Nach einer GESAMT-Renovierung, die mit viel Enthusiasmus und Liebe durchgeführt wurde, freuen wir uns, Ihnen diesen wunderschönen Ort für den Genuss Ihrer Tage in Barcelona anbieten zu können.
Völlig NEUE Wohnung (Januar 2015) von 105m2, mit 4 tollen Doppelzimmern und zwei fantastischen Badezimmern.
Ein großes Wohnzimmer von 25 m2 öffnet sich dank eines herrlichen Fensters auf eine kleine Terrasse von 6m2. Auf der Terrasse erlauben Stühle und Tisch Ihren Genuss, vor allem von April bis September spenden die Nachmittagssonnen es komplett zu baden. Von der 8. Etage der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Panoramablick auf die gesamte Avda. Paral Ich sehe die Statue von Colon und sogar einige Ecken des Meeres.

Der große quadratische Esstisch macht die Mahlzeiten zu einem großartigen Treffpunkt für bis zu 8 Personen.

Die 4 Zimmer liegen nach außen und verfügen über großzügige und sehr helle Fenster. Alle mit freiem Blick, einige sogar mit herrlichem Blick auf den MNAC-Palast von Montjuic.

Die Wohnung wurde mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Schall- und Wärmedämmung renoviert, die es uns ermöglicht, in der achten Etage eine perfekte Stille zu gewährleisten. Der typische Verkehrslärm, den die Böden der großen Alleen wie der Paral nicht zu befürchten haben. lel. Süße Träume garantiert !! hehe ..

Zwei der Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten von 160mx200m, dank der perfekten Vereinigung von 2 Einzelbetten von 80x200. Bei Bedarf können sie als Einzelbetten vorbereitet werden. Wenn nicht, werden sie als Doppelbetten zubereitet, die durch einen hochwertigen Matratzenüberzug verbunden sind und die Festigkeit übertreffen.
Diese 2 Schlafzimmer sind größer als die anderen beiden und verfügen über einen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl.
Die anderen 2 Schlafzimmer haben ein Doppelbett von 150x200.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 5 "Klimaanlage / Wärmepumpe" Geräte. Eine in jedem Raum und eine größere im Esszimmer. Alles für den unabhängigen Gebrauch. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Wärmedämmung und des guten Luftstroms ist die Verwendung von AA in den meisten Fällen nicht erforderlich. Nach Geschmack.

Die Wohnung wird als behindertengerecht angeboten (nur schmale Reisestühle), da das Gebäude es zulässt und wir bei der Renovierung der Wohnung darauf geachtet haben.

Bitte beachten Sie: Bei Anreise von 20:00 bis 23:00 Uhr wird ein Aufpreis von 25,00 € berechnet. Wenn Sie nach 23:00 Uhr anreisen, wird dieser Betrag auf 40 € erhöht. Diese Gebühr ist nicht im unten angegebenen Preis enthalten.

Um die Buchung zu bestätigen, gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:

A- 35% im Voraus Per Paypal / Überweisung / SOFORTZAHLUNG. Und der Restbetrag per Barzahlung beim Check-in oder Paypal in voller Höhe (die meisten Benutzer können den "Friends-Modus" verwenden, um Transaktionsgebühren zu sparen).

Wohnung top - Ausstattung und Lage

Übernahme der Wohnung verlief reibungslos. Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Gute Ausstattung - ruhig, trotz vielbefahrene Straße - sauber - gute Betten. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Etwas schwierig - der Aufzug im Haus konnte nur von max. 2 Personen (aus Altersgründen) genutzt werden.

Addition to my review - great apartment!

Great apartment! The apartment is right in the center of one of the vibrant cities in Europe and it is really a pleasure to live there The apartment offers four approximately equal size bedrooms. In each of those one person or a couple can sleep. It is also suitable for families with children. The lounge is equipped with a kitchen, dining room and living room. The distribution of this apartment is well done. We had four of us and always enough withdrawal option. A big plus of this apartment are the 2 baths. One with double sinks, toilet and bath and the other with a sink, shower and toilet. The property has a fast Internet connection, a balcony and a washing machine with a small possibility for hanging the laundry. The kitchen is newly furnished and has everything for your needs. Fridge, freezer, oven and hob, sink unit and coffee machine. Shops and bakeries, cafes and bars are just a minute away. The apartment is not a idyllic location on the basis of the position, on a main road - but it does offer the best opportunities to gain an insight into the life of the city of Barcelona. The homeowner Victor is a really nice and helpful guy - he also speaks perfect English. Communication should not be a problem. So it's all ready for a nice city break in Barcelona!

