Dies ist eine der wenigen direkten Eigentumswohnungen am Meer in A Place at the Beach III. Hell und luftig, niemand über dir. Ständig aktualisiert und gepflegt. Wir befinden uns neben der berühmten Strandbar Ocean Annie's, aber von unserem Deck aus können Sie nur das Meer und den Strand hören. Der Apache Pier und der Swash sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Alle Aktivitäten in Myrtle Beach sind in der Nähe, einschließlich Broadway am Strand, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Dolly Partons Pirates Voyage, Minigolf, Golfen, Restaurant Row und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten; Trotzdem sind wir am ruhigen Shore Drive versteckt, sodass Sie sich entspannen können, während Sie den Strand genießen.

Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Pillow-Top-Bett und ein Doppelbett mit einem ausziehbaren Bett für vier Personen sowie einen Fernseher. In allen Zimmern, einschließlich des Gästezimmers, ist eine ruhige, zentrale Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das kostenlose Wi-Fi hält Sie in der Wohnung oder am Strand in Verbindung.

Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine sowie eine Mikrowelle, einen Geschirrspüler, Kochutensilien, einen Mixer, einen Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine.

Um die Menge, die Sie einpacken müssen, zu begrenzen, stellen wir Ihnen 4 Liegestühle sowie einen Kühlschrank für Ihre Erfrischungen am Strand zur Verfügung. Wir sind stolz auf unsere Wohnung und versichern, dass sie das ganze Jahr über sauber und gepflegt ist, da wir in der Nähe wohnen. Eines unserer Lieblingshobbys ist es, es zu aktualisieren.

Der Komplex bietet zwei Außenpools, einen Grillbereich mit Grills und Picknicktischen, Waschmaschinen / Trockner im Gebäude und Parkplätze abseits der Straße. Wir befinden uns neben der berühmten Strandbar Ocean Annies. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind weniger als 5 km entfernt. Broadway at the Beach und Barefoot Landing sind 8 Meilen.

Great condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed...it was the most well-appointed condo that we've ever rented. It was fun to be right next to Ocean Annies, and it was never too loud. Vivien responded very quickly to any questions that I had. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved it!

It was our first time staying at A Place at the Beach and it was wonderful! Very clean, very well decorated and great views of the ocean! Felt very homey and comfortable! We love staying around Ocean Annie’s Bar because we enjoy the live bands but when you’re trying to sleep is not so much fun! We loved the fact that at this stay we could do both enjoy the music when we wanted to but also enjoy peace and quiet! I will definitely make plans to stay there again!

Excellent condo and very clean!

My husband and I along with our two grown daughters, stayed in this condo the week of September 10, 2022 and had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and then some. It was very clean, which is super important to us, also the kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, glassware, silverware, etc. The view of the ocean was amazing! We loved how close Ocean Annie's was and even though it was close, the music was never loud at the condo. The very first day we were there our daughters said they wanted to come back and stay in this condo next year! The owners always responded back quickly when we had questions before we went and they were so very nice. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the small pools. Of course, this is not the fault of the owners. It didn't really bother us though because we came for the beach and to relax with great ocean views and that's exactly what we got! We would certainly love to stay at this condo again in the future! We loved it!!

Exceeded our Expectations

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. The location right on the beach was amazing. We ended up renting a few beach chairs and an umbrella from the life guard right in front of the condo. It was like $150 for 5 days. Kinda of high but we were able to pick our spot and he set them up every morning at 7 am and took them down at 5. It was so convenient. Sitting on the balcony and people watching and listening to the ocean was a highlight. My teens loved it too. We loved being a little north of all the craziness of Myrtle Beach. It was quieter and more family friendly. Vivian was helpful and responsive with my questions before and during our stay. You won’t regret renting here it was absolutely lovely.

Beautiful Views

This condo is very clean and had everything that we needed. Really good use of space. From the living area and master bedroom you can look out at the beach/ocean. The deck faces the beach and offers lovely views. The entire property is kept up very nicely. We would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean.

I have stayed in many of the condos in the 9540 building over the years and I have to say this is the best condo in the building that we have ever rented. It has the most amazing view, on top of that it is so beautifully decorated and all has unique and efficient use of space for storing things and for comfortable living. It is very clean as well. Usually I mind how Noisy the front condos are but this one was perfect facing the opposite side of Ocean Annie’s so it is also much quieter as well! I would highly recommend renting this condo. Viv the owner also goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly with renting the condo and making sure your stay is what you anticipated. She is amazing! I truly appreciate all she does!

This is the cleanest best equipped condo we have ever stayed in loved ever minute the view was spectacular we will definitely book this condo again everything you could think of was in the condo, you could tell that the owner of the condo took a lot of pride in there home.

Awesome condo

The condo is a lovey place for a getaway. Close to ocean Annie's but you don't hear anything but the waves. Having beach chairs available is such a wonderful idea. Can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful!!!

Loved the condo and the location! We had a wonderful time and made lots of memories. The condo was beautifully decorated, well equiped and spotless. My son loved all the beach toys and the chairs definitely came in handy. We can't wait to plan our next vacation with Viv and Ed!

Simply the BEST!!!

My daughter and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a week and everything about it was 5 stars. Viv and Ed know how to make a vacation memorable. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and the view was breathtaking. I'm forever telling all my family and friends about our home away from home for are week vacation. This condo was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and I would definitely recommend it and return on our next visit to Myrtle Beach! Thanks again Ed and Viv.
