Unser komplett renoviertes und modernes Adobe-Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom historischen Santa Fe Plaza entfernt und ist von zentraler Bedeutung für alles, was Santa Fe zu bieten hat. Von Kunst und Kultur bis hin zu einzigartigen kulinarischen Erlebnissen und ikonischen Wüstenlandschaften ist dieses Haus der perfekte Ganzjahresurlaub in Santa Fe.

Unser Haus ist im südwestlichen Stil gehalten und verfügt über einen Kamin im Kiva-Stil im Hauptwohnbereich, moderne Aktualisierungen und Veredelungen in Küche und Bad, neue Möbel im gesamten Haus und wunderschön restaurierte Holzböden. Sowohl Schlafzimmer als auch Wohnbereich sind mit Flachbildfernsehern mit Vollkabel ausgestattet. Zu den Schmuckstücken dieses Hauses gehören ein Kamin im Pueblo-Stil und ein Essbereich im Freien.

Die Lage dieses Hauses bietet einen idealen Zugang zur Santa Fe Opera, dem Santa Fe Ski Resort, dem Railyard Arts District, der Canyon Road und verschiedenen Mountainbike- und Wanderwegen.

Family Christmas in Santa Fe

We spent a magical 5 days at Christmas, in Santa Fe with our family. This home made our holiday experience even more special. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, especially compared to previous VRBO experiences we’ve had.The kitchen was ideal for cooking and spending time with family—spacious, well-equipped, and plenty of in kitchen seating, so we could all interact while preparing meals. Whether we were cooking Christmas dinner or enjoying a quick breakfast, the layout made it easy to be together. The living room was spacious and comfortable, making it a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Santa Fe. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring that everyone had a restful night’s sleep.The fenced-in area off the back door was a great bonus, though it was a little too cold to spend a lot of time outdoors. The location was fantastic—close to a dog park for our 2 pups and only a 10-minute walk (or less) to the historic Plaza. The host was outstanding—attentive, quick to respond to any questions, and clearly dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect. Small Note: The dining room was on the smaller side, but with the ample seating in the living room and kitchen, we never needed to use it. This was a minor detail and didn’t impact our overall experience.Final Thoughts: We would definitely book this home again if we return to Santa Fe in the future. It was the perfect place for our family.

Lovely Home but needs some improvements

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 2 days after an unseasonable blizzard went through Santa Fe. The houses furnaces were not operating and the steps were not cleared off. Holly did have someone come late the next day to fix the furnaces and clean stairs. However, the furnace was set to a timer to 59 degrees at 8PM. We could not get the heat to go higher. Very uncomfortable. There was clean rugs in dryer not set out. The Roko needed charged and many batteries needed changed. The place was clean and location very good. Just weird things missing like hand towels for kitchen.

Quiet getaway

A nice quiet neighborhood in walking distance to downtown. The house supplied everything we needed. We did have to buy dishwasher detergent which seemed like an odd oversight as everything else was provided.

Other than those, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful stay

We had to make last-minute changes to our vacation because of the fires in Ruidoso. Thankfully, we were able to find this amazing property. It has An updated, well stocked kitchen, and three updated bathrooms. The amenities were great, The location could not be better, and the courtyard was a fun place to hang out every evening. This was our first visit to Santa Fe and we will be back. We will also be staying at this property again if possible. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Family vacation with kids and grankids

The property was great. We had my son and his wife with 3 children and my adult daughter, and we had plenty of space for all of us. It was very comfortable. We did get a message after we were there for a day or so and had bought firewood that we could not use the fireplace so if you are there in the summer, do not plan on using it. We would stay here again.

Beautiful Home

We had a lovely stay. The patio was wonderful. The yard and trees kept it cool. We walked to town several times a day. Ample parking. Nice to have use of a charger for our e-cars. Both the people and dogs loved it.

It was a convenient location. It is a 15 minute walk to the plaza - it is a pretty steep hill when walking back - but very doable. Place was stocked with supplies in the kitchen - even though we brought a ton of groceries we forgot a few things and luckily the kitchen had tons of spices! SO helpful!!

Great location

Communication from property management and home were great. Location is in a quiet relaxing neighborhood, but an easy walk to Ft Marcy park (sunrise/sunset views) and the historic downtown area. Kitchen is well equiped for home cooking and the primary bath is such a treat!
