Das freistehende Landhaus 'Villa Allegra' befindet sich in wunderschöner Lage in den Hügeln von Camaiore. Günstig gelegen, nur wenige hundert Meter vom Dorf Camaiore (zu Fuß erreichbar) und 6 km vom Meer entfernt, befindet es sich in einem wunderschönen, 250 Hektar großen Privatbesitz mit privatem Zugang. Es hat einen schönen Blick auf das Tal und die umliegenden Berge. Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Hauptbadezimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer führt zu seiner privaten Veranda. Im ersten Stock finden Sie den Wohnbereich mit Kamin, das Esszimmer, ein kleines Studio und ein Badezimmer; eine professionell ausgestattete Küche, verbunden mit einer wunderschönen überdachten Pergola, ideal für Unterhaltung im Freien. . Im zweiten Stock befinden sich zwei Doppelzimmer, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Flat-TV mit Satelliten-, WLAN- und ADSL-Anschlüssen in allen Zimmern. Im privaten Park rund um die Villa befindet sich eine große überdachte Veranda mit Grill, Esstisch und Stühlen zum Mittag- oder Abendessen im Freien. Ein wunderschöner Park voller Bäume, Blumen und Heilkräuter umgibt die Villa. Es gibt einen großen Überlaufpool (16 mx 5 m). Das Grundstück und der Park sind eingezäunt. Ein Kunstrasentennisplatz befindet sich im Park der Villa Allegra nur für seine Gäste.

Fabulous house with extraordinary garden and most perfect host

We had a fabulous time at Villa Allegra. The house is very beautiful and has everything you need. Very clean and well equipped. Tastefully furnished. The garden is particularly beautiful, with a tennis court (which we used every day) and an exceptionally big swimming pool. Embedded in a fenced, large forest landscape. We were there with two dogs and practically didn't have to leave the grounds, but were still able to go for long walks. The location, within walking distance of the city of Camaiore, is perfect. The place offers everything you need and also some small restaurants. Forte dei Marmi, Lucca, Pisa or Viareggio are each only 30 minutes or less away. Giuliana and her team deserve special praise. Marika and Fausto in particular. They were always on the scene in minutes when we needed them, and at the same time, they were incredibly discreet and considerate. If you have the opportunity, you should definitely book Romina, the cook. She is great. The house is so beautiful that you don't want to leave it and thanks to Romina we were able to spend some delicious evenings on the terrace. We will definitely travel to Villa Allegra again. Full recommendation and many thanks to Giuliana and her team. Perfect hosts.

Wunderbar

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und neu. Im Haus befinden sich ein paar private Fotos, die dem Haus Wärme geben. Der Garten ist voller Bäume, blühende Sträucher und Stauden und sehr prächtig und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight für unsere Kinder, sehr groß und sehr sauber. Ein großer Dank an Giuliana, Marika und Fausto, die uns bei allen Fragen und Anliegen sofort halfen, Tipps und Empfehlungen gaben und uns tolle Gastgeber waren. Herzlichen Dank!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Allegra war eine wunderschöne Erfahrung, die in unserem persönlichen ‚1000 places‘ Verzeichnis einen besonderen Platz einnehmen wird. Die Lage des Villa ist sehr schön - nicht zu weit vom Stadtkern Camaiore entfernt und doch in ausreichender Abgeschiedenheit, um vollständige Privatsphäre zu bieten. Das Haus ist sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Um jeder Detail wird sich gekümmert. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool ist atemberaubend, der Tennisplatz sehr gut gepflegt und insbesondere ab spätem Nachmittag beschattet. Trotz des sehenswerten Umfelds will man die Villa mit der Gartenanlage gar nicht verlassen. Wir können einen Besuch in der Villa Allegra uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden auch selbst wieder kommen.

Wonderful Tuscany

If you are looking for the very best (or more…), indulge yourself for Casa Allegra …the paradise on earth if you wish quiet and relaxing holidays on a hill overlooking the valley…you will not see the time flying between the lunches and dinners, the superb swinging pool and the tennis court which is at the shadow by the end of the afternoon… The house is decorated with an extreme taste and offers all the amenities you may wish… Marika and Fausto are always available when and if needed and react extremely quickly. A private and sometimes narrow road is leading to the property, which may be a problem when you cross another car but this is the only minor problem I have to mention.

Amazing property in incredible location

Villa Allegra was incredible. The property is amazing and the grounds are awe inspiring. My entire family had the most amazing time swimming, playing tennis and lounging in the cabana. The location is phenomenal as well, and the neighboring towns have everything you need. Giuliana was an impeccable host as well. She and her staff were unbelievably responsive and helped with everything. We had the most unbelievable time.

Amazing Family Vacation

Villa Allegra was everything we had imagined and more! We were a family of 7 (grandparents, 3 adults and a 15 & 13) and always dreamt of a Tuscany Italian Villa that we can stay in, soak up the Italian sun and enjoy the amazing culture right in our backyard. And that is exactly what Villa Allegra was for us. No one wanted to leave. The Villa was decorated and furnished beautifully as a home (not a rental) and every amenity was thought of. It had AC (which is huge in Italy) and the pool and tennis court were the kid's favorite! Marika (the house manager) was ALWAYS available for any questions or needs we had. Everyone loved her. And the owner Giuliana was equally amazing. The freezer stopped working and within hours, a temporary freezer arrived and we had ice again (for us Californians, that is a must for us ) She helped with suggestions on where to go visit and helped get reservations for an amazing restaurant just 15 min away. Oh and one night we wanted to night swim and couldn't figure out how to turn the lights on, her technician was there withing 10 minutes to help! She will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfection! And the sweet town of Camaiore - that truly has my heart now. We could have just stayed and explored and shopped there and been very content. Again, never enough time! But we will be back. This property truly was the highlight of our 3 week trip ( we were there for 8 nights). I would recommend this wonderful home to anyone. Thank you Giuliana and Marika for being wonderful hosts and allowing us to have such a memorable vacation with our family!!

