Wir bieten unseren Gästen eine komplett renovierte Luxusvilla mit einem modernen Grundriss, der eine Gourmetküche, einen Wohnbereich mit neuen Möbeln und einem 49-Zoll-4K-Smart-TV, kostenloses WLAN, Restaurants für sechs Gäste sowie eine King Master Suite und eine Guest Suite umfasst mit wunderschönen neuen Bädern und Smart-TVs! Es gibt einen schlüssellosen Zugang, sodass Sie keine Schlüssel mehr verlieren oder versuchen, den Überblick zu behalten!

Die hochmoderne Küche verfügt über wunderschöne Gaya-Quarzit-Arbeitsplatten. Möbel mit Glastürakzenten und anderen kundenspezifischen Merkmalen; Schamott Bauernhaus Waschbecken; Le Creuset und All-Clad Kochgeschirr; Insel mit Arbeitsplatte und Sitzgelegenheiten für zwei Personen; und Luxusgeräte, darunter ein 36-Zoll-Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfelbereiter; Kombination aus Backofen und Mikrowelle, Getränkekühler, getäfeltem Geschirrspüler sowie Frontlader-Waschmaschine und -Trockner.

Der Wohnbereich ist neu möbliert und der neue 49-Zoll-Smart-TV verfügt über einen DVR. Es öffnet sich zu einem Balkon, dessen neue barhohe Möbel sorgfältig ausgewählt wurden, um den Blick auf den Innenhof, das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang zu verbessern. Der Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs.

Die Master Suite öffnet sich auch auf diesen Balkon. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 40-Zoll-Smart-TV, ein luxuriöses Bad mit großer Dusche, eine Gaya-Quarzit-Arbeitsplatte und einen großen Kleiderschrank.

Die Gästesuite verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten, einen 40-Zoll-Smart-TV und eine Sitzecke. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Gaya-Quarzit-Arbeitsplatte, einer Badewanne und einer Dusche ausgestattet. Dieses Schlafzimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon, ebenfalls mit atemberaubender Aussicht und hochwertigen Möbeln in Barhöhe, um die Aussicht zu genießen.

Das Palmetto-Light-By-The-Sea wurde nach dem Sonnenlicht benannt, das den ganzen Tag über in unsere Villa strömt, und auch nach dem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang von unseren Balkonen. I loved this updated condo with its stunning views. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The updated pool and hot tub were gorgeous and you can’t beat the location. I would stay here again in a minute!

Nice stay and condo

This was our second stay at this property fantastic! The only issues were the panel on the freezer was off propped up against the entry wall. when we arrived- we let maintenance know. In addition, the garbage disposal did not work. Otherwise it was a nice condo!

Beautiful Place!

We are a family of 4 with two teen daughters and this condo was the perfect size and layout. We all really enjoyed our stay. Condo was exactly as pictured and very clean & comfortable. Jan has thought of everything and was a great host. I would not hesitate to stay stay here again.

Family Vacation

Overall we were really happy with our stay. The kitchen was amazing the bathrooms were well updated and the view was great! The place was a little dirty but in minor ways. The couch had goldfish scattered under it and there were hair ties left from a previous guest on one of the decorations. Like I said minor things that overall didn’t effect our stay but definitely things we noticed. The buildings elevator also went out 3 times during our visit and being on the top floor was nice but walking up those steps while pregnant with a toddler was rough.

Great location and updated kitchen

Gave only a 4 due to the bathroom showers not working properly and the drain from them are very slow leaving you standing in a lot of water each time you shower. Bedding could use an upgrade as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Current coffee maker leaves coffee grounds in the pot and it's hard to make everyone kind of coffee they want with one big pot. Quiet building, loved the top floor and access to everything. Kitchen is great. Would stay again.

Wonderful Time In Hilton Head Island

We had a great time during our golfing trip to Hilton Head Island. It all started with the response to my first email to Jan, the owner. She is very responsive, very helpful and was a real pleasure to work with the entire time. The welcome package she provided before our trip was very detailed and provided us everything we needed to know about the villa and our visit. The villa is very nice, the kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances. Everything in the villa is new. There is a view of the ocean, and the beach is just a few steps away. There are lots of great restaurants and golf courses near the centrally located villa.

Everything we expected and more!

We spent a month at this lovely condo. What a wonderful space. We like to cook and have often been disappointed with minimalist VRBO kitchens. Not here. Jan has so thoughtfully stocked her kitchen with quality tools. Wonderful terraces where we enjoyed the sunsets; steps from the beach with a water view and an onsite gym are the exterior elements appreciated every day. Oh - and the grounds are impeccably cared for with sprinklers, lovely hedges and walkways. The condo has been fully and tastefully renovated; the bathrooms and closets are large with double sinks and a walk-in shower in the master. It's delightful to find a place that is renovated with care and great decorating style. You won't be disappointed with this condo. We rebooked for the following year at the end of our stay! The owners are very responsive and do their utmost to make your stay enjoyable.

