Perfect Family Hideaway

Can't think of a more perfect place to stay in Frisco. This was our family's third stay in the property. Very spacious, clean, accommodates adults and kids comfortably. Love the multiple living spaces, as well as the hot tub and beautiful patio landscaping out back. Nice and secluded on the edge of town...where else can you watch a pair of moose leisurely wandering through your side yard? I highly recommend this beautiful property!

Back Road Bliss

Second year we have stayed here. Back yard is against national forest. Very private but very secure. Just off bike path. House is very spacious and well equipped. Multiple places inside and out to relax. Hot tub was very nice and many games/movies for children. Garage access and parking space very helpful.

Safety Concerns and Poor Management

The house was spacious and comfortable but our experience was disappointing, primarily due to safety issues and lackluster management. The property was covered in mounds of ice in the driveway and black ice leading to the hot tub, making it extremely hazardous to walk outside. When I contacted the management company for sand to make it safer to walk on, they responded by asking if I had a shovel and suggested I take care of it myself. When I explained that a shovel wouldn’t help with the sheer amount of ice, they sarcastically asked if the shovel was broken. No one ever came to address the issue.Housekeeping was also lacking. For a group of 9 guests, the toilet paper provided was minimal. The cleaning was subpar—smudged windows, uncleaned wood floors, and dirty cupboard exteriors all made the space feel neglected. We were refunded 1.5% of our total payment for the lack of cleanliness. While the space itself was nice, poor maintenance and unhelpful management made for a frustrating stay.

beautiful home with lots of amenities nestled in a great neighborhood. Driveway is a pain and 1 car spun out. High and slippery....we even had 4 wheel drive but my subaru zipped right up!!!

Family Get Together

Perfect place to bring the family together to enjoy Frisco, hanging out at the house, skiing, and playing games. Hot tub is a big bonus, along with all the other great amenities for the house. The Vrbo listing did not provide requirement of 4WD for winter/spring access. We were lucky we did, and only found out about it once the details for location/access were provided

Back Road Bliss

Excellent location, backyard butts up against the national forest. Saw moose and deer. Felt very private and secure. Easy access to the bike path. House is very spacious, well equipped and comfortable for a four generation family. Many different games and videos for children. Hot tub was very nice. Garage access and parking space very helpful. Have stayed in Frisco the past six years and this home was definitely the nicest.

Great space, perfect location, family friendly

This is a nice large home, perfect for a family gathering! Was very clean when we arrived and had most everything we needed! Maybe a few more paper products (toilet paper and paper towel) and the dishes/glasses need to be gone through/updated. Many chipped bowls and plates and it would be helpful if there were additional glasses purchased. Overall, we were very happy with this home as we gathered to celebrate a birthday!

Love the space and he view!

Would suggest that owners install door pad on the front door for optional access beside garage code. If by chance power goes out we could not get into the house without calling for someone to let us in. A door pad code can be changed as just like a garage code and therefore guests would not have key access as preferred by the owner. We did have several issues with the hot tub not working. Maybe mention in ad the size of the garage, as we could not fit our vehicle into the garage. We had a Ford F-150. Home itself was great and roomy! Loved the views and the space! Maybe look into some extra cleaning in master shower for some mold buildup.

Not Clean At All - Underwear Found Upon Arrival

This property was not clean. I never write reviews but this was too gross to let go. For starters the sheets on each bed were very clearly dirty/not clean. One couple found a half drank water bottle in their bed. A females underwear was found on the floor in the loft area from a previous group. Absolutely disgusting. The dishes were all dirty in the cabinets, we washed each one before using them. Dirt and dust bunnies all over the main floor bathroom. With the underwear, the make up on the sheets and used water bottle in a bed upon our arrival, it was clear that this house was either not cleaned between stays are cleaned extremely poorly. I was embarrassed to have been the one to book and invite people to this property…

Amazing Location!

