Master-Bad verfügt über Kingsize-Bett, Schlafzimmer 2 Queen-Bett, Schlafzimmer 3 zwei Einzelbetten, und das Wohnzimmer hat Schlafsofa. Ideal für Familien aller Altersgruppen und rollstuhlgerecht mit nur einem kleinen Schritt in die Dusche! Die Morgensonne wäscht sich über die 30 Fuß breite Terrasse, um jeden Tag zu beginnen. Wohnzimmer und Meister öffnen sich beide auf diese Terrasse. Das Zimmer mit Queensize-Bett öffnet sich zu einer weiteren kleineren Terrasse, auf der Sie morgens Kaffee oder abends Getränke genießen können. Das Gerät ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett mit allem ausgestattet, um Ihren Urlaub sorgenfrei zu machen. Machen Sie auf Ihrem Weg zum Ozean einen Spaziergang durch den brandneuen Zero-Entry-Pool. Gemeinschaft bietet auch einen beheizten Pool und üppigen Landschaftsbau. Sie haben einen kurzen Spaziergang von 2 Minuten zu einem der beiden Pools und eine Minute mehr zum Sand. Der Pavillon mit Blick auf den Hauptpool und das Meer bietet großartige Fotomöglichkeiten. Great location

Loved the comfort of the new mattresses , pull out bed in living room and loved the patios . The house has lots of items you can use while your there which is really nice. The neighbors were all nice and we all enjoyed our vacation very much. The host are wonderful.

St. Augustine

First time in St. Augustine and had a great stay at the property. Condo was clean and has everything that we need. The complex has 2 heated pools and direct beach access, and is only 10 minutes away from the historic downtown. Owners were great and very accommodating, and communication was flawless. They even took the time to write us a welcome note. We will definitely come back.

Relaxing

What a wonderful relaxing place. We enjoyed this condo with our daughter, SIL and grands. We celebrated a “belated” Christmas and New Year’s with our family. The owners had a Christmas tree which assisted with the whole Christmas atmosphere. The rooms and condo were spacious. Having direct beach access was wonderful not to mention the amazing supply of beach toys and chairs for our use. The heated pool was very nice as well. The patio area was very nice to sit and watch kids play. Our dogs enjoyed the patio area as well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were so easy to get in touch with. This condo is quite convenient to downtown St Augustine and local restaurants. You won’t be disappointed!!

Wonderful experience

The unit was immaculate and the kitchen was very well equipped. It was a short walk to the beach, which was quiet and clean. Everybody enjoyed the heated pool! Beds were already made, ready to climb in! We slept blissfully! Towels were fluffy and there were extras availble by the washer and dryer. Highly recommend this rental!

Great Stay!

The condo was everthing we needed for a wonderful family Thanksgiving. The complex was awesome, even got to swim in the nicely heated pool in the cooler weather. Can't say enough about the beautiful beach and views. Hope to return some day.

Outstanding Service!

This was the easiest stay at a VRBO ever. They gave me the information needed long before I was worried about it, called me in advance to check if I had any questions, and even offered us an earlier check in time since the house was ready. They made several visible upgrades to the home since I had booked it, making it a great deal. Fully stocked with spices, cooking supplies, and games you can EASILY stay just at the house and not go anywhere. But the home was an easy walk to see the sun rise over the ocean. It was a quick Uber to downtown to see the holiday lights. It was central to shopping, entertainment, and great food. The hosts were SO kind. The place is also spacious with lots of great outdoor space. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and communicative. I would definitely book here again.

Spectacular location. Walk to the ocean in minutes and then you have the pools. Spent the day in beautiful St.Augustine which we all lived. Great location.

Beautiful Setting and Location

This unit was all that it was advertised, clean and comfortable. Just blocks away from grocery, restaurants and services and yet quiet and pool and beach oriented.Best part was our communication with the owner which really became important as hurricane Milton bore down on us. We will be returning for sure.

Second Stay For Us

Our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first. We appreciate the unit is on the ground floor and really enjoy sitting on the patio having a meal or snack. The gas grill is a plus! The unit is roomy and clean. The hosts have furnished it comfortably. The kitchen has most any dish or tool you need for preparing a meal. The complex is in a nice location, close to several restaurants and stores. We find it as an ideal location when we visit St. Augustine.

Great Experience

We loved our stay at St. Augustine! The condo was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The owners are highly responsive and were kind enough to set up a baby gate for us on the patio and provide a pack n play. Perfect condo and condo community for families!

Excellent Stay

This property & its owners were a dream. We had multiple generations from 3 states to enjoy our daughter’s graduation from UF. The pre-stay communication was helpful & informative. The condo was clean, organized, welcoming & in the perfect location. The kitchen was probably better equipped than most people’s homes. We had a minor maintenance issue & it was taken care of immediately and efficiently. The only regret we had was not knowing about this location when she started at UF 4 years ago!! Cannot recommend enough!! Thank you!!

Great location, kind hosts!

We LOVED our stay here. It was super clean, close to the beach and pool, and really comfortable. The hosts were the nicest we have ever dealt with - they have thought of everything. I would definitely recommend!!