We have been visiting HHI for over 25 years and have stayed in Palmetto Dunes and Villamare numerous times. Palmetto Dunes' location in the middle of the island with easy access to the new Shelter Cover Town Centre is really convenient. Villamare's pool area is one of the better on the island and you can easily walk to several restaurants as well as the General Store, the Fazio golf clubhouse, and tennis/pickleball courts. Working with Jan McK is a great experience. Very responsive and pleasant with full attention to detail. The unit is completely up to date with beautiful themed decor and furnishings. As nice as they are, the photos on here do not do it justice. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. Everything was very clean and in good order. We were able to relax in quiet surroundings , take in the top floor views, and enjoy every moment. In summary, we love it so much we have already booked the unit for a longer stay this fall.

Beautiful condo -very attentive owners

Our family of 4, just enjoyed a week in this fabulous condo. The kitchen and bathrooms are fantastic and there is every kitchen tool, you will ever need. Both bathrooms are fantastic and I love the decor, very coastal, calm and relaxing. All the cabinets, appliances, finishes are top notch and work great. The washer & dryer are great This unit is the top floor (5th) of one of the Villa Mar buildings, it is set back from the ocean, you can see a sliver of the ocean and hear it when you are in bed at night and all is quiet, but if you want a direct ocean view this is not it- try a closer building. It was enough for us. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint about the condo is that there is not "black out" blinds in the bedrooms. I did not think it was going to be a big problem, but the entire property is lite up at night as well, so it was difficult for me to fall asleep and then the sun rises right into the bedroom. I am normally a good sleeper, it was just too light. My teenage daughter has the same problem as me, and we were both up with the sunrise. The building lighting is fairly bright out the windows at night, but I think when the turtle season starts they will have to turn off some of the exterior building lights, which might help. As far as things you will need when you stay at the condo, there is nothing in the kitchen but a small bottle of dish soap and salt & pepper and nothing in the bathrooms but 1 extra roll of toilet paper and a few bars of soap. So bring a few dishwasher tablets, a roll of paper towels, kleenex, laundry detergent, a few rolls of tp and a few kitchen garbage bags. Also make sure to bring your shampoo. And we arrived late, so thank goodness I had packed coffee for the morning. Kroger is across from Palmetto Dunes. The grounds are very pretty with nice ponds, lots of turtles and pretty landscaping, parking is right under the building and there is 1 elevator per building. The outdoor pool area is nice - large pool & hot tub & kiddie pool, since it was pretty cold when we were there, there were lots of small kids in the hot tub, unsupervised. There is an indoor pool, hot tub and a small exercise room, we did use it- but the entire building closed at 5pm, which we thought was pretty early. This condo is pretty close to Palmetto Dunes tennis courts and you can book tennis courts up to 1 day in advance- an hour of tennis a day was included with our stay, which was great.

Not as advertised

The renovation was some time ago as furniture very worn. Beds extremely firm which we do not like and sheets were pilled so badly they felt like sandpaper. Kitchen had no tablespoons and everything marked, with most dishes marked as not microwave safe. It was nice to have beach chairs provided but bring everything else as very limited supply provided of dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. Disappointed in this property but love villa mare area.

Family Vacation

Great location, close to the beach, clean and safe, super fun. Only hiccup was during arrival and we were given the wrong, code but the property manager/maintenance guy had a new code to us in about 30 min +/-. We had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us, and they loved the layout of the condo and had their own balcony and large room with two beds and bathroom. Kids loved the hot tubs and pools (all be it cold). Would come back in a heart beat, 5-10 min drive to other locations on the island

Fall Break Getaway

Property was very nice, however, renovation was 6 years ago. Refrigerator door would not close properly. Difficulty with dryer not drying . Failed to dry after maintenance call. Bedroom sizes and bathroom sizes were spacious. Very clean. Nice bedding and furnishings. Wish the unit were direct oceanfront.

OVerall a very clean place and good place to stay. Only issues were very poor water pressure in showers and the rental listing stating tennis was included and then finding out it was not. Rental office fixed this but not without some conflict. Would stay again

Great location!

Overall this place was awesome! Great location and great condo! Our only complaint was black mold in the shower and the elevator only worked 2 of the 7 days, and we were on the 5th floor! It was fine for us, but there were older people struggling with the stairs. Also, another occupant put horseshoe crabs in the hallway and it smelled horrible for 2 days. I called and it was eventually cleaned up. The location was great, beaches were perfect and overall we had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Beautiful Condo

We had such a wonderful time here and highly recommend! Spacious and beautiful condo with comfortable beds and 2 outdoor patios. Property was clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Beautiful pool area with direct access to the beach and nearby hotels, restaurants, bike trails & shops. Loved the indoor pool option with the kids. Kids also enjoyed checking out all the turtles on the property. Full Disclosure - 1 shower was not working on arrival but owner fixed within 24 hrs. Showers could be a little cleaner and a few essentials would have been helpful so we didn't have to buy and waste extras (i.e. trash bags, dishwasher soap, beach towels). Elevator in this building is slow but we didn't mind the stairs.

Excellent beach view family property

The location of this condo was amazing. Very quiet and family friendly. It is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly renovated. The walk to the beach is a bit far, however the pool the condo itself and the surrounding area make up for that. We felt safe and communication with the property manager was excellent. We had one problem with the Internet and it was fixed by the next morning. We would 100% stay here again.
