Beautiful setting

We've stayed at this property several times. James is very accommodating. This Ritz is closing May 1 for a a 7 month refresh. It is a beautiful setting and we look forward to all the improvements and refurbishing.

Fabulous stay

We really loved the Ritz amenities. Used the pool and tennis daily. The restaurant was great and service level top notch. The views from the unit were awesome. Communication with James was great. The unit does need some updating. The resort is going to be renovated this year.

Incredible location, condo needs maintenance

The location is unbelievable. My family barely left the resort. You get access to all amenities as the Ritz (gym, spa, pools, restaurants, bars, etc...) but also have an apartment so you have access to a full kitchen. There's an incredible view off of the condo balconies as well.My biggest issue is with the condo itself. It needs a good bit of maintenance:- Ceiling fans in both bedrooms didn't work- The sliding door to the balconies are very difficult to open (I had to put my full weight behind it to get it to open)- Balcony chairs are falling apart, they have divots in all of them and made me nervous I was going to fall through- Many of the drawers were off their tracks and a few were missing knobs.If the maintenance was done I'd say this is clearly a 5 star property. The combination of location and amenities is truly amazing. I just wish the condo was in better shape.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We had the best 4 night stay in Key Biscayne. This condo at the Ritz was perfect for our family. James, the host, went over and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back. Every morning, we started our day with coffee in the Ritz lounge. Then we woke up the kids to have a few hours of beach/pool time. Everyday we had lunch poolside and it was delicious. The service at the hotel was amazing as well. It’s a must stay condo and resort for the family.

Our host was great with communication and helping with some of the details of the stay. We loved the room and the resort. The fireworks at the Ritz was some of these best we have seen! Thanks and would stay again.

An enjoyable stay for all

The check in process was a breeze and the staff grade A. The ambiance was relaxing, and the hotel had a nice beachy relaxed vibe. We enjoyed the pool and beach all day long. It was great having access to our car to venture off for dinner. We had a lovely weekend and even attended a Miami Marlins game. I would stay here again , if and when in the area. James was great with communication.

Beautiful Views!

We love Key Biscayne & staying at the Ritz. Everything thing is so easy when you are there. Check in, parking, getting around the property & using the amenities are a breeze! The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed & wanted. Communication with the owner was great- timely & free of any issues. I definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing beach vacation!

Key Biscayne Condo

The property, while quite busy, is just a mile from the less crowded, un spoiled, beaches of Bill Baggs State Park. So you can take your pick.

We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had a wonderful vacation...good rest, fun, good friends and wonderful accommodations. Our host, James, was responsive and helpful. we had plenty of room to spread out and the beds are soooo comfortable! We will be back. Thank you!

Another great stay!

We were a group of five, my wife and I, her parents and our 1 year old. We have stayed in past twice. Everything was up to par. Some crayon on the wall and some wobbly/broken chairs is our only criticism. We cooked in the kitchen a couple times as all essentials are there. Needed some routine maintenance, and host was prompt in getting someone over. Parking is a huge plus as Ritz Carlton valet is $50/day. We plan on visiting again!
