Willkommen am besten Strand am Shuswap Lake! Das 2100 Quadratmeter große Haus (4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder) und das über 1000 Quadratmeter große Deck bieten alle Annehmlichkeiten, die dieses Haus zum perfekten Urlaubsort machen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem Sandstrand mit Zugang zu einem privaten Dock und einer Boje. Beim Betreten bietet das raumhohe Glas einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf den Shuswap-See und die goldenen Sonnenuntergänge. Dieses neu renovierte Hauptgeschoss mit offenem Konzept bietet einen sehr komfortablen Wohnbereich mit einem an der Wand montierten Flachbild-TV und einem Holzkamin. Der Essbereich umfasst einen Erntetisch und ein speziell angefertigtes Buffet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, Insel, benutzerdefinierte Tannenarbeitsplatten, neue Edelstahlgeräte (Kühlschrank, Herd und Geschirrspüler). BBQ auf dem Deck für Ihren Einsatz! Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, viel Stauraum und ein eigenes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Es gibt nichts Spektakuläreres, als aufzuwachen und auf den See hinauszuschauen. Den Flur hinunter befindet sich das zweite Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche und zwei weiteren Schlafzimmern. Eines ist ein Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer und das andere ist mit einem Etagenbett (Doppelboden und Einzelboden) ausgestattet. Die neue Waschküche befindet sich ebenfalls in diesem Bereich und verfügt über eine neue Edelstahl-Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und eine praktische Wäschewanne. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauptraums fühlt es sich an wie in Ihrem eigenen separaten Quartier. Ein Schritt führt Sie zum zweiten Sitzbereich, der komplett mit einer ausziehbaren Queen-Size-Couch ausgestattet ist und zum 4. Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett führt. Dieser Bereich besteht auch aus einem 3. Badezimmer mit WC, Waschbecken und Dusche. Eine Tür trennt diesen Bereich vom Hauptraum für zusätzliche Privatsphäre. Wenn Sie mehr Spaß haben möchten, gehen Sie nach draußen auf das 300 m hohe Deck und speisen Sie am großen runden Esstisch im Freien (Platz für 10 Personen), genießen Sie ein Getränk im Wohnbereich im Freien oder machen Sie vielleicht ein Nickerchen in der Hängematte. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind ebenfalls vorhanden, um am Wasser zu sitzen .... Ein abgestufter Hang ermöglicht einen leichten Einstieg in den See. Genießen Sie die Feuerstelle am Strand, fahren Sie mit dem Kanu zum Paddeln oder ziehen Sie vielleicht die Paddelbretter oder Kajaks vor, spielen Sie Brettspiele vor dem Holzkamin im Inneren, fahren Sie mit einem unserer Fahrräder die hügelfreien Straßen entlang, lassen Sie Die Kinder spielen mit den Sandeimern und Fußbällen, spielen Crouqet, Badminton oder springen einfach vom privaten Steg. Es gibt so viel zu tun, dass du nie mehr gehen willst!

Really awesome stay

Really awesome home with everything you could need. Major plus is the fire pit right on the beach. The kayaks, canoe and SUP boards were really nice to use as well. Would love to book this home again but longer.

Family holiday

Beautiful house with a great set up for a family holiday. Bedrooms and bathrooms enough to sleep a crowd and the kictchen/DR/LR was big and opened and allowed for everyone to be in the middle of everything. VERY well sticked kitchen, which was very helpful for feeding a crowd.

Paradise at Scotch Creek!

What a wonderful stay we had! We were two families coming together and what a perfect space it was. The pictures do not do this place justice. It was much nicer than the pictures showed with modern leather furniture in living room. The place was very clean and well stocked which was so appreciative. The property manager was very responsive to a few minor issues we came across. We will definitely be back!

Women's Getaway at the lake

Our group of 7 women had a great time at the Lake House. As a group that loves water activities followed by great food, this place was perfect. We used the 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards daily, swam lots and made great use of the kitchen, which had a great selection of good cookware and knives. As it was post Labour Day, it was very quiet on the lake and in the community. We loved our week at the Lake House. Thank you.

Sockeye Salmon and warm October lakefront

This home was immaculate and felt like exactly what we needed for a brief family getaway to view the Adams River salmon run. Waking up to the sparkling water through the giant picture windows all through the home was amazing. With the nicest sandy beach on the lake and fantastic huge deck and fire spot out front, we enjoyed the beautiful warm fall weather to the fullest. The landscaping and attention to detail in decor was both inviting and a treat. We are a family of six, with preschool to teen aged kids, so the three bathrooms and large open floorplan and bedrooms were perfect. The host provided us with all the details for the home which made planning for our stay a breeze. The area is close enough to anything you might need and we would come back in a heartbeat to explore more.

