Willkommen bei "Bear Ridge Cabin", dem perfekten Ort für Sie, um Ihren Urlaub in den Bergen zu genießen und Abenteuer zu suchen! Das Bear Ridge Cabin befindet sich im Herzen des Nantahala National Forest, nur 25 Autominuten von Murphy, NC, entfernt.
Unsere Kabine ist unser Traum und wir möchten, dass auch Sie ihn genießen !! Eine Kabine mit zwei Schlafzimmern, in der jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Vollbad für Privatsphäre hat. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen rostfreien Geräten wie Kühlschrank, Gasherd / Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler. Das Great-Zimmer mit seiner hohen Holzdecke ist der perfekte Ort, um mit Ihrer Familie am Gaskamin zu entspannen oder ein Abendessen auf dem Land im Essbereich zu genießen. Es gibt eine neue Vollgröße neue gestapelte Waschmaschine und Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Wenn Sie "verbunden" sein müssen, gibt es Sat-TV im großen Zimmer und Gästezimmer (kein Fernseher im Master), Sat-Internet mit Wi-Fi. Für diejenigen, die die Natur bevorzugen, genießen Sie die sanfte Waldbrise auf der großen überdachten Veranda mit reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und Schaukelstühlen, um Ihren Morgenkaffee zu trinken oder abends etwas "Glanz" zu genießen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Gaskamin, einen Schreibtisch, eine Kommode und ein Vollbad. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Queen-Size-Betten auf speziell angefertigten Paddle-Kopfteilen, eine große Kommode und ein Vollbad. Verbringen Sie Ihre Nacht um die Feuerstelle und reflektieren Sie Ihr Tagesabenteuer, erzählen Sie Geschichten, beobachten Sie die Sterne und lauschen Sie Bigfoot! Die Hütte liegt majestätisch auf einem Bergrücken, eingebettet in 3, 5 Morgen Laubwald. Bringen Sie einfach Ihre Kleidung, Zahnbürste und Lebensmittel!
Die Umgebung des Nantahala National Forest ist berühmt für seine zahlreichen Outdoor-Aktivitäten, darunter Wildwasser-Rafting, Tubing, Angeln, Wandern auf mehreren Wegen, darunter der Bartram Trail oder der Appalachian Trail, Seilrutschbahnen und das Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC), Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, Casino's und Reiten. Es ist nur 1,5 Autostunden von Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge, TN oder dem Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, und nur 30 Minuten vom Great Smoky Mountain National Park entfernt! The Great Escape

The Cabin is rustic but so well equipped: comfortable, authentic, beautiful setting, and has a wonderful porch to enjoy late quiet nights and cool early mornings. The sounds of summer brought me back to my childhood. It was everything I wanted to spend time with my favorite cousins.

“Our” cabin

I use the pronoun “our” because my sister and I have stayed at Bear Ridge Cabin a number of times and each time feels as if we are home! Everything we could possibly need,plus much more, is available! My sister lives in Ocoee, Tennessee and I live in Asheville and the Bear Ridge Cabin is a great place to meet about half way between us. I have no idea about the interior decorator’s identity, but everything in the cabin is perfect for the cabin ambiance. Each time we go, we notice the upkeep and additions to the area around the cabin. Bear Ridge Cabin will, in no way, disappoint! I promise!

Comfy, cozy and quiet.

Perfect for a get-a-way for 4 adults and a 4 year old. Remote and quiet but not far from lots to do. Very comfortable and welcoming. Lots of things included. Didn't want to leave. Will definitely return. Owners are great to work with.

Comforts of home in a central location

Very comfortable hub for scenic adventuring: waterfalls, tumbling streams and accessible mountain overlooks. Very well equipped kitchen, and relaxing indoor and porch entertainment areas. Loved the fireplace and the comfy beds. Already hoping to schedule again.

Another wonderful vacation

It is always so relaxing to stay here. Its the perfect mix of quiet and peaceful, and yet a home base for adventuring out for hiking, fishing or exploring. Feels just like home. It is our "go to" when we need our mountain fix. The host are gracious, accommodating, and responsive if needed.

Picture Perfect!

The cabin was just what we wanted. A beautiful wood cabin in the woods with a porch and a great view. I thought it was bigger from the pictures on VRBO but it was pretty much as listed. We also loved the bear decor. It gave a great ambiance to the cabin.

Everything you need or want for a nice getaway

Beautiful Hideaway

Great place to stay! Beautiful cabin inside and out. The house was sparkling clean and was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. Towels and linens were provided and were great quality. Beds were very comfy as well. Very spacious and perfect for a small family or two couples to have there own privacy. Cute porch sitting area and a great fire pit area. We definitely would stay here again.

Peaceful cabin

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The location is private, yet close to many outdoor activities. The decor is warm and inviting…we felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable and lots of extras were provided. It’s the perfect place for relaxing in between the adventures of rafting, hiking, train rides, etc. My son already said he wants to go back and I hope we are able to soon!

Relaxing stay

This was our first time staying at this cabin but we definitely will be back. Very convenient location and a relaxing stay. We rafted with Brookside and enjoyed the river at NOC. Wayah Bold was breathtaking. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Love this house!!

This is the 2nd time that we’ve stayed at this location and it was great! It’s a fantastic place to find some peace and quiet. There was a small issue with the front gate while we were away for the day but the property owners notified us before we got back. The communication was much appreciated! We will definitely be back again!

Fun cabin get-away

We loved our stay at this cabin! We made so many memories trout fishing, tubing, elk watching, exploring and taking in the beautiful nature of national forests. We enjoyed grilling out at the cabin and hanging out around the campfire. The cabin is so well-maintained and inviting. Lounging and reading on the magical front porch was relaxation at its best!

Family Father’s Day getaway

This is such a cute cabin! The porch is amazing, it’s fully stocked, and has everything you need without having to dash out to get soap or salt and pepper shakers. We spent one day hiking and one rafting the Nanty. It was a great spot. Enjoyed the fireplace and the grill too!

Best Cabin Ever!

I would love to return again sometime! We relaxed and enjoyed quality family time. The cabin was very clean and everything you needed was provided. There are plenty of extra blankets for the beds and in the living room. The grocery in Andrew’s is very convenient. Propane is provided for the gas grill, and there is a satellite phone if you’re cell service is out. Roku on the TV and Starlink wi-fi. Located not far from NOC and Robbinsville plenty of outdoor activities. Highly recommend!

We loved the gated access. The cabin can accommodate all types of vacation activities such as cookouts, siting around the fire, good porch sitting area and of course good sleeping. Near all the motorcycle attractions.

Yet another wonderful stay at this fabulous cabin. It has everything you might need on your stay. Quiet, warm, and cozy. We always enjoy the fire pit in the evenings. Its definitely our go to home away from home.

Choose this one!

Nice clean and well equipped. The floorplan is excellent, like two large cozy hotel rooms separated by the living area. Great privacy. Wonderful outdoor spaces to relax as well. Fire pit is well supplied with firewood. The hosts were very responsive. The driveway and parking are challenging with a big vehicle, but is typical of smoky mountain rentals. The stairs are a bit strange, but solid and safe, I got used to them after a couple of trips in with luggage. Overall, no negatives, I would recommend for sure!