Goed appartement, geweldige ligging

Indeling woning is prima. Goede isolatie maar veel lawaai als je raam open zet of op balkon zit. Alles is aanwezig maar wel een aantal kleine onderhouds dingetjes. De ligging is ideaal, op loopafstand van La Rambla en geweldige restaurantjes om de hoek. Ivm met werkzaamheden hadden we een ochtend geen water, hier waren we niet over geïnformeerd.

Perfect Homebase for Barcelona

We had an excellent stay here. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen ready for use with all cooking/serve ware. We did alot in the 8 days we were there. Close to many metro stops for our trips to Montserrat and Girona. We walked everywhere else. The neighborhood is lovely. Grocery right below on Paral-lel. Many restaurants. We loved it here and Barcelona in general. Highly recommend.

Great Place and location

Beautiful, Functional house. Perfect for Families!

Great location and very efficient use of space here. The space feels much bigger than it actually is. Lot's of updated features. Beautiful views from the balcony and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Easy access to buses and metro. Our all-ages family of seven loved our stay here! Highly Recommend!

Nice apartment in great neighborhood.

Very nice place in a very convenient spot. Cafes, grocery, produce, etc all on the block. Restaurant row in the alley behind. Metro station close by. Wonderful.

Great spot in Barcelona

We fit seven people very comfortably in the apartment. It was clean, well stocked, and in very good condition. Our arrival and departure went smoothly. It was in a great neighborhood with good restaurants, food shopping, metro nearby, easy to catch a cab, and within walking distance of many fun places. We were very satisfied.

Great Location

This place has a great location. Grocery store and plenty of restaurants within a block's reach. A quick walk to two different subway stations, and 15 minute walk to Las Ramblas or Catalunya Plaza. The four bedrooms are decent sized with storage, and the outdoor patio is a bonus! I will definately go back here when I return to Barcelona!

Darling apartment, conveinently located in Barcelona

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 95 Av. Parallel! The apartment was clean, well maintained and the perfect location for our visit to Barcelona. The metro was 2 blocks away, a grocery store was right down stairs, great restaurants nearby and Las Ramblas and the Barri Gotic area were an easy walking distance from the apartment. We loved enjoying the terrace for morning coffee and evening relaxation. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona.

Fantastic first time visit to Barcelona!

This was a wonderful apartment. It's new, clean and bright and it held our two families of 7 (4 adults and 3 teenage girls) comfortably. Victor and Flor were very helpful and accommodating when half our party arrived earlier in the day. The state of the art windows keep the apartment very quiet at night and the beds are comfortable. There is great access to the subway from the apartment; we used it to get around everywhere. Blai street just 2 blocks away is a great place to people watch, find tasty tapas and tip back a Damm lemon beer or two. The grocery store next door was also handy and the food at the Chinese restaurant across the street was surprisingly quite good. All in all a terrific apartment and location. We would recommend this apartment to friends and would not hesitate to return.

Fantastic apartment!

We couldn't have been happier in this clean, well appointed, conveniently located apartment in Barcelona. Flor greeted us at the apartment and made sure all of our questions were answered. She even left us a bottle of wine, some bottled water, and ice cream bars for the kids! We loved how close it is to grocery stores, many pincho bars, and the Metro. We were able to walk or take the Metro to everything! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and air conditioning in every room was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the large dining table was perfect for our family of six. Great apartment and Flor and Victor were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great apartment in a central location

Ideal apartment on the 7th floor of a private block. Located on the Avenue del Parallel which is a road with loads of hustle bustle leading down to the port. Loads of restaurants within 500 metres many specialising in Pinchos which are like taster tapas. Spoilt for choice. There is also a large supermarket 10 meters away. The apartment is very tastefully appointed and very clean. Good view from the balcony albeit a bit noisy due to the road. Although with the windows closed, you can't here any road noise. Flor was there to meet us and explain everything about the flat. She also gave us some good tips to where to eat. The apartment was very handy in getting to the Ramblas & old town, only an interesting 15 minute walk All in all we loved it.

Great apartment, great location!

Our family of 5 plus a brother-in-law rented this apartment for a full week last week. In terms of the apartment itself, it had all the amenities and everything is new, clean and in good working order. One great feature was that each section of the family got their own room, so there was a place for each person to go for some quiet time. We also loved the balcony and the large dining table where we played cards and ate breakfast. But the most fabulous thing was the location -- near to all the shpos you'll need and a robust but very pleasant walk to either the beach or the Rambla, yet not in the thick of the tourist crowds. We especially liked the fact that the apartment backs onto a mostly pedestrian street with great restaurants and is a few short blocks to the base of Montjuic. Just a great, great trip and Victor and Flor were wonderful to work with.