Heaven at Villa Allegra

This was our second summer renting Villa Allegra for a week. Sometimes a return visit can be disappointing. Instead it was more beautiful and more perfect than ever. The family who handles the on-site management is a delight to work with. The owner was kind enough to arrange a “Private dinner” at the house by two charming and excellent chef’s. The property continues to amaze us with its beauty and grandeur. We hope to be back next year.

The beautiful garden, the saltwater swimming pool, the tennis court and the beautiful and immaculate villa, the great service of Giuliana and her staff; it all adds up to the the perfect summer vacation. Another terrific stay at Villa Allegra

This is our second visit to Villa Allegra as a family and we absolutely love it. It is a 5 star villa in every respect and a real treat. The villa itself is beautifully fitted out and it has fantastic amenities including an amazing swimming pool, tennis court and pergola. The villa is well situated to visit the mountains and the coast and then there is Camaiore, Pietrasanta, Lucca, Forte del Marmi, Florence and Sienna. We plan to return!

Perfect vacation in Tuscany

Our experience was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa during three weeks in July. The garden and surroundings are very well-groomed and full of flowers. The pool is huge and always perfectly clean. Everything in the house is organized with a delicate taste and easy for a comfortable family stay. Therefore the opportunity to play tennis is even one rare and exclusive privilege of this wonderful property. We want to say many thanks to Giuliana and her assistant Marika for the excellent organization, help and attention to us. With pleasure we will return again to the villa Allegra in the future.

A beautiful villa in a stunning location fitted out to an extremely high standard.

Villa Allegra is a real find. It is tucked away on a private estate in the foothills just outside Camaiore. We had a fantastic week there. Marika, the housekeeper, made sure we had all that we needed on the first day and was on hand to answer any questions throughout the week. The villa and grounds include a fabulous swimming pool and tennis court and there are many lovely places to visit which are less than a hour's drive. We definitely plan to return.

Italy at it's best

Booking Villa Allegra was one of the best decisions I've made for a family holiday. The property is well located, safe/secure and is immactuatly maintained. The owner and on property team are fantastic and helped with anything we needed assistance. You can't buy time, but here it stands still. We made many fun family memories here during our stay and plan to return each year if possible.

Beautiful property with wonderful views

We stayed for two weeks in the summer at Villa Allegra the property is decorated to a very high standard. It has a wonderful management team that make sure the house, pool and gardens are kept immaculate they will also organise a chef for you if needed. The Astro Tennis court was a fantastic addition to our family holiday and we all played either in the morning or early evening. We are looking forward to returning to the Villa for another holiday soon!

A first class all round stay

As a family of four with two children aged 19 & 21 finding the right holiday balance is never easy. We chose Villa Allegra for all the reasons shown on the listing - and were not disappointed. The villa itself is in a perfect position, an easy 15 minute walk into town but nonetheless remote and quiet enough that our privacy was never invaded. Finding a property that meets these two criteria is no easy thing and for us, having the proximity of shops and restaurants without always having to drive, whilst at the same time knowing we had our rural retreat, was a delight. The property has been finished to a beautiful standard and the pool is as large as they say it is! The tennis court on site was the additional clincher for us which meant that the younger adults got a good workout and also allowed great family time. The downside? Well, it rained one of the days... but hey not sure I can blame that on the villa! And it forced us out to Lucca as well as some of the stunning hillside villages dotted around. Worth the effort. Overall a great holiday, easy to book, met and checked out with ease and the owner always accessible if we had any queries.

Totally perfect in every way- it is impossible to think how it could be more idyllic or beautiful

Allegra is stunning, every single aspect has been thought through and is of the highest quality possible. It is SO tasteful and everything is of the highest standard. We have never stayed in such a wonderful location with such a fantastic tennis court and as for the pool...'breathtaking' is an understatement- it is huge (the same size as a large hotel), perfect temperature and totally beautiful. The house keeper and owner are really warm, friendly and helpful and do everything to make your stay perfect. The villa and grounds are immaculate. I worried that on the internet things may not be as perfect as they seem but really- Allegra is more than you can imagine. We had a perfect week and did not leave the villa hardly at all. Is is very close to beaches and Pisa if you do want to visit. Thank you for a perfect week. Truly fantastic. I would recommend this property at the highest level.

Superb quality in everything, fabulous backup!

We (a family of four with two sons 16 and 19) have rented many times through Owners Direct or agencies, but never have we stayed in a property that felt so much like home and in which every little detail had been so well thought out. The quality of the furnishings was evident throughout the property- linen, cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment all in abundance. This is not a property put together quickly for holiday lets, but one lovingly created for the family's occasional use and those lucky enough to enjoy this beautiful property on a family estate for a holiday stay. The pool is large, well-sited and always perfectly clean. The recently-built tennis court is very well-located, being in an area of shade during the late afternoon and evening. If anything ever occurred, which might happen in any country property, it was dealt with rapidly and effectively by the family's English-speaking housekeeper or maintenance back up. We would not hesitate to recommend this property, and indeed already have to work colleagues.
