das erste Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und elfenbeinfarbener weißer Bettwäsche sowie ein Doppelrollbett. Es gibt auch einen montierten Flachbildfernseher. Das zweite Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit elfenbeinweißer Bettwäsche und einen montierten Flachbild-TV.

Der Eigentümer stellt Familien, die sie benötigen, ein Kinderspielzeug, einen Hochstuhl und eine Kleinkindermatratze zur Verfügung. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Skiraum. Die Haltestelle des Resort-Shuttles befindet sich direkt vor dem Ferienhaus in der Nähe des Haupteingangs des Komplexes.

I stayed here just the other day and there was a list of terrible things that happened over the corse of the stay. when we got there we tried to get the tv to work and when we called maintenance they said that it would be fixed ASAP and at the latest the next day at noon and he made us aware that one of the bathrooms was unable to be used and the WIFI didnt work. the next day when we came back from a full day of skiing we were all looking forward to watch the hockey game but the TV was still not fixed when i called maintenance again they said they had no idea what i was talking about and said they were sorry so they sent a person with a Roku but no remote to work it. right after this there was a gas leak and we had to leave the VRBO until it was fixed. i have been trying to contact the

Property was NOT maintained and the customer service was horrible

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were NOT in good shape. The lower level bathroom shower handle was loose. The first night as the hot water was turned, on the handle came completely off as the hot water continued to run. With no tools to be found anywhere, we called the maintenance number provided and got no answer. We were finally able to get the water turned off with a can opener but then was out of hot water for the evening and unable to use the shower for the rest of our stay. Also a burner knob on the stove didn’t work, the tv’s didn’t work, and the refrigerator door would not close properly. When I spoke to the reservationist as we were checking out she said she could not compensate us for any of the issues. She also said that the maintainence and house keeping phone numbers do not work! We feel we should be compensated for these issues immediately.

Unsatisfactory Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented two units (8761 and 8773) for a family ski vacation. Unit 8773 was very nice however Unit 8761 was the worst rental experience I have ever had. Unit 8761 was not in proper condition to be rented.The problems:1. Upon check in the shower control handle in the downstairs bathroom just spun and failed to turn on the water. It was reported and was repaired the next day after 4:oo p.m. No showers in that bathroom the first night or next morning. I would have thought the cleaning team would have discovered the problem when they cleaned the tub.2. No heat in the bottom floor bedrooms. Reported and fixed.3. No internet service. Reported but not repaired during entire stay. Xfinity technician visited and said service was disconnected due to bill not being paid. Two of my guests required to maintain contact with their companies had to go to Unit 8773 to access the internet.4. No tv service. Reported and not repaired during the duration of the rental.5. Keys to the ski locker were the wrong keys and wouldn't open the ski locker. Reported and a representative from the rental agency came, tried the keys and confirmed they didn't fit the lock. Representative left with the keys and never returned. Ski locker remained not available.6. Dishwasher didn't work correctly. Reported and not corrected.7.Refrigerator door didn't close properly. Reported and not corrected.8. Two burner control knobs on the gas range would just spin and not control the burners.9. Very low wattage bulbs were used throughout the unit resulting in dim and dreary lighting and making reading difficult. By contrast the lighting in Unit 8773 was bright and excellent.

Extended Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room for hanging out together to talk or play games, while also enough room to just relax. The property came with everything we needed to cook meals. It's a short drive (with an hour) of everything we wanted to do (hiking, white water rafting, gondola rides, etc...) It was clean and the communication with the property manager was fantastic. I highly recommend!

Perfect stay for our Keystone ski trip

We had a great stay at this lovely home! The location was perfect: just steps away from the free Keystone shuttle stop, 5 min drive to Keystone, nearby small shops and restaurants, 15 mins from larger nearby town of Dillon with more restaurant options. It was well maintained, clean, well stocked, more than enough room for our group of 6 (could easily fit more comfortably), and really had no complaints. Great communication with the hosting company (felt more corporate than your typical VRBO host), with a nice detailed digital guestbook. We did not have a chance to checkout the hot tub or other amenities.

Beautiful dwelling in flowers and mountains

I loved this place and would go back again. The pool was excellent, but I didn't realize unitl after check in that it was a mile away. However it was good. There are high voltage powerlines nearby which is less ideal in my opinion, but we were not right under them. Well stocked kitchen with utensils/appliances. A cutting board was missing and they replaced it the next day. Good place to revisit and beautiful location. Lovely brook running through back of property

Great Spot Tucked Away in Keystone

We loved this condo! It's right next to a river in a remote location. We hiked around a lot. The condo itself is great - clean, everything working, great layout, lots of room for our group. The pool area is really nice, but you have to drive there. One thing that is a bummer is the 4:30pm check-in time with the 10am check-out time. I wish check-in was a little earlier or check-out was a little later.

Condo in Keystone Co

This was a great condo for our family at Keystone Colorado. We were located very close to the gondola for skiing so the location was great. Also close to restaurants. It was just like it was pictured love the fact that it had four bedrooms it was well equipped with everything you would ever need in the kitchen. The only thing that was negative in my opinion was to check in and check out time. I feel like it should be more like a hotel check in at three check out at 11 or 12. We did check out late but had to pay $10 for each bedroom for one extra hour. No one wants to get up at the crack of dawn, and start packing and leaving without even being able to sit around for a cup of coffee. Some thing I know it’s difficult because of the cleaning but I think you just need to think about it and hire more cleaners.Thank You. It was excellent.

Family vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 10 people in our group my wife and I stayed in the guest bedroom which was very nice. Our two kids and their family stayed in the two master bedrooms and they guestroom with bunkbeds. One of the master bedrooms is very much in need of a new mattress. All other beds were acceptable and everything was clean. The wash machine did not have a dial on it to where you could not tell what cycle it was in. We did turn it in and they were going to order a new dial. We like to cook when we’re on vacation and felt like this kitchen was very small for the 10 of us. Very nice location quiet and enjoyable. Several games were supplied in the unit which was very nice.

Cozy, comfortable, and convenient.

Quiet location conveniently located near the Keystone Village. Fantastically stocked kitchen and lots of board games and televisions. Beds were super comfy with high quality sheets and bedding. The friends we invited to join us complimented us on our choice of rental.

Excellent Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for a 4-day visit to Keystone for skiing. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all cooking appliances. I will definitely consider staying here again.