This house is close to everything! Right OFF the most amazing bike path in the world and walkable to Main st. The fire pit and hot tub are a wonderful touch. Lots of wildlife -- we were welcomed by three mouse in the driveway when we arrived and got to watch a fox explore the backyard in the morning. I will say that the house is certainly "lived" in - it was a bit old and needed a deep clean. The carpets were not vacuumed when we arrived. But I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the many kids books and toys laying around for my one-year old.

Nice place needs work

The location is nice but the property needs work. The dishwasher was functional but the upper drawer is hopelessly broken and the whole appliance is askew. The faucet in the kitchen will not stay on and sags to the off position in a few seconds. There are not enough spoons. We were in the master bedroom and the mattress and bedding could use updating. The tile in the shower and in the bathroom is loose and needs regrouting in general to prevent water damage to the structure at least. In the loft there is an exposed access panel. Needs to be reinstalled. Great house for large family gathering. Plenty of room for hide and seek in this expansion mansion. Furnishings are nice. Needs maintenance.!

Fabulous Mountain Retreat

Spacious living areas with beautiful views all around. Windows abound. Everything we needed for a large family gathering. Hot tub!!!!. Parking for multiple cars appreciated, especially the 2 garage spots. Games and books and puzzles…had everything available to create memories. Love the modern clean lines with with stylish wood furnishings. Having the two living areas was nice for a family…one for TV watching and one for relaxing by the fireplace. Look forward to visiting in the summer to check out the extraordinary landscaping.

The Perfect Family Getaway

Stayed for the second time in this beautiful, spacious vacation home. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our sons' families. The new landscaping was stunning! Saw moose, a fox, and a mama bear with her cubs in our own back yard. The grandkids loved it.

Property was clean inside but garage was dirty, property needed maintenance: 1 ft of ice at garage key code panel -my brother slipped and fell on his hip-, all decks covered with snow, drive is an ice ball -my suv slipped sideways and almost hit a large aspen-, porch step was a solid block of ice, dishwasher shelf is broken, floor tiles in master bath broken, kitchen floor is wrapped from water damage, deck furniture is broken, large roof ice dam and icicles, no outdoor hot tube, no easy outdoor walking path (snow covered). Beautiful home but maybe not designed correctly for local, e.g. better roof and driveway.

Relaxing

Private relaxing location. Comfie couches, beds, and linens. Good hot tub. Convenient to main street Frisco, and a short drive to Breckenridge, Copper, and Dillon. Had a really nice long weekend with friends - wish we could have stayed longer.

Not so blissful

While the overall layout and setup of the house was great, the house was in need of maintenance and a deep cleaning. For example, lightbulbs burnt out throughout the house, the garbage drawer in the kitchen was hanging on by one screw (literally), the carbon monoxide detector had wires sticking out of it at a child’s level, there were no plugs for the bathtubs so you could not fill them, there were tons of board games yet only two had all the pieces, I found cannabis in the children’s toy box and all around the hot tub, no one had tied down the hot tub cover when we arrived so the wind blew it off and let the water get cold. I understand that this house is a rental and will have a good amount of wear and tear, a few of these issues would be no big deal, but all of them added up to make it feel like this house was not being given the time and attention it needs to be a rental home. Regarding cleanliness, we were told that check-in time was 4 PM. We showed up at 4 PM with two screaming children ready to get some food and found the housekeeper still in the house cleaning and not wearing a mask. The cleaner wasn’t even taking COVID precautions. On the surface the house looked clean but the handles throughout the kitchen were sticky, most kitchenware was dirty or dusty, there were hairs on the bedsheets. Makes me question how well they cleaned any of this house. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs and vrbos and had wonderful experiences, nothing like this one. Either Vacasa needs to step up their game or I would recommend not staying at this house. Not so blissful of an experience after all.

Lived Up To Its Name--Back Road Bliss

What a beautiful property--my extended family and I were very comfortable here, and enjoyed the gorgeous views, the spaciousness and cleanliness of the house, and all the homey touches such as a huge library, kids' toys and books, ample dishes and cookware. The master suite had a comfortable bed and luxurious master bathroom. The other bedrooms were spaced far enough apart that everyone had their privacy. This is truly a first-rate place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.