Great house but you should expect to pay an extra charge to the property manager for checkout. Very dishonest practise when you are already paying a very high cleaning charge.

Ideal Shuswap Experience

Waited two years for our vacation at this rental and it was worth it. The house is beautiful and the separate bedroom/sitting area/bathroom off the kitchen was perfect for the young adults. The beds were so comfy. All the appliances were great too. Coffee machine rocked! Air conditioner in the kitchen kept the house cool, was amazing. Fans in the bedrooms were great! The back deck has plenty of relaxing seating, flat walk out to the beach and there’s also nice dock for the boat. Kayaks are in great shape. Didn’t use the paddle boards but it was nice to know they were there. Also used the bikes. 👍🏼 There is a user friendly path all the way to Scotch Creek grocery store. Neighbours were nice and we enjoyed meeting their dogs on the beach. Perfect location as the sun shines forever in the day, close to Copper Island, close to Shuswap marina for fill ups and Scotch Creek grocery/liquor store/pizza is 2 minutes away. We also went to the Scotch Creek Fun Centre for mini golf (bowling, arcade, pool there too) This home was a perfect rental and highly recommended.

We came for a girls get together and we had a lovely experience. The place looked exactly like the pictures. It is a great spot to keep everyone together. Although the rules were lengthy, those in charge were easy to contact and have everything running very smoothly. Great for a peaceful getway.

Outstanding

I booked this property in the early days of the pandemic. Occasionally, my kids would ask if were still going and I insisted we were. It was the ONLY thing any of us had to look forward to in a very long, frustrating year. Despite our trip falling at the very end of August…it was the best family trip we have. The property and location are OUTSTANDING! Everyone was so grateful to finally have an opportunity to be together and this was the ideal location. While the pictures are certainly beautiful, but you really do have to see it in person. We have certain kitchen related things that we always bring for our own food meals prep…but the home is outfitted extremely well. For our urban living grandkids, being able to play on the beach, go tubing and see the stars at night, was incredible. For the rest of us…it was the best medicine for mental health. I’ll leave you with the words of our 10 year old grandson who happily sat on my husband’s lap one night, star watching and exclaimed, “This is way better than an iPad.”

Laurissa is super friendly and quick to respond all inquiries. Well setup kitchen with utensils and supplies, stocked with multiple spices and other assorted needs. Very spacious for the eight of us with a great area for spending time together with enough room for private time as well. Has a canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards, dock and buoy. Amazing patio with comfortable furnishings. Really great space for families to spend quality together enjoying the lake and everything the area has to offer! Awesome summer getaway!

We shared this beautiful house, in a spectacular location, for a week with friends (two families of four; two sets of teenaged boys). Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out, relax and enjoy - both inside and out. The house is super clean, organized and well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation — from high-end appliances, to helpful home technologies, to useful kitchen accessories, to fun land and water toys. The beach / waterfront are just steps off the property and the private dock made accessing our boat so easy and convenient. Laurissa and her team are wonderful, accommodating hosts who are quick to respond to questions and requests. We highly recommend this property and hope to return one day in the future!

A great family stay!

We had a great stay. We had a group of 11 people and we had plenty of room. The house is fully stocked and has lots of water toys. We loved being on the water and the dock was great to sit on and jump off of. The Scotch Creek Market had a great selection of snacks, produce, and meat. The only thing we wish we brought were water shoes as the beach is rocky.

What a great lake house.

We had a great vacation with our three adult children and their spouses. Weather was great and we all spent a lot of time in the water. The house accommodated all of us nicely with bedrooms for everyone. Fires on the beach we awesome. This is a family vacation we will always remember! The host was always willing to address any of our concerns.

The house was awesome and equipped really well. Lots of room inside and the back yard was amazing. We highly enjoyed lounging on the deck and doing water activities. Highly recommend, we can't wait to come back!

Great Location for a Family Gathering

Beautiful spot right on the water in Scotch Creek. Very quiet and relaxing in the fall months. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to create family meals. The deck faces the sun which allows sitting outside in the sun, even in the cooler fall days.

Beach house on shuswap.

If your looking for peace & quiet on the shuswap this is the place you want to stay at, the house is just incredible open concept beautiful and there everything there that you need just bring food and clothes Laurissa has this house well stocked and if you have any problems just a phone or text her. Me & my fiancee were blown away when we drove up and when we opened the door WOW this place in on another level beautiful hardwood floors the kitchen is amazing the master bedroom is gorgeous and the people in the area are very friendly thank you Laurissa we hope we can comeback in the summer.
