Unsere luxuriöse Villa am Pool mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern im The Villas at Poipu Kai ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen, Ihre Sorgen hinter sich zu lassen und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub auf Kauai zu verbringen.



DIE WOHNUNG
Wir haben vor kurzem diese extravagante Villa mit einer Fläche von 1.600 Quadratmetern gekauft, die sich in einem gehobenen privaten Boutique-Resort mit allen Annehmlichkeiten befindet. Jedes der drei Schlafzimmer ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, das jedem Privatsphäre bietet. Wir haben uns in die hohen Decken, den großzügigen Grundriss, die hochwertigen Küche und das schicke Interieur verliebt und hoffen, dass Sie es auch werden!

Fühlen Sie sich in der Gourmetküche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte und SubZero-Kühlschrank wie zu Hause. Kühlen Sie sich mit der Klimaanlage ab oder öffnen Sie die Faltglastüren, um das Wohnzimmer im Freien zu erweitern und die große überdachte Veranda inmitten eines üppigen tropischen Gartens zu genießen.

Das Beste ist, dass die Action nicht zu kurz kommt. Die Ecklage der Wohnung bietet einfachen Zugang zum Pool- und Grillbereich und der Strand ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir stellen Ihnen Spielzeug für den Pool und den Strand zur Verfügung, damit Sie sich auf den Spaß konzentrieren können!

Amazing stay at Sandy Palms Villa
Sandy Palms Villa was the perfect place for our family of five. The kids (and parents!) loved the easy walk down to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach. It was so nice to have access to multiple beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards - as well as a wagon to haul it all down to the beach! The whole family also took advantage of the beautiful pool and jacuzzi - with access right off our lanai it couldn't have been more convenient. Same with the BBQs - we grilled three of our six nights and each day the property staff had them cleaned and ready to go. My teens also took advantage of the fitness center, and appreciated the ability to work out in the air conditioning! We loved being able to open up nearly the entire wall to the lanai, and enjoy the light breeze coming in. And when it got a little too hot, having the AC was marvelous. The villa was well stocked and we appreciated having the little things - tissues, paper towels, plastic wrap, etc. And there was enough dishware and flatware for the five of us for several meals. The villa is in a very convenient location - walk to the Grand Hyatt and Kalapaki Joe's, short drive to shopping, and easy drives for exploring the whole south side of the island. And the communication from the owner was excellent - timely and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy and convenient getaway
Our group fit very comfortable in this 3 bedroom. We used the kitchen and grill for several meals. We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. The owners were very attentive to all of our needs.

The property is located within walking distance of the beach. Beds are comfortable however sheets are micro fibre not cotton therefore very hot feel when sleeping. Property is lower level, very very noisy with tenants in the unit above. Some Kitchen pots are not matched, no lids that fit. Only one beach towel per guest should be at least two. Indicated there was a cooler bag in the unit, there was none, reached out to property manager but got little help in resolving issue. Unit was spacious with a comfortable layout.

Fantastic vacation!
Our family of four really had a great time staying for almost a week at this property. The location couldn't be better with easy access to multiple beaches. The grills that we used for cooking were just in the courtyard by the pool...very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils/pots/pans. Absolutely Perfect
Sandy Palms Villa is absolutely gorgeous. Our family of 5, ranging in age from 22 to 73, fell in love with this villa. Not only was it beautiful & had every possible thing you would need, but it was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. VRBO & the owners of the villa made the reservation process simple & easy. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property!
This property worked perfectly for our short stay in Poipu. We were a party of 6 - four adults and two teen aged girls - 14 and 17 years. The interior layout of the bedrooms gave each person a sufficient level of privacy and the blackout shades were much appreciated. The shared indoor and outdoor space worked for everyone. The location was excellent as we were close to the green belt path and we were able to walk to the beach and also take longer walks throughout the vast property. All the provided amenities were excellent. The only downside is that it was not made clear that the entrance to the condo was a fair distance from the parking area and as one of our party was walking impaired, that presented some challenges getting him back and forth to the car. But we managed it and he was able to enjoy some time away from the condo. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in such a lovely place

Fabulous Poipu Condo
We had a fabulous time in Kauai and the condo was fantastic. Everything was clean and the space worked well for our family of 5 as well as a couple other family members that decided to join us. The pool located just off the lanai was perfect for the kids who swam every day and the overall location of the condo was very convienent for everything on the South side of the island.

This villa was perfect for our 3 couples getaway. We were a short walk from poipu beach and even had a wagon, boogie boards and chairs to bring on our walk. The house was perfect. Each couple had their own bathroom. We had washer and drier for our wet towels and clothes. We cooked breakfast a few days. We were truly so comfortable and happy on this vacation.

Beautiful Condo
Beautiful condo in a gorgeous neighborhood close to the ocean and town of Poipu. Spacious, clean with modern renovations. Perfectly stocked with all of the amenities one might need and additional beach amenities to enjoy a day at the beach. The property seems to be a favorite for families and unfortunately during our stay children were screaming and running around the pool before and after pool hours. The walls between the top and bottom units were very thin so the family above us announced their presences every morning very early and stomped around the apartment late into the event. Despite the neighbors, I will be sure to rent this property again. Dominika was kind and friendly.

Fantastic Vacation
We stayed here as a family of 5 and had an amazing holiday. Being a family with 3 teenage girls it was awesome having the 3 bathrooms and everyone got their own bed. The condo was perfect and in a great location, close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. It is set up with everything you need. The pool was awesome and never too busy. Dominika is a great host and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this for a nice relaxing family vacation!