Great service and brilliant apartment

A family birthday, 3 generations, 7 adults. The apartment was perfect. Clean, bright and had everything you could need supplied. It also was very close to central...15/20 minutes walk, or cheap taxi. Suberb apartment for 8 guests

The vacation home was really a home! We didn"t miss anything.

Very nice apartment in very good place. We had three little children with us and we found children's playground near us. Shops and restaurants are close. And the pizzas in Italian restaurant which Victor recommeded were superb! We will definitely come back!

Great, modernized 4 bedroom apartment in a fantastic location

I cannot say enough great things about Victor and Flor, and the apartment. The apartment itself is a very nicely renovated 4 bedroom apartment in Poble Sec. There are all mod cons and higher end appliances, including A/C in each bedroom and the main sitting area. The location in Poble Sec gave us the best of several worlds. We had easy access to Las Rambas/Gothic Quarter and could easily get to the beaches, either walking or with the bus out front of the building. Being in a local's neighbourhood also gave us a feel for genuine BCN, and we loved trying out food in the local area. Victor prepared for us an extensive guide to eating and exploring locally and further away. He greeted us at the apartment with water, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine and helped me find weekly parking (the B:SM parkade was a few blocks to the north which cost €70 for the week with unlimited in/outs and use of 22 other parkades throughout BCN). I would stay here again (perfect for our family of 5: kids ages 10, 12, 14). Thank you Victor and Flor!

Positive experience

We met my son and his family at the apartment to spend time together. The apartment accommodated the 7 -(including three children)of us comfortably. It was clean and everything we needed to prepare food, showers, towels etc. were well thought through and provided. Victor and Flor followed through when we needed something and we were able to rent a wifi which was a godsend when in the town. Shopping was very accessible and there are groceries next to the building as well as down the block. It was a great experience and we left wanting to return to Barcelona to explore more. The neighborhood was good and transportation was close by. We are very satisfied and want to thank Home Away and Victor and Flor.

FANTASTIC!!

It was a great holidays at Brand new house

Everything was perfect. The appartment is very comfortable and cosy. I had a felling that I'm the first who live it. The kitchen has full equipment as at home. The owner is very helpfull. First day we were welcome with bottle of wine and strowberrys. He also remember about fresh milk, water and a coffee for the moning :) I spend a great holidays in the heart of Barcelona.

Wonderful tay at Barcelona

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. We were two families: 4 adults and 3 kids. And can say just great things about Victor's place. Everything is new and with nice decoration. Ikea is not here...thanks!! All rooms are nice and big, with really comfortable beds. Very quiet inside, not even traffic noise although it is located over the Paral.lel Avenue. Great sleep. Over all, as families, we enjoyed the nice common spaces like the square table and nice sofas in the living. But also the great kitchen that had all we needed. A good plus for the kids is the big bath. We enjoyed very much the area of Sant Antoni-Poble Sec! Central place, more than we though when we rented it. Just a short walk to Las Ramblas and to the seaport . And two blocks from subway. It is not crowd of tourist but plenty of tapa bars, terraces on the street, and nice feeling of local life. And near there are few great museums as Miro that we enjoyed a lot. When we needed any assistance, Victor was quick to respond and very helpful. We will certainly recommend this flat to any friends going to Barcelona, and hopefully we will get to use it again someday!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This place is really something. A big Brand new apartment, made with love and best wishes to be enjoyed for my guests.

And the area is great. Very special, interesting and vivid. Not in the middle of most touristic areas but only 5 minutes walking distance from Old Town and 10 minutes from Las Ramblas. It is located in 95 Av.Paral.lel, just 200 m from the subway "Paral.lel" (L3 and L2). And just in front of my house you can catch up to 3 different buses that takes you directly to the beach in less than 15 minutes. Isn't great?! jeje..

The area of Poble Sec-Sant Antoni is becoming the new popular area of the city for us the locals. And the Avenue of Paral.lel is consider the most cultural street of the city, home of many theaters, music halls and concerts halls.
Also, just 5 minutes from my place, the most important cheff of the world and his brother have set its resaurants. Yes, Ferran Adria and Albert Adria chose my neightbourg to set BCN 5.0, five great restaurants to show you how trendy is becoming this area. jejej..
